What do you like best about the product?
monday.com was surprisingly easy to implement across our team. The onboarding tutorials, templates, and intuitive UI made adoption fast. I also appreciate how responsive their customer support is—questions via chat are usually answered within minutes. We use it daily to manage projects, tasks, and cross-functional workflows. The automations and integrations save us hours each week, especially syncing with Slack and Gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which may not be ideal for smaller teams. The learning curve can be a bit steep for new users, especially with automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management helps solve the challenge of scattered project information and lack of visibility across teams. Before using it, our tasks, deadlines, and communications were fragmented across emails and spreadsheets, leading to missed updates and delays. With monday.com, all projects and workflows are centralized in one easy-to-use platform, providing real-time status updates and clear accountability. This transparency has improved collaboration, boosted productivity, and helped us meet deadlines consistently. Automation of repetitive tasks and seamless integrations with tools like Slack and Google Drive save time and reduce manual work, allowing us to focus on higher-value activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is an intuitive, charismatic, and very easy-to-use platform for tracking projects within the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would suggest giving a greater opportunity for constant training to the users of the companies, with the aim of having a clear understanding of the possibilities that this platform offers.

Monday helps to provide continuous, friendly, and quite simple tracking of projects in terms of time, objectives, and various factors to consider.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about monday Work Management is its intuitive and highly customizable interface. It allows teams to build workflows that truly fit their needs without requiring technical skills. The visual structure of boards, combined with automations and integrations, makes it easy to manage tasks, deadlines, and dependencies across multiple projects. I also appreciate the real-time collaboration features—like updates, file sharing, and mentions—which help keep everyone aligned and reduce the need for endless emails or meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
While monday Work Management is a powerful tool, one thing I dislike is that some advanced features—like certain integrations or automation limits—are only available on higher-tier plans. This can be a barrier for small teams or startups trying to scale. Additionally, as the number of boards and items grows, it can become slightly overwhelming to manage everything without a clear structure or governance strategy. A more centralized way to manage permissions and global settings would be a great improvement.

Monday Work Management is helping us solve key problems related to task visibility, team coordination, and workflow standardization.
Before using Monday, we often struggled with scattered information, missed deadlines, and unclear responsibilities. Now, with customizable boards, automation, and timeline views, we can track who is doing what, when it's due, and how tasks are progressing in real time. This has led to better accountability, faster project execution, and improved collaboration across departments.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the automations and integrations incredibly useful for setting up customized workflows, which saves time and keeps tasks organized. The forms feature aids greatly in gathering information through surveys and client feedback. Additionally, the dashboard view's clean layout, combined with its widgets, presents data in an organized manner. The integration with Google Suites works seamlessly, enhancing productivity. Moreover, I appreciate the ease of use and reliability, along with the responsive customer service that usually resolves issues promptly. Overall, once familiar with the platform, it enhances efficiency significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am struggling with the pricing of monday Work Management. The price increased significantly from one year to the next, and this has been challenging for us to manage. I believe it would be beneficial if the price did not have such significant yearly jumps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the product prevents tasks from slipping through the cracks, ensures efficient collaboration in our remote setup, organizes our workflow with automations and integrations, and helps in getting ahead with project deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is really easy to learn and boards are easily customized. I also love that there were premade board templates to help my team get started. I use Monday.com daily to manage my deadlines and keep track of follow-ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of certain basic features like formulas on dashboards. It would be so helpful to calculate something like total revenue compared to budget -- without using a plugin or app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps me manage project deadlines and reporting requirements, as well as adding transparency to my workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the layout and use of colors helps me organize tasks and activities in a way that makes sense to me visually. It helps trigger me to take action and adding/editing tasks is very easy. I also like the duplicate feature to reduce the need to retype task groups/items.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to make Monday talk to the various platforms I and the clients I serve use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining progress on meeting deadlines, but it also allows me to add in tasks and workarounds as we encounter them which then helps at the end for evaluation of work processes for future planning.

I like that I can automate tasks and that I can easily duplicate repetitive tasks

Sometimes, it can be tricky to figure out how to automate things or the best way to lay out a project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of needing to be able to keep track of multiple projects at the same time. This keeps all our documentation, project notes, etc. in the same place where it is easy to find.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to customize project boards allows us to set up different priorities for what we need to see. For example, if we have contractors and team members working on projects we can set up those configurations along with date tracking and related links. The ability to automate task movement and completion also makes it a huge win.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes sub tasks can be hard to find when looking at the My Work view if they are nestled under a main level task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows our team to get an assessment of what projects are being worked on, upcoming due dates and sub tasks for those projects. This helps us stay super organized and on top of what needs to get done, especially when there are multiple projects happening at once.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most is the flexibility—the platform doesn’t force you into a rigid system. I’ve customized dashboards with widgets that surface exactly what I need to see, whether it’s campaign timelines, creative approvals, or upcoming content deadlines. It's powerful without being overwhelming.

We use it for everything from social media planning to campaign tracking to performance reporting—and it handles it all seamlessly. The ability to integrate different workflows and still have one clean, visual overview of what’s happening (and when) is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love the ability to have private views for the boards you are assigned for, and creating private views using multiple boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Monday, we were jumping between spreadsheets, email threads, and separate platforms for social planning, reporting, and project tracking. It was inefficient, hard to keep everyone aligned, and easy for things to slip through the cracks.

Now, everything lives in one place. I can manage content calendars, monitor campaign progress, assign tasks, and even build custom analytics dashboards—without leaving the platform. It keeps the whole team on the same page and gives us real-time visibility into what’s happening and what’s coming next.
