What do you like best about the product?
The organization and team communication capabilities have revolutionized our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to keep track on what has been assigned to me if i am not on the platform regularly. I do not like the constant emails when i am being assigned a job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization has increased, and the team communication and accountability is off the charts now.

Monday is the best tool I use for work!
What do you like best about the product?
I find Monday super helpful when it comes to organizing my daily, weekly, and quarterly tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could be a little more simple in terms of video examples. There are so many automations and it can get confusing. I would recommend creating a "bubble" that appears when you hover over a new setting/automation and ask if you need an example to learn how to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday keeps me focused on my high-priority tasks and when I have any urgent tasks that are being asked of me, I can simply use the app on the go and add it. I enjoy being able to ping other team members when there is a question or if you are simply notifying them that you completed a task.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the satisfaction of sharing project objectives with team members & the satisfaction of clicking through completed tasks. So satisfying!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like for groups to be more adaptable within templates; I'd like to view multiple tasks together that might have different checkpoints for completion
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has made interviewing and onboarding a breeze. Multiple team members are able to contribute to the process as well as monitor from afar.
Great program
What do you like best about the product?
The most important aspect of Monday is the ability to "code" the paths when items are created. I have the ability to make sure everyone on my team sees when a new item is created and it will get pushed to the proper board once complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the interface of using monday. I wish there were ways to rearrange the columns so that they are not all in a listed format. I wish there were boxes for each team member to add their own projects they are working. Similar to the dashboard but the dashboard seems too cluncky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to see where the hiccups are in our standard operating procedures. We are able to see where projects get clogged up and come up with a plan to solve them.
Best way to manage and improve project lists
What do you like best about the product?
After a few months working with Monday.com, I haven't realized yet how easy and valuable it's this platform. All of the automation, features, and filters, the user-friendly interface, and the capability to manage several projects at the same time are the main strengths of Monday. It helps to constantly update the boards without needing too much time to learn about the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven`t managed with any fact that dislikes me. Maybe the app needs to keep growing and tack on more features and capabilities. I would like to see improvements with the board's management.

With the actual pandemic situation, managing different projects couldn't be easier than using Monday.
Monday.com is an Amazing Platform for Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Not only is Monday.com excellent for project management (you can see all the steps in each project, assign owners, and track progress) but they also have several other templates for things like social content calendars, project trackers, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's tough to get people out of separate spreadsheets and working together from the same place. Monday.com is that tool but it's only effective if everyone adopts and uses it together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Management and keepings track of ownership and deadlines. It's also great for linking in important files (like forecasts, package designs, dielines. etc.) all your information for a project in one place

What do you like best about the product?
With monday, you can design your project management processes to meet your needs, and then each member of your team can view the assignments/tasks/expectations/etc. in the way that is most productive for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The columns in a board can get really complex, requiring a lot of horizontal scrolling to get to the information you need
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com allows our team of 6 to keep all the tasks for projects organized, then track progress and discover where gaps in productivity occur. We are able to communicate more effectively across the team and stay on top of deadlines.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Identify your goals before you start to build out boards and check out templates to take advantage of work others have already done to speed your implementation.
Very helpful, requires good planning & set-up
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the connection between Google and the pulses, the automation when a task is done, and calendar reminders.
We recently set-up a personal dashboard for each team member and so far so good.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit of a bother to set-up everything correctly and selecting the correct automation for each process. I don't think it is necessarily a bad thing, it's just something that needs to be pre-´planned before being able to use the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to communicate what stages and updates have been made for each account, delegate tasks simply and efficiently and have very clear action steps for each of our processes.
Overall very good tool for file and project management, however, I would like to see more tools
What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI and the ability to react to co-workers' updates without replying to them back. Saves lots of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there is no # for better information organization.

It helps us track work progress and keep all information about clients in one place. Monday enabled us to transition from physical folders to digital.

Getting lots of emails. Maybe lowering the amounts of emails we get a day.
