Monday.com has greatly improved our processes

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me connect boards and items so that everything feels organized. It is like a spreadsheet on steroids. Automation also works smoothly and has infinite ways of communicating with third-party applications. I am delighted with Monday.com
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks email organization when it comes to the email & activities tabs. You cannot see an inbox for your email or filter them by contact. This is not friendly, and I would prefer to use another app for my email management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The first problem that we solved with Monday Work Management was a stable and robust workflow for our Sales & Operations Processes. For Task Managing is also incredibly helpful for us and keep our data stored in just one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use that makes it easy to use daily. Lots of options to tailor it to how I need to use it. Simple to set up and get going
What do you dislike about the product?
Search function of boards can sometimes not search some columns
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing management of a number of projects at the same time as well as individual tasks

What do you like best about the product?
The product is simple to use, and yet extremely powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mirrored columns functionality, although promising, still needs improvement. It requires that the user has access to the original board to view the mirrored column (that it is sourced from).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to rapidly and effectively document information in a centralised and easy to use format.

What do you like best about the product?
I can organize my projects, assign tasks and have all messages and files in one single space. I also use the mobile app to solve things from everywhere on the go
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot, or do not know how to, integrate a custom domain email for automatic messages
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since monday OS is very versatile, we can have a good virtual space for the diferent types of projects we do ( architecture, web design, books, building management, scientific journal consultancy). We can build and customize boards and add new columns and functions when needed

What do you like best about the product?
It let's our business see a whole view of all our projects and personally track my own work and achievements.
It super easy ot use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Subtasks is an addon, one more layer could be better without the need to pay and teach how to use it more efficiently. App could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is giving us a perspective of the workload of all employees and the efficient use of the time and resources, also a way to be more organized with all the projects

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is always easy to use regardless of updates. It makes keeping track of tasks and timelines so seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more automations or maybe a pop-up to show you how to automate certain processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At my company, everyone works remotely, so monday helps us stay connected when it comes to new clients and getting marketing campaigns off the ground.

Project Management Platform that makes my team's work more organized and efficient

What do you like best about the product?
I love the limitless possibilities of creating boards and dashboards in any way that I prefer. It is awesome how I can adjust and customize boards that best work for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to create a board that can include both internal team members and external clients. I'd like for my team to be able to communicate freely and in the weeds and I'd like for my clients to see items from a birds-eye-view. I have to create two boards (one for my internal team and one for external clients) in order to accomplish this. I do not like having two different boards as it is difficult to keep the boards matched up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with task management and who to distribute tasks to. It also benefits me with sprint planning and it keeps my team organized and efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
The fluiditiy of the platform is nice, being able to update project status and boucning it between team members helps us be more efficient. It's helpful to keep track of deadlines and to keep projects moving for clients that can sometimes take weeks or months to respond. We went from using an excel spreadsheet to Monday.com and it was a a massive upgrade, while also being easy to implement. Customer support is responsive in the few instances where we had a performance issue. We use the platform daily to manage all of our projects. We have not integrated Monday.com with any other services but from what I understand, it would be easy to integration with our email service provider to make tracking even more seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
They require a higher tier of service to include time tracking. We don't need anything else in that tier of service besides time tracking so I wish they would offer that in the lower tier that we're currently using.

Keeping us organized and projects moving forward.
