Still a beginner but amazed

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to insert and link any number of steps of a process, keep track of any of them, share with others in the teams or across teams, and very large and flexible ways to filter any information or status you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any other tool full of features and possibilities, for some, it may take some time to get used to, but the tutorials help a lot. But certainly, it will be worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Monday, we are saving a lot of time since we have mapped different processes, and now we can easily track all of them over the fly, check the status of each step and take action on the right spot. Using Monday, we also can notify the area where rates are not as expected and advise the propper area or responsibility to act.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use tutorials to get acquainted with the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
If I have a question on a task or project, I can just go to the monday board and get the answer, rather than waiting for someone to call or email me back.
What do you dislike about the product?
When team member forget to update their boards!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has eliminated the need for long email chains about project status.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use in setting up new boards and creating a structure for the entire team to manage different parts of a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish not every account had to be at the same level and therefore increase the price. Some users only need Basic functionality while some need the Pro functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were trying to have a centralized Project Management tool that did not require a weeklong training session just to setup.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love how user-friendly the project management software is. It is helpful in organizing tasks for a particular workstream and helps streamline work across teams. It helps keep people across my team informed about my workload, work flow, and progress!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would like to see improved is the ability to list multiple dates within a given task that is ongoing within a series of events. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoy using the Monday.com. It is far superior to the Google Doc I used to use to organize my ongoing work within a particular project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized that is an excellent tool to organize multiple parts within a given project, as well as continue to inform my team members about my progress towards tasks within a particular timeframe.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend using monday.com to organize all of your projects! It is incredibly user-friendly and is very encouraging as you complete tasks within a given workstream!

What do you like best about the product?
That is very friendly. The software adapts to all our requirements. Good response from the CS department. It is charming that integrate with other apps that we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has way too many similar features, so it is kind of hard to learn them all. Automations are a little confusing sometimes but after you use them for a while, you get used to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Where to start... Projects organization. Materials orders are more organized, easy to pull out sales reports. It helps a lot to keep a good track of all of our projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I will advise them to make sure they pay good attention to the introduction ask all questions needed to make the app-friendly. Check all the onboarding videos.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how collaborative the software is. It's perfect for my small team and it allows us to keep each other accountable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I inherently dislike about using monday.com. I think it's user-friendly, and it allows me to see what's needed on our projects at a high level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, my team struggled with maintaining organization, and we weren't clear on everyone's roles in the project. After using monday.com, we can work more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to stay organized with Monday.com and to share status updates on projects with team members easily. I often use and find sub-checklist, and the feature that automatically moves a row to a new group, the most helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you cannot disable certain columns in new groups on a board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On-boarding new building including having building documents uploaded, having rent rolls, leases, BBLs and CoOs collected and uploaded with Monday. It is easy to share a board with someone outside of the organization who is needed to uploaded documents to keep our projects running on time.

What do you like best about the product?
Workspaces is my most used tool to stay up to date on all our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Monday.com software is how often it seems to go offline and have sync issues.

We have become a more efficient team since using Monday.com. This in turn allows up to add new clients, growing our business.
