The solution to all your problems!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is so easy to tailor to your business, and the options are endless for creating what you need. It is easy to reach out to the team, and they will go above and beyond to help you with any issues you have.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing! Truly. I did have an issue before the last update where I couldn't see everything assigned to me in one place unless I created that dashboard myself. Now there is a "My Work" tab that is super easy and fixed the issue for my team and me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Monday for two different businesses. The corporate business I work for uses it as a billing dashboard for all of your clients. My company is focused on small businesses and local partnerships, and Monday helps me keep track of billing for them.

Perfect for any size company
What do you like best about the product?
Our company uses it to manage multiple clients, and the customization capabilities are what we like best. The colors and graphics make it fun to use and allow our team to collaborate easily to keep our projects on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have no complaints. I appreciated the addition of the "My Work" tab to keep an eye on tasks assigned just to me, so I can always meet my deadlines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is no longer a question of who is assigned to what task. Monday.com makes it very easy to stay on track and keep everyone apprised of their tasks. Our business performance has definitely increased.

The Organization and color process chart, the neat feature is the completed section for jobs, and it will immediately drop off into the completed section.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about Monday unless you are not an organized person

The benefits of Monday are helping me become more organized with jobs and going back to see which ones still need to be attentive to. Business performance has increased for the ones using Monday oppose to others

If you want to be organized, then Monday is definitely the way to go

Project Management Made Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been a great resource for streamlining our various projects. It allows for easy follow-up and teamwork. Monday has allowed us to track the deadline and current status of different parts of many of our projects. It facilitates the team with access to files and must-have information while working on a specific project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I can say against Monday. My only improvement would be to be able to create different topics to track within the same group. This will allow for a more in-depth review of the stages or needs for each part of the project. Having the ability to create topics that do not carry to other groups will allow us to have a more concise control of the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having more than 50 projects running can become complicated as they all have so many moving pieces. Monday gave us control over all the aspects of each of those projects and provided the team with one place to go when questions arise regarding the status, deadlines, or documentation required. It provides a great tool for teamwork while promoting the independent nature of each person related t the project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to go over the videos and help that the page provides. Doing so will allow you to really enjoy all the perks that the software has to offer.

The mobile app needs some work, a lot of funktion from desktop version is missing.

What do you like best about the product?
This is so helpful for a company that works entirely remotely. Without being able to see each other in the office face-to-face, this helps us to maintain work conversations specific to projects and tasks, all in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
Because the desktop app is so feature Rich, it can sometimes be slow to load. But I just plan ahead for it and started up early in the day, and allow it to run in the background while I work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to keep my personal to do list and my work to do list in one place, accessible on all of my devices. No more lost sticky notes! I can be much more productive
Great Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that at a glance you can get a feel for an overall project. I also like that you can have multiple boards. I use these for different reporting groups.
I demoed different PM software but Monday's ease of use got me.

Too many emails, a digest option per board/updates would be great!
I would also love to see Gantt charts.
It needs to be more affordable. I have a large team and after I added them I wanted to add the various stakeholders so they can see progress, but cost-prohibitive.

Project Management for my team and reporting to my stakeholders. There is a time-saving element to having information on projects all in one place.
Because it is also intuitive and easy to use (with help options), it is easy to add team members to it.

What do you like best about the product?
It's been very helpful to administrate and manage all my daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I find a little noisy that Monday sends an email everytime there's a movement or change of status.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to set up, easy to use, configure and customize. Very few barriers to entry to getting your team added. Probably one of the best onboarding experiences on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about the product, to be honest - it really lives up to its promise.

Empowering teams with a lightweight project management tool, that allows them to configure the setup to reflect their workflow without the support of a technical admin.
