User friendly and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Monday.com is easy to use and very user-friendly. The interface is intuitive, and it's simple to set up workflows and keep track of tasks without much training. It makes project management feel more organized and accessible, even for new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that it doesn’t have built-in messaging for internal communication with my team. We still need to rely on other apps to talk and coordinate in real time. Also, it lacks a native form feature like Google Forms to collect information easily from people outside the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday.com alongside AppFolio to manage our work orders more effectively. While AppFolio is great for property management, it lacks flexibility when it comes to tracking and organizing daily maintenance tasks in detail. Monday helps us fill that gap by providing a customizable and visual workspace where we can log work orders, assign tasks, and keep a daily record of progress. It improves our internal coordination and gives us better visibility over ongoing issues.
Much more than a project management
What do you like best about the product?
I really love how aesthetically appealing the whole UI is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it doesn't have simultaneous edit feature, it will erase the inputs if two people simultaneously edit the same sheet or form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a beautiful project management application, i use end to end feature set like project capturing, roadmap planning and task management, project creation and many.
The most customizable platform I have ever used!
What do you like best about the product?
The numerous features it has for project management and the ease of creating automations/integrations on the platform. Plus, you can customize it your way!
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, I am enjoying all the possibilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team workload management with the new Monday Enterprise feature, the portfolio dashboard that allows you to view all necessary metrics in one place, optimizing time in meetings, as well as easy communication between teams within the platform.
Leveraging Monday.com for Efficient Project Managment.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to adapt Monday.com for use across various departments and scalable to muliple processes, such as HR, accounts and IT: So we can ensure that everything stays centralized. THe most attractive feature is monday.com's dynamic UI which is customizable easily. The customer support from the monday.com is verygood. they close the ticket very fast.

I don't have any dislikes, It is been working really well for me and my team.

Tracking status of each project/tasks and organization activities are very easy with the help of monday.com.

Beautiful design, robust, and can handle integrations across the rest of our tools.

There's a learning curve, and depending on the complexity of your setup, it can be steep.

Cross-Department Project and Task work
Highly Visual and Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I highly value the ability to automate repetitive tasks, such as sending notifications and updating status. I've seen the extensive integrations the tool has with other software/platforms, like Slack, Google Drive, etc. And this helps streamline workflows. I appreciate the multiple views for different needs, for example: Table, Gantt, Calendar, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's awesome when used on a computer, but there are some limitations when using it on my mobile, specifically with the views. Other than that, I've not found any other reason to dislike it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com acts as a central hub where all work-related information (tasks, projects, documents, communications, deadlines, progress) resides in one accessible location. It provides visibility of the progress of our tasks and projects, not just so my boss can see it but the entire organization can. With this, I'm more organized with my deadlines.

AMAZING for coordinating multiple teams and projects
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been amazing when it comes to collaborating on projects with other teams. It makes the process seamless and easy to see who is responsible for what and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides that I have seen so far except for having to log out then back in every once in a while so it loads properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has helped to move all my tasks into one place so it's easy to time manage. It also has a great forms option for people to put in design requests as needed.

One aspect I find a bit limiting is that some features are only available as add-ons, or certain functionalities are not included in the standard offering. It would be more convenient if these were integrated into the core platform to provide a more seamless and complete experience.
