What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and user interface. Good feeling of completing a task asd updating a board. Work remotely scheduels

Pricing per user. copy of board formoating from one colom to another colom not possibele

What do you like best about the product?
-Customize your columns
-Organise your weeks, see your progress and share with the clients etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly Im happy on the terms of how its works at the moment. We are able to develop our projects and see the progress with our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have notice to organise better our invoicing for every stage of our services and keep a track with clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really recommend starting with your business to have it wel organized.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm an independent sales rep and Monday is how I keep all of my clients organized as well as all of my quotes and sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Monday is geared more towards realtors but it has been extremely helpful to me as an independent sales rep

Keeping up with my sales orders.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use. The help sections and webinars are really insightful. You can use multiple features to suit all requirements
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can limit the number of items assigned to an individual user, which does cause challenges with the tasks on the boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to manage a team workload across multiple tasks and projects. It gives a clear overview for the individuals and at a management level

Game-changer for our office!

What do you like best about the product?
As our agency began and continues to grow, this platform keeps us all in communication and organized for minor and urgent projects. Between status filters, the subitem feature and the ability for multiple boards and groups, our efficiency has never been better. As the tasks build up, the ability to archive and not lose our history goes much appreciated. All around, we are all very grateful for this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't run into any features we dislike. There was recently an update that added a few clicks to the process in moving an item from one group or board to another, as opposed to just selecting "move to group" or "move to board," but as I got used to that change, it hasn't been difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and efficiency has improved because of Monday.com. For a small and growing company, this has kept the team in communication company-wide. It allows us to continue to grow without losing track of the big picture.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to organise task and allocate to others in the team. Useful for overall communication and organisation of a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
the time it takes to add in dates for a new year when duplicating a board. If these could be replicated with the new year automatically that would be great for cyclical projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps me keep my team organized and on top of projects. My favorite features are the automations. Wow! What a difference. Monday is so easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Monday is the best project management tool I've used! I have been a project manager for a few years now and have used a large variety of tools. Monday is by FAR the best!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me stay on top of what's going on so I can keep projects on task and within budget! I have noticed my entire team's productivity level increases and business performance has never been better.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create so many separate boards and groups and link them to each other. I use Monday manly for lists and project management so it i sperfect for me, even though it has so much more capacity I don't utilize
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many more advanced features I don't know how to use. It does not seem very intuitive as an operating system. Could there be a paperclip with AI pop up to offer advice? I also wish each row could automatically be numbered or create a column that numbers rows. I also find it hard to link boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have set up automations that move customers data between categories. Using Monday forms is fantastic for enabling us to automate processes and receive more data from clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
More intuitive operating system and easily accessible tutorials from the board itself

Nothing to dislike. I love it all. Great to keep people on track

When producing numerous events, things seem to merge or blend and it is hard to remember what has been done. This system is like a detailed check list with reminders that help you stay organized

It is also a great way to work with others and track documents so you can have them stored for next time.

It was a little daunting and overwhelming at first. The interface seemed a bit busy.

Able to better prioritize and keep track of different projects. I feel more productive because I think I am more productive.
