Best Software Ever
What do you like best about the product?
Organize all divisions in one place
For a company with many projects at the same time, it is easy to consolidate in one place

What do you dislike about the product?
Still difficult to work with the new integrations. I feel they will be instrumental if we properly learn, but it would be great to have more support around how to best build them into my boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we would have many things to do at once and would just use emails and calendars to approach problems.
Now we update everything in one place, updates are live and the team get to share their progress quickly and efficiently.

How intuitive it is and everything i need already exists. Very easy to use, incoporates into workflows. Streamlines my processes

Nothing. Its so easy really. Im learning to better manage myself and projects via monday

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track and add changes in specific categories. Monday allows me to organise everything under specific headings and add the specific characteristics of where that job is in terms of competition or necessity.
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of dislike, I suppose what I dislike the most is the fact that things often get quite cluttered. A more obvious searching function with key words would be terrific and help to avoid this problem in future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generally the problems we solve are in terms of communicating with the team, tagging and tracking all tasks and assigning them to the right party. From Monday we can see exactly what the job is and who it assigned to.

Monday is great for organising all your tasks and communicating effectively with your teammates.

monday.com is one of the best project management tools where it is not only easy to collab but also the templates make it effective to use daily, establishing itself as a great productivity tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the initial stage, it's a bit complicated to understand the productivity tool. So accordingly free trial period needs to be extended to help users understand the usage before purchasing the services on monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has proved very productive for me. The proper task management through monday.com has helped me to stay productive and deliver the best out of my efforts in the least time possible.

I would recommend Monday.com to the people.

I love how customisable it is. I am able to track my orders and set up really unique automations to make my processes smooth. I also really appreciate the integrations with third party platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find it a little confusing if I'm trying to create certain structures and automations. I also wish there were more design options for how things look, especially on the dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everything organized, knowing where each of my orders is at any given time. It's really helpful to see the overall picture of what's going on in my business.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a great tool to get everyone in our organization on the same page. It helps us map out our deliverables with timelines and dependencies. Although we are small, we have issues with communication sometimes and Monday helps eliminate the majority of these issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few enhancements I would like to see, but they are very minor. I think there is room for improvement with the documents but I know things are progressing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Monday helps us track feedback and comments in one location. Before, it was difficult to find critical information because they were either in Slack or email. We also are able to build great timelines to share with clients as well as resource planning.

Monday.com has simplified the day-to-day operations for myself and my team. Monday keeps me in the loop and more organized than ever. Post-its and scrap paper are a thing of the past!
What do you dislike about the product?
The transition to Monday.com was easy and user-friendly. I have yet to find anything challenging about this service. Having the comment feature on action items has been incredibly helpful in keeping important information right at my fingertips.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to task out action items to the team quickly and effectively. Communication has improved tremendously, and the completion of tasks has a quicker turnaround time.

What do you like best about the product?
The updates and the chance to customize rows to add the correct information/ the needed info. The infoboxes are handy. I also like that you can edit updates if you make a mistake.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little while to understand what is going on. There isn't an undo button for when you accidentally delete something you were writing. I also find it hard to copy & paste information, specially when it comes to phone numbers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easier to communicate with the rest of the team, and we have constant updates. Plus, we get notifications if there are any updates & there is a place to easily find the information needed
Great software for collaborative team working
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how the software allowed me to have my own board of work whilst also being able to see what my team were working on, add updates to their tasks etc
What do you dislike about the product?
I did find the automation quite confusing and needed help from someone a little more technically minded than me to get these set up on by boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to review members of my team work and address productivity issues by making each member of the team accountable for their time and how they use it.
