What do you like best about the product?
simplicity. Its really intuative and all the team can access the same info
What do you dislike about the product?
the proposed pricing on renewal was initially a 50% price increase year on year
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we use it for planning, task management. The benefit really is having all this sort of material in one place in a "language and formal" everyone in the org is familiar with

Great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is visually appealing, logical, and easy to navigate. The organizational assistance has made me much more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I don't like about the tool. I only wish more of my colleagues used it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to monday.com our organization struggled with workload distribution. Monday.com allows staff to act more independently on tasks.

Do not hesitate. This is a great tool that will save you time.
AMAZING TOOL
What do you like best about the product?
The user friendly interface that makes the day to day work effortlessly. it really has become a must for a company to use this tool to keep everything organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
there isnt much to dislike about Monday. instead they keep integrating new tools and add-ons to help you work better. it will make the interface better if the app for Mac was so much faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
my whole company works with Monday, so we are solving everything with it. the benefits or using Monday are virtually endless. the business performance has increased with the team using this tool.
Brilliant and Flexible Tool
What do you like best about the product?
A hugely flexible tool that adapts to projects or business needs. The automation features and integrations allow monday.com to do the hard work for you. Whenever I've had a question or query, customer support has been incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile and iPad apps don't offer the same ease of use as the desktop app but they're continuing to improve them. Despite the support, it's a little overwhelming as it offers so much freedom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to visualise projects and deadlines easily and as I have grown to a small team we all know what we're working on at the same time. It saves time and questions that are answered on the boards

Commit the time to learn it and it will pay you back. It takes time to learn and understand but it's worth it.

Invaluable Organizational Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is an Invaluable tool for our team. In a fast-paced, corporate world, keeping organized can be a challenge. This is where Monday comes in and saves the day, as it were!
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team has been using this resource for a few months, and I've yet to find something I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning, meeting objectives, scheduling, collaborating. Monday assists our team in meeting our objectives and communicating and sharing individual goals.

Le système de validation de tâches du tableau sous forme de code couleur, et l'interface en règle générale. La fluidité d'utilisation de l'outil et sa réactivité.

Certains plugins pourraient être encore imaginer pour centraliser plus d'éléments de notre activité, comme la gestion des INBOX Social Media pour chacun de nos clients.

L'organisation de nos semaines, et le suivi client de chacun de nos projets d'agence. Il permet également de donner un accès limité au suivi de projet pour nos clients, ce qui leur permet de suivre le développement de leur projet et nous fait gagner du temps en reporting.
Amazing productivity tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ease in being able to create workflow automation. It saves large amounts of time vs having to do everything manually
What do you dislike about the product?
Sub menu on topics can be hit or miss. Sometimes there are strange errors that happen
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Projects, Daily task lists, meetings. This one tool is so customizable and can pretty much do it all
Monday is the perfect tool for keeping organized and on track
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to color-code and create multiple steps for each project. It helps myself, as well as the rest of the team, keep on target. Compared to the previous program we were using, it's a huge difference. Multiple members of the team can make updates, and that way, everyone knows the status of the project. The ability to assign tasks to people is great for a team and has been really helpful during the work from home periods where the team can stay on track and understand where the status of each project is.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a pretty big learning curve to learn Monday, and it can be pretty intimidating to get started. Also, it's a little confusing to find certain workspaces and dashboards as the menu can be hard to navigate between dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all the steps in a process is made very easy and straightforward with Monday. Whenever we started working from home the process management software we were using started to cause a lot of problems because it was not detailed and easy to understand. Monday has solved a lot of problems and has helped us stay much more on target while remote.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to get everyone on board with using it to maximize its effectiveness. Group training could be very helpful with this so that all team members are made aware of the extensive tools that Monday offers.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps me have collaborative work with my colleagues, making it easy to organize the task and project. I can easily control de due dates for each delivery and share it with my clients so they are updated as well
What do you dislike about the product?
Automations are GREAT, but sometimes I feel the lack of specific ones for the columns I have in my panels. I"d like to be able to set changes and logics with every column parameter
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clear comunication with my clients is one of the best benefits. We align deliveries expectations all in one place, removing the noise that could affect our relationship
