Very intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive and straightforward. With a quick look, you can understand the big picture.

Integration to salesforce is only available for costly licenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates clarity about the status of tasks and reduce the need to use emails.
We love Monday. We are more organized on tracking our clients movements and projects.
What do you like best about the product?
That we can track everything and all colors to each label, it is a very friendly tool that provides the user with many different options. We love it!

There's nothing we don't like about Monday so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us organize our client's funnel. We can track every movement of our projects with clients in different boards. It is amazing!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has helped our quickly growing team stay focused and organized as we have ramped up production, implemented new roles/procedures, and sought to maintain a collaborative culture. When tasks, due dates, and priorities are clear, stress is lower and more work can be done. I've loved how Monday.com has helped our team
What do you dislike about the product?
If our team didn't have project managers whose job was to manage Monday.com, I don't think I would be able to do my work and keep everything updated. There are so many features. Sometimes maybe too many?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps our growing team stay apprised of how projects are progressing and helps us to clearly see where in the life cycle of a project we are - clearly defining roles and a way forward with features like "dependencies."
Used Monday.com as main sales CRM for 2 years now
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is super user friendly and very easy to set up. My company particularly like the automations and integrations. We tried a variety of other CRM tools and found Monday to have the best integrations for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally we have questions that are difficult to explain without the Monday.com support team being able to view our data. This takes time and I think if we are happy for them to view our data it would save alot of time and explaining.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday.com as our main CRM system. We can easily record and view our data individually and as a team, and it has saved a huge amount of time compared to other CRM tools.
My great experience with Monday
What do you like best about the product?
I can stay connected with my coworkers throughout the work day. I can see updates on projects from my coworkers with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
One minor detail of Monday that I make a note of is how board owners are the only ones allowed to make new groups or sub-categories on a board. It might be better to make a request to alter a board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me keep track of projects and stay on top of our proofing progress. I can update coworkers on projects with ease from my computer.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it allows our office to communicate even when we aren't in the same building and keeps us on task efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like if on an individual board you could have different columns in each group. Right now the columns are duplicated for each group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our office's communication to be more effective and helps us stay on task by having due dates. We also love the automations and are trying to use those more in the future. Our processes have become more streamlined by using monday.com to keep track of everything from marketing to employee time off.
Great way to keep super organised!
What do you like best about the product?
I love having a board and being able to customise it fully. It helps my team and I keep on track for releases and the status bar helps everyone know which stage of the project or tasks everyone is at. The boards can be extremely customised so we have everything we need in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes duplication of certain items are not so easy, but I've found in the past there have been releases of some sort to improve the issues!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep everyone assigned to the project/task in line and up to date with what has been completed and what needs to be done. We can see when things are meant to be done and all the steps it takes to get there, so it makes it easier for us to complete.
Excellent and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Monday is how easy it is to make adjustments and updates in real-time. All of our team members, of varying ages and comfortability with technology, use it without difficulty. We can manage all of our projects and even keep relevant files in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Monday is when it goes down. It doesn't happen often, but we have had a couple of times where it's been down for a few hours. Because we're so reliant on Monday, that is hugely disruptive to us. I would love to see more communication from Monday when an outage occurs or is expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps our remote-first team be on the same page on projects. We build out detailed project timelines and then assign the appropriate team members to each milestone. Because everyone can see the project, everyone knows exactly what is expected of them and others.
A useful platform for organisation and work prioritisation.
What do you like best about the product?
Stakeholders can submit design briefs via a form that can then be reviewed and responded to. This saves time as it avoids some of the direct messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could maybe be additional features such as automatic responses to briefs, or potentially an AI tracker which gives accurate timescales to stakeholders based on workload of departments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cleaning up communication lines in regards to briefs being submitted. It's also acting as a hub for briefs to be stored and reviewed. This has subsequently improved our business output via the good organisation it has bought our team.
