A huge help for company productivity and deadlines!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to assign tasks and communicate through Monday has made remote work more personal. We have the ability to know where each other is at on tasks without the need for constant emails back and forth. Monday has also made setting deadlines easier than ever! This has been a huge help to make sure tasks are completed on time by all team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing that took a little to get used to was the various tabs within Monday. At first, it took a little extra time figuring out which tabs had the information I needed. However, after a week or so of learning the interface, it felt much more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had issues in the beginning with deadlines and making sure we all stayed on the assigned tasks. We have many projects that are due a month or more away, so having the ability to mark the urgency of the task has been beneficial to get reminders as the due date approaches.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy and understandable layout to get to know. We previously made use of Trello, and unfortunately, it didn't cater to our needs as well as Monday has.
I am yet to find a competitor that comes close
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have no complaints. I can manage my workspaces easily and delegate or update tasks as required.

I am not sure if the feature is yet available, but it would be nice to ask "everyone" to update their tasks in one switch movement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had a problem keeping track of all the tasks and projects with various stakeholders. Monday.com has given us a central place to manage and delegate tasks as required.

Great for Organizing a Team

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can create my own workspace that is separate from the main team workspace to better organize my tasks. It's a great way to keep track of the entire team's progress and efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many different email reminders that pop up, that it's hard to tell when I actually have a task that's due. I would rather get emails only when I have a task coming up that I need to focus on. Also, there are so many different ways to set up Monday, and since everyone's brains work differently, sometimes it gets confusing. Overall I think it just needs to simplify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping us realize just how much we have going on, and how to best distribute all of the tasks we are attempting to do. It's a great tool to organize a team of people.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool for small-large teams, but does take some time to set up. It's too much for just an individual.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and to keep track of projects & the option to export to Excel is a godsend!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there should be an auto-backup of the boards/groups, as we accidentally deleted a large chunk of our data (user error) but then couldn't get it back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped to ensure all projects were on track and no deadlines were missed, with the ability to update anywhere and add comments to each project.

This is my first time I use monday, the begining I thought a little confuse because all funcionalities and some we don't use everyday. The way tasks/projects send us warnings, sometimes looks a little massive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The way we can share and control all tasks and projects are amazing. Organize, deadlines help us to keep more focus in our jobs.

What do you like best about the product?
Automations and the integrations between boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the columns on the boards don't work quite as well as I hoped - I.e when I assign two people to a task on a specific date, but one of them is on another project that day, you have to make two individual pulses instead of one main one to work off of

What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday to organize what needs to go into a Local magazine. I love how I can organize each client account and link that information to a monthly input. It makes things so much easier than the spreadsheets we were using before!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some of the functionality of sub-items could be improved. I would love to be able to link sub items together and to different pages so I can auto populate information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the problems monday has solved, is keeping individuals accountable for projects and timelines. It's very easy to set due dates and check the progress of your team.

The servers do occasionally go down, and automation stop working, but that is few and far between
