Efficient and simple.

What do you like best about the product?
monday is easy to use and provide some good quality data .
What do you dislike about the product?
monday doesnt allow me as Admin and Developer to make some changes in bulk or in mass .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
lack of transparency internally. This benefist the company because now we can be sure of which stage we are in each of the more than 2000 projects we have live and provides us a clear picture of how far we are from completion .

What do you like best about the product?
Using monday feels very familiar to excel with its use of tables. The categorization and customization available helps to create boards specific to each use case we have. From tracking workflows and customer leads, we are able to do it all through monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is not the most helpful tool when needing to get information or look at a board. It feels clunky in comparison to using the web version, which can be frustratingn at times when I do not have immediate access to my computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday allows for easy collaboration between teams and visiblity to all who need it. I enjoy being able to quickly check the status of a project or customer lead for anyone on our team.

What do you like best about the product?
Work management is a great tool for project management and organization. I'm able to customize how a project should be used, I can easily set up members, and it integrates with our intraoffice communications over Slack. We use it every day, and if any type of issue arises, support has always been quick to resolve the problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that has been a downside is that setting up a custom board is a little time consuming, especially if you aren't quite familiar with all of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work Management helps us keep track of resources, projects, calendars, and with the built-in automations, it advances our workflow so that we always know where a project is in terms of critical tasks and completion.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to manage my deadlines and keep track of my projects. I check it everyday and I always fell like my work is well organised and clear. It'a also very easy to learn and consumer friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major to highlight but if i have to be picky maybe the horizontal bar could be improved as it's a bit too long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to keep my deadline under control promoting a better time management.

What do you like best about the product?
- Ability to group tasks by client and project. This makes client and project meetings easy to organize and facilitate
- Ability to share a board with a client so they can track their tasks and monitor everyone's progress
What do you dislike about the product?
- I don't have any criticisms of the software because I am far from a "power user". The features I use are very good and well designed. That said, a new user needs to understand this is a very flexible and powerful tool. However with flexibility comes complexity. You can use it "out of the box" with little setup but to access its power you will want to invest time in understanding this tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows everyone involved with a client or project to see where we are and easily assign and update tasks

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Monday.com to streamline our meeting management process across multiple departments, and it has completely transformed the way we work. The platform makes it incredibly easy to organize meeting topics in a centralized, visual format, so nothing falls through the cracks. Each department can track its own agenda and action items, while management still has the ability to view progress at an organizational level. Tasks can be clearly delegated, prioritized, and tracked with a due date — all in one place. This has significantly improved accountability and follow-through.

One of the biggest advantages is the automation capabilities. You can set up your boards to automatically assign tasks, notify team members of deadlines, or move items through stages without manual input. It truly makes your board work for you, saving time and letting each team member focus on the bigger picture.


Monday.com is used every day by each member of the leadership team and has been tailored to meet the individual needs of each of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little clunky on the app interface with updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to support with communication on extended projects.

Reviewing the Efficiency of Monday.com after Daily Usage

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has the capability to filter out the different columns and to also mass update Item names when selecting in bulk. Monday.com also provides a great view of all current projects given that it is reviewed and used by multiple users everyday. It is easy to navigate from one project to another.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com lacks the ability to provide a summary of each individual's tasks for all projects in a quarter. Items need to be seperately viewed or updated. It is difficult to see all projects for one individual in a nice and compact format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any missing information about the project can be easily found on Monday.com.

I appreciate that there is a section where you can add comments and notes for other members to see right away. This solves any miscommunication issues that might rise throughout a project.
