What do you like best about the product?
Monday has really helped us increase the complexity of our projects, ensure communications were smooth and make our team grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really. The only thing with a project management tool is that everyone needs to be on board or it doesn't work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've reduced significantly the number of times we have to do things last minute. Stress levels are at a low point.
We are able to launch in a timely manner all our projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use. It helps you to keep everything organized and to keep the communication between departments. You can automate many things. Monday have more tools than the competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Last few days we have been experiencing some issues. It takes too long to charge a page and sometimes some boards freeze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had problems with communication between departments. Also, our clients' status, wishes, or issues were not clear and now everything is updated on time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday it's a great tool. Really valueble.

What do you like best about the product?
It really helps with organazation skills and allows all team members to know what is happening within the organization. My team loved it because it enabled team work within the group.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothng specific that I dislike.

Organizational issues, accounting, finance, updates within team, and management

What do you like best about the product?
I love the task management tools Monday provides. By building different boards for various events, we are able to track movement and progress with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I dislike is that Monday does take some getting used to. There are so many tools it offers, so it is a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are tracking employee activity and progress. Benefits include resource management, teamwork collaboration, and workflow automation.

Assess with your team to see if Monday can solve the issues your company is having.

Very User-Friendly Team Project Management

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can set and assign tasks, create your own buttons so that your team can update their task and you will stay on track, along with creating your own columns that correspond to your work! The new updates that have been implemented such as integrating with Gmail definitely helps to keep track of projects. I like that you can create specific labels as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure if it is offered, but I would love to have an Instant Messaging feature, so instead of posting an update, I can instant message the team to see where they are at and how far they need to go out. I like that they offer templates to use, however, you will have to spend the time to learn what is what.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the team on one accord and making sure everything is being done properly and on time. The benefits are just keeping in touch and knowing what the team is doing and what their status is on a task.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Once you get acclimated to the system, you will have to make it your own and they provide ease of completing that.

Powerful tool, but requires some time investment to maintain

What do you like best about the product?
Incredible flexibility so you can build out a board for anything. There is a wide variety of column formats to use. Automations are a great way to remind, trigger, and establish recurring tasks, etc. I might go so far as to say, if you can think it, you can do it. For basic end-users, I'd say it's pretty user-friendly. Because of it's flexibility, it can fit a wide variety of industries. It has a nice, clean interface. I have it open all day long. and hot key between boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the size of your team and what you do, it requires a significant time investment to maintain. I am the main "champion" for my group of 30, and our projects are small and move quickly. Because it is such a flexible and powerful tool and is updated all the time, I feel like I'm constantly trying. The downside is it requires pretty solid knowledge and understanding of features, staying up to date, and the work doesn't end after you roll it out. I feel like I'm constantly monitoring things, changing things that don't work, and finding little holes where I could maybe fix it, but I don't have the time to dig in to research how to set it up. Or we set up some boards, and they're moving, and it's too hard to pause, restart, revamp, so we hobble along making it work. We don't use communication within Monday that much and communicate more in Teams to manage the projects within Monday. The inbox and notifications section are not valuable for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project and task management for 30 people with a lot of moving parts. The flexibility has been the key variable that works better than other project management tools because most seem programmed for more traditional projects, whereas our projects are more variable. We needed to set up recurring monthly projects that start before the previous one has ended.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I might consider planning better initially, but sometimes you don't know what you'll use or how you'll use it until you try it. Our use has had many iterations. I might plan to work with a consultant and schedule a few check-in points after rollout to make sure things are working as desired and help you make the tweaks needed to keep it operating effectively. Designate an internal champion who can invest the time to stay up to date and maintain it. And make sure the people who are using it with free-range are also knowledgeable enough about the product, or else you'll have to tidy up the sprawl.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a flexible tool and you can adapt to your specific work. I like the capacity to change the info for different uses: Sales, Projects, Buying, Manufacture etc
What do you dislike about the product?
The capacity to show the same information in different kinds of images reports and trace the various tasks of your team. I want as a new feature, the burn down charts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Follow different teams on the same platform and see the interactions of all tasks. I´m too much productive in this way and can show the complete plan to my boss

Productivity, efficiency, and you can manage all your team in every place, because you can check all the project in you phone, iPad or laptop

What do you like best about the product?
I like the UX design, such as the colours and graphics, it really motivates me to get my work done. The timelines are helpful too, alongside being able to assign tasks/questions to others in the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the copying function does not work as I imagined it to, particularly with copying across sub-items within a board. The click and drag options are also clunky at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My productivity and motivation to complete tasks has increased, and it gives me one space to look over all of my work and the timelines in which my work needs to be delivered, which is helpful and aids in me not becoming too overwhelmed.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me easily organize my tasks for all of my clients and myself. Plus the "My Work" section is a great way to consolidate all the tasks so I can get through my to do list quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to pay more for maybe one feature I would like to utilize. For example, I have to pay for a second tier to get use to a calendar. Even though I can use all the other features I use regularly on a lower payment tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project/client management for my one person company on any device I am using at the time. I love having access to everything and am able to easily check things. Business performance increased as soon as I started using Monday.com

What do you like best about the product?
what I like best is seeing the progress in multiple areas. I can see where leads are, and Monday keeps track of them. I can see how much progress a project has made.

The only competitor I could compare it to would be google sheets. That requires a ton of setting up. Monday.com already has everything set up for you. It is crazy user-friendly and easy to learn immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little expensive for what we use it for. Sure we could probably do a glorified google sheet, but Monday's interface is nice and simple and does a lot already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem it solves with my company is that it gives a central place for my small team to check and get updates without having to email, communicate, or slack anybody. It is crazy good for a remote team to check progress in a project and get their to-do list straight from the source.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to really use the trial period for all it's worth. Set aside some time to run the software through its paces. It's very powerful and because it is, you should understand the price it comes with.
