What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE IS TOP NOTCH. Lots of integrations and apps to make your workflow easier and automated. Easy to by one person or throughout your whole team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. It actually does so much that it can be overwhelming at times but the reality is, if you just sit down and go through it, you can get it down and make the system work for you
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team integration and automation. Workflow is more straightforward, and all our stuff is in one place. Even when we go outside of the system, the work gets mapped back into the system, making it easier for everyone. Easy to use

Try it out and put the system through the tasks you need it to accomplish

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has solved our internal and external communication issues. What I like most is that I can design several views of a project and board, so I can share them with different teams, and clients, and I am able to keep the privacy of a project regarding quotations or delicate information.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not disliked anything so far, if I could improve something It would be the option to customize and brand your spaces, so the clients can see the views with the color of our brand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team management, budget management, submission deadlines, communication with the client, project status updates for the team and client, as well as the tasks and responsibilities of each of the team members, and the status of each of their tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure that this will fix your managing and communication issues. And rest assured that you will get what you pay for and more!

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly and the good graphics never interfere with speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It tends to glitch somewhat frequently, but not enough for it to be unusable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal communication within our company, more efficient than chat or email, it helps everyone within the company access the information we need

What do you like best about the product?
What I enjoy the most about Monday is that it helps me organize my team with a very user-friendly experience
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike, but some of the features are not explained in detail while using, you have to search some videos on Youtube for that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since 2020 our agency has been working from home, Monday kind of works as our office, we advance on projects with it, and our performance has increased steadily in part because of it
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a big team that manages different clients and projects, Monday is going to help you be more productive, and even more so if you are working from home or have a setup where not everyone is in the office all the time

What do you like best about the product?
LOVE being able to check off a task and the little confetti pieces help me celebrate! I enjoy being able to customise task labels for whatever the project is
What do you dislike about the product?
It's minor but I get the daily reminder email for the tasks due that day/week but I don't receive it until the afternoon, I wish it would arrive first thing in the morning
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing tight timeframes with a lot of people. Being able to see the tasks at a glance is really helpful when scheduling due dates to help manage the workload.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to communicate with others. Monday helps you to stay on top of your tasks and helping you to have all of the information you need to have in one place easily accessed in seconds

So far there is nothing that I don't like about Monday. Monday is being updated quite often and new things being added to improve the quality of the service. So far so good

I can access all of the information I need on one platform. All of the documents and widgets being in one place which helps myself and team being able to stay on top of our tasks

What do you like best about the product?
At Fox Pest Control, we have 30 branches in 13 states. We have Monday set up so that anyone can make requests online to our creative department, and it auto-populates our job boards. It's saves us so much time and effort in communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've only found one thing I hate. When people submit jobs, there is no way to block out days like holidays, weekends, vacations, or past dates. Nothing better than jobs with due dates that were a week ago!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped us be more accurate in collecting project details, minimizing back and forth with clients, saving time and work. It has enhanced our workflow and helped us increase our production.

Great project management tool. Very flexible and customizable.
Support is fast and helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
When I began to re-design and envision my engineering company's processes and procedures for ensuring our projects were on schedule without any details falling by the wayside, I researched many platforms similar to Monday in features and integrations.

I ended up choosing Monday as my project tracking board because I could fully tailor my experience to my needs through their allowance of third-party app integrations into their platform.

No other platform allows this type of third-party integration functionality, which enables me to roll-up sub-boards into one main tracking board that automatically updates when any logic has been changed in its sub-boards. While Monday doesn't officially offer this feature as part of their main feature set, they aren't against others developing third-party Monday integrations to accomplish this task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see enhanced functionalities that use more automation abilities for sub-items (including group-specific and unique sub-items per group) and the ability to have an automation run when a specific item has changed logic and not merely statuses or other particular functions other than the text column logic. I feel that the platform is severely limited until these issues have been addressed at scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have effectively solved the problem of accountability and project-specific data capture in my orgnization.

Before implementing Monday.com as our tracking platform for projects, a typical engineering team meeting would discuss 2-3 projects needing a deep dive into why they were stalled and not progressing as they should have. On Monday, I created a three-part accountability system that looped-in Sales, Project Management, and Finance into a logical flow that allowed each department to review and sign-off on particular milestones of a project. Additionally, the file-linking system on Monday centralized all of our data for these milestones and events in each section, which saved each department time when it came to tracking down the next steps or finding the essential data to move the project forward toward completion.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of Monday and how easy it is to customize boards and tasks to your needs. We use Monday for all of our agency's projects and it's helped streamline our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you're able to customize literally everything, sometimes that is a setback because there are too many options. I'd also say the number of notifications that one receives, I know you are able to customize after the fact, but there have been a few instances where important emails have been missed because they get lost into the sea of notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving our operations and creative team problems. We are able to track everything and make sure projects are completed on time and that people are accurately working on the correct project.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it keeps me so organized and updated on all my tasks due for the day and the week. I try to use all the tools Monday provides to me. Monday doesn't compare to any other.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I truly dislike with Monday. Sometimes I guess the connection will be a little off, but it's always back up and working soon. Nothing needs improvements in my eyes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving a lot of my organizational skills work will benefit me greatly. I am stable all-around also more productive. Not only mine but my co-worker's business is booming.
