Very good tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage different work tasks, deadlines and data. Helpful to cooperate with customers, employees and colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many open tasks but this is not Monday's fault 😉
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working on the same task with more people, not forgetting tasks

Love Monday! Monday makes remote work possible.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of monday. It's important to me to be able to customize my boards however I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more features-- a messaging area, a white board, etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using monday.com my team is able to work remotely and be on the same page. We use Monday.com to distribute tasks and help each other out when needed.
Simple, intuitive and easy to customize. Has improved our workflow as a business no end.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease at which we can interlink different parts of the business and various aspects of client contracts. Notification reminders have also been invaluable. We have also managed to make Monday work alongside our hire software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to dislike here, I can't think of any features we've needed that have been missing so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication between team members, instant updates, and notifications when changes are made to a contract. We also use Monday.com as an internal instant messenger of sorts, with conversations all tied to the contracts they relate to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As soon as we started trialing the product, we could see how it would benefit the business. From keeping on top of quotes and communication with clients to managing in-house jobs and communication between staff. It works a treat.

Organisation Queen
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Monday helps me organise my daily tasks, I love how you can select different stages of where you're at in a task, I love how when you mark something as done you receive a little congratulations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything, but it would be great to have a search bar on there where you can search for the board/ task that you are looking for to help you find it easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is great so that I can see what my team are up to when we're working on the same projects/campaigns.It helps us get all of our affairs in order. It's good that you can use it for time tracking and deadlines too.

Monday helps us keep track of all our clients easily by being able organise then into categories. I also love the ways you can integrate monday in to your work and how it's makes contacting clients simpler and faster!

It does take a while to get used to how it works and to setup your pages to suit your needs it's a lot of trial and error, however after you get passed this it's plain sailing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use to use spreadsheets to list out all our contacts and now monday has made it easier finding the contacts and contacting making our overall performance better

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to share boards with clients. They can keen track of project progress easily. We use the email to board tool a lot! Better UI design than asana it's great!
What do you dislike about the product?
That the ability to change the email to board email address has gone! Really annoying. Also if we could make better inegratioms from Monday.com so file uploads can be recognised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team coms are better, things stay on track and Woking is more relaxed. Yes, we are more productive as we can take on more projects. Team works much faster than before.

Maybe the boards could be in a different layout to make it tidier.

Being able to see what everyone else is up to and working to same deadlines.
Work Horse App
What do you like best about the product?
Tagging features in all areas of the app is immensely useful as it cuts down on emails and chats that are needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the dashboarding features as I can't 'silence' some jobs or have more categories I'd like to see in my dash.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's alleviating any confusion when working in a team environment. It can hold team members accountable as well as keep detailed records of a task in a centralized location.
