Adaptable and responsive
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is excel on steroids. There is so much customization available to suite your business needs. It has helped organize our business and allowed us to be more efficient in meetings. The mobile app lets me check information on the go. At a meeting and forgot a customers name, Not a problem. Customer wants to know where they are on the schedule, you can check right in front of them. The data tracking abilities are also excellent. If you are a data junkie or want to work toward improvements, the dashboards are helpful and easy to use. I have reached out to customer support a few times and they have been respnosive. I was able to be directed to boards with answers to my questions. Our office uses Monday every day and it has honestly helped a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday is sometimes struggles to integrate certain platforms. Emails seems to be tricky. Sometimes automations will work when set up to send emails and other times they will not. Only one of the emails in our office seems to be connected correctly to allow for automation notifications. Sometimes implementing formulas can get difficult. There is an AI to help with this but sometimes the formulas we have tired to use are not supported or do not function the way we want. From research into the formulas, it seems most online support is provided by individuals and not actual Monday employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We track our production and our installation time lines as well as customer call ins. Life time of projects and life time of sales are also tarcked. We use monay for ordering our materials and tracking our reciving of products

The ease of merging large amounts of information between areas seems lacking.

Allowing us to collaborate in an enviroment that is easy for everyone to review/add.
Monday.com has been a game changer for managing my small marketing team
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com's user interface is very easy to learn, understand, and customize. I was able to quickly set up different boards, columns, etc. that perfectly aligned with our marketing framework and internal processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike, but if I had to choose, I would say that the "My Work" functionality is pretty limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am the manager of a small marketing team at a start-up, meaning that I wear a ton of different hats. Monday.com has been instrumental in keeping track of my personal to-do's that can span across all types of different channels. It has helped me stay up-to-date with important deadlines and manage my time much more effectively.

Monday is a user - friendly interface, the platform is known for its intuitive and visually appealing interfacez, making it easy for teams to navigate and manage the projects, also you can customize boards, workflows and templates for specific needs.

you can not change the colors for the bars in the dashboard section.

increase productivity by streamlining processes and improving task management, improve communication and collaboration. you can take better decisions based on current project status and performance metrics.
A tool, many possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
When implementing Monday, we faced the challenge of customizing the needs of each area, and this was very well satisfied. The resources allowed us to have workspaces that addressed the particularities of each team, integrating actions that would be of common use. It is also possible to rely on automations and notifications that facilitate our work, all very well thought out (and implemented) with the help of the consulting team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often, some work areas or dashboards take a long time to load. I understand that they consolidate data from various other boards, but I still believe that this loading time could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that the tool helps to solve is project management as a whole, integrating the stages of each area with their particularities and needs. With monday, we can have a complete view of the project and also ensure that each team works on their specific tasks in an integrated manner with the other stages of the project.

It's user friendly and really helps to organize my tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I write an update, the toolbar slides up and it is inconvenient to use it (for example, to use boldface or a insert a bullet point..).

Since using Monday I manage priorities better, I don't worry about deadlines since Monday reminds me of them, and I manage projects collaboratively with other members of my team, easily.
Monday for project management and order tracking
What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to import orders from Outlook, assign them to workcenters, track progress and show completion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like imported files to have better, more obvious time stamps to ensure users are using the most up to date file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to track orders that our accounting software cannot.

Monday makes it a breeze to keep track of all the different projects I have going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday could use more robust features. In my line of work, it does not do the best job of summarizing activity and providing insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have 50+ projects happening at any given moment. Monday allows me to be sure that I am staying on top of each project and associated deadlines.

Monday helps to provide an accurate record of where different colleagues are at with a specific task or project. This is helpful when working in a team and it means the attrition rate to discuss an update is reduced, therefore saving time.

Monday is great for data management and the automation is great for organizing information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think the platform is best for project management. It has limitations across items being in multiple boards and the my tasks isn't the most intuitive.

It helps organize data in an online platform that everyone has access to. Data is easy to organize and actions to automate.
