Most User-Friendly and Effective Project Management System

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of creating Boards and Dahsboards. My favorite aspect of the boards would have to be the automations. I manage receiving ops for a distribution center and we primarily use Monday to organize all of our daily functions and keep track of the flow of operations from Dock to stock! Highly Recommend this tool. What's even better is that the system creators are very responsive to feedback and questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything negative to say about the app. It's increased my departments productivity and organization 10x.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Keeping track of each shipment offloaded at a distribution center from Dock to Stock.
-Increasing visibility for all non-transaction based performance activities at work.
-decreased processing time from using the time tracking features.

Simple interface with great templates

What do you like best about the product?
Its simple to use, templates let you get started almost immediately, and you can integrate with slack to notify you when someone tags you or updates an item.
What do you dislike about the product?
The doc feature could be better - i could see this being a replacement for google docs if it was updated a bit more.

Calendar tracking, campaign management, customer tracking, process sharing

Great Organization Software

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to create groups of tasks within a single board for smaller projects and the ability to create separate boards for larger projects. There is also a lot of customization where you can create your own status labels that work best for your business. I also like the ability to assign tasks to track individual workloads.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I do like how granular you can get, sometimes task lists can become long and it requires a lot of scrolling to see everything that is going on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has allowed our team to have better communication while working remote and the benefit of being able to share the current status of tasks in real-time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface of Monday.com, being able to shift between different types of 'view' and enabling notifications between team members has proved invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ideally I'd like to be able to include more than 20 boards on a calendar, this would be really helpful for multiple cohorts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility of workload, oversight of your tasks for the week and interaction with other team members has significantly improved.

What do you like best about the product?
My favourite features are the filtering/sorting of projects and tasks. I use this to find tasks assigned to me easily and only to show which projects are in progress; this speeds up my workflow considerably.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there were more customizable permission options. My boss cannot give me permission to modify tasks without giving me full access to a board. This doesn't work well for our team at times, as I would like to assign tasks to myself without needing that full access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits I have realized are quicker workflows and easier time management. Being able to see my list of ongoing tasks at a click of a button is beyond helpful to how we managed our projects prior to Monday. I also like the ability to create checklists.

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com is very easy to start to use - the platform is intuitive, very customizable - you can configure the boards to your needs, easy to integrate with other platforms - like Salesforce and Zapier, and quick to update - with multiple teams and projects, a reliable and quick tool is important to implement it in our daily use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to connect multiple business units on one board. At my company, we have multiple teams using different workspaces, and there is no easy way to connect one board to another instead migrate everyone to the same workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Projects follow up, we didn't have an integrated way to visualize every project that our teams were doing. With monday.com, now it's possible to quickly see what projects we are working, the status, and the person responsible.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is super powerful and customizable. Any idea we have, we can engineer it to do. We use this to replace our time tracking tools, manage all of our tasks and workflow, and better collaborate by having shared spaces for things. Monday's dashboards allow us to have a place to view all of our client information, tasks, and what is going on for the next few weeks. They also feature cute llamas!
What do you dislike about the product?
The program is complicated to set up - it takes a lot of time to set up and get things in place. You need to watch tutorials and follow guides and tutorials to maximize your use of Monday and have it look like it does when you see others using it excellently. For an older less informed audience it can be complicated and cumbersome to go back and forth from Monday to other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a shared space to view all of our outstanding tasks. Timelines and calendars show us everything we have upcoming across our entire team of 11 people. Monday is supremely helpful as an agency. We use it for time tracking as well, to see how many resources we output. As I said previously, the dashboards are helpful at seeing what your team is doing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Work with an external vendor who will help set up the product in exchange for a fee. They are worth the investment. Take your time learning how to set things up, work on your flow and don't be afraid to start over from scratch.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I'm able to assign tasks, keep every key player engaged with the overall results, and still retain valuable insight data like processes that may be taking too much resource out of the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt like it could be more templates for automatizations, it felt complicated applying 2 level dependacies that match my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It improves communication between different creative teams while automatizing tasks, saving time on our project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend the software for medium to large companies. After a short time onboarding the team, I would recommend reviewing ticket automatization, to ensure you are optimizing everyone's time, and in the long run, it will help Project Managers easily find flaws in the business flow and tackle those issues more efficiently.

Monday.Com - Brilliant, Efficient, and User Friendly

What do you like best about the product?
The site is highly customizable and flexible and can be molded to meet any needs. I am not a naturally organized person and tend to be very forgetful, but Monday has allowed me to get organized and prevent things from falling through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've not run into anything that I intensely dislike. There have been a few instances of commands taking a bit of time to process, but that could be my internet connection and not the Monday site itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an insurance agency, we write business through several different providers. Writing business with so many entities can make it challenging to keep up with renewals and track our business book with each carrier. Monday has allowed me to create spreadsheets that track all of our policies through each insurance provider, along with the policy numbers, premiums, and renewal dates. I can also link it with my email and set it to create a task whenever I get an email request with certain buzzwords.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This website is an invaluable tool that can assist any business in reaching new levels of efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Our staff's favorite Monday feature is the ability to assign tasks to one another and follow the progression of that task to completion. I this saves us so much time in staff meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'll my only real complaint is that I would like to be able to add more limited users without the price going up so much. We have volunteers that it would benefit to access parts of our system but not enough to justify the cost per additional user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We plan our gatherings and events months in advance. Being able to make notes about something we want to do on Easter (months away) so we don't forget is invaluable. I cannot recommend this organizational tool enough!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't be overwhelmed busy the amount of options and customization you have. I started by setting up a test entry so I could learn the system before building out our whole organization. Once you get the hang of it, you won't look back.
