LOVE USING MONDAY! Made work a lot easier
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me keep track of all the assets/due dates and what my team is working. The automations are nice and easy to set up. I was using trello before and monday is a lot simpler to use and to teach to new hires.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too many downsides for me. I don't really like the 'My Work' tab, it can be helpful but I think the set up is a little confusing. Wish I could see it as a 'list' that could help me check things off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping with the tracking of assets both internally and with our clients. It's easy for clients to come on and look at the graphics they need to review. It helps with keeping track of due dates and versioning

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Monday is that it is real-time! Our company's other option is to share files on the cloud; sometimes, it takes a full hour for our items to sync. We don't have time for that. It's also much easier to organize, move, and create things to be shared with all team members or your personalized items. I love the time-tracking feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike. If I have to say something, it would be that when I copy something, it includes the word copy. There may be a way around this. I haven't taken the time to research as it's not that big of an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time efficiency mainly. For myself and my To-do list, I found in the past that once you complete something, it's gone, but sometimes you don't remember if you did it. To resolve this, I created a TO Do board with my Action item list, a Hold for confirmation list and a completed list. I automated it so they would move to the appropriate list as the status changed. I added time tracking so I could bill clients when needed. This resolved several issues of remembering if I completed or not and how long it takes to complete a task. If it takes longer than usual, I have a notes section and history to look back on.

Very easy to use and great for keeping everybody up to date and in the loop

Needs more automation and maybe a chat function

Ability to track workflow, as we currently can't do this

Monday.com is very intuitive. I can organize all my work using various tags, assign it to relevant team members, and share links. It reduces continuous back and forth between team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't get the chance to explore all the options, but I believe it is a bit overkill for someone who has just started a business. There could be a dialed down version for someone looking for simpler interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a distributed team, working from different corners of the world. We were having trouble determining each other's priorities. After adding all our tasks it became clear what needed to be done and who is free to take up additional projects.

The only thing that can stop you is your imagination. Automations are flexible and work great with integrations.

What do you dislike about the product?
A downside to monday is there's no way to edit or add-on to existing automations. While that's not a dealbreaker, it is a pain. I wish integrations between different boards was a bit easier and cleaner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously had a built-in workflow system in our SIS that we no longer had access to, so we searched for a solution. Monday filled that void perfectly.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about monday.com is the reporting tools and integrations that are available for you to use. Since we have been using this software to manage projects, build reports, and keep track of daily tasks. Our IT department has increased productivity and organization in the workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some dislikes of monday.com include some functions in the downloaded client not being available for you. For example, while using the desktop client, I can't seem to print out reports using various file types (PNG, JPG, Etc.). However, this is available in the web version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software is helping us with reporting and also conducting things like surveys. Since using monday.com, we can track more analytics than before and build reports from that data. One major problem that our institution struggles with is reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the usability and the interface.The program is very intuitive and the program is used by a variety of our staff with a varying level of technical abilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a communication tool much like Slack to be able to talk to our users.

Our research center has helped track project process in a centralized way. We have really benefitted from being to keep our teams accountability and also keep track of tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the project management ability within site. It gives you an opportunity to share it with people within your organization and also outside of our organization. I have worked in a few Project management systems, and this application is very people-friendly and makes sharing information throughout our organization easy! Plus, the name alone reminds you to check your projects first thing in the morning or on MONDAYS!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of the app. The mobile app is terrible and doesn't read very well on your phone. It is much easier for us to bookmark the website and log on that way than using the app. this need to be addressed and worked on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with project accountability. My team works on multiple projects at a time for our agency. Being able to hop into various projects for teams helps us with responsibility and time management with the projects we have coming up.
Positively Perfect Platform for Peer Participation in Projects
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been an insanely-useful tool forour project coordinator team. The projects we manage involve many different steps that occur in different periods (30/45/60 days prior to start, etc...) that when we have multiple projects occurring at different stages, it can be overwhelming to keep track of. In came Monday.com and saved the day! We built a template board, automations to make our lives easier, and then began organizing ourselves and our projects. Our team is now working a lot more-collaboratively, and the leadership within our organization has better insight, due to the dashboarding capabilities, on how many team members have projects, and in which stages those projects are at. Love this product!
What do you dislike about the product?
I know this might not be as helpful, but there really isn't anything that's NOT great about Monday.com. We have built a change-log where our teammates can leave things they'd like modified/added to our templates, and have yet to run into a situation where someone says "can Monday.com do X?" and not find a way to have Monday.com serve as a tool for whatever "X" is in this situation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep track of projects that are in different stages of rollout, so that we don't need to wonder "ok where did I leave off here?" when moving on to the next project. Because our team started off so small, we were all managing loads of projects, and this made it so much easier for us to keep track of things.
Great product for workflow!

Automations are great to share with data with others and aid workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The occasional outages and lagging slow down workflow.

Sharing huge amounts of data for different items, following the progress of shared projects, tracking future and past events. Has increased business performanced and enhanced collaboration.
