Brilliant System
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way that you can make the system whatever you want it to be. The collaboration with clients is amazing. I try to use a lot of tools. There is nothing like it on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that you cannot annotate PDFs, and its not really a sign of platform for graphic designers. Annotations of PDFs would be amazing as it was initially there when I started using the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving time management. I work with one main client very closely. Previously I had to constantly email files for approval. Now I have no need to. It just makes sence.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't look on MONDAY and think it's not for you. It absolutely is. You can change everything, so it works just right for any business.

High value tool
What do you like best about the product?
The tool has endless opportunities for the customization of fields. Integrations make it easy to board the tool in your company's everyday processes. The available automations, when taken proper advantage of, minimize loss of work hours as manual work is eradicated. The UX is outstanding, the colors make perception easy, and the tool is overall extremely intuitive, meaning for basic use, barely any training is needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations don't always work as promised, and at times, it's hard to get support. The support agents answer relatively quickly, but the quality of the solutions and correspondence is poor. Additionally, there is no information available about the company's ESG, sustainability, equality, or any other soft corporate values, ISO-certifications, the environmental aspect of this cloud tool, etc. This is unheard of in today's business climate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped our company overcome challenges with transparency about workload and tasks and thus minimized the probability of so-called double work. The automations make the output of our employees better by eliminating unnecessary manual work.
Has made managing multiple projects much easier
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to assign colleagues and track the status of projects - nothing is lost!
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that there are a maximum number of boards that can be used in a dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work is more structured as we can see what resources we have available at any given time. No project or task is missed, including those where deadlines move!

Ce qui m'aide le plus sur Monday est surtout la dernière mise à jour qui permet de voir le travail qui nous est assigné dans tous les différents tableaux que l'on peut avoir. Par exemple, lorsque l'on gère plusieurs personnes, cela permet aussi de savoir la charge de travail que ces personnes ont, en dehors de ce que moi-même je leur fournie.

Je trouve que parfois les automations que l'on veut mettre en place sur un tableau peuvent être difficiles à trouver et paramétrer. Je ne sais pas comment mais je trouve que cela pourrait être plus simple.

Monday m'aide à organiser les tâches de mon équipe. Cela évite de passer à côté de quelque chose et surtout de dépasser les deadlines que l'ont s'était imposé en début de projet. Sur monday ces informations sont répertoriés, on peut recevoir des notifications lorsqu'une deadline apparait.

Monday vous aidera à organiser votre travail, c'est un vrai réflexe à prendre mais une fois que celui-ci est pris, on aurait presque envie d'avoir un Monday pour sa vie personnelle !
Efficient, useful, organised platform
What do you like best about the product?
Logging all tasks for a variety of different projects. Having oversight of what colleagues are working on and when deadlines are approaching. Easy to understand if a project is on schedule or where pain-points are. Interactive platform, easy to use and I like the colour schemes
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much I dislike to be honest. I think for the platform to be truly effective and efficient, all employees need to be using it, so that all tasks and activities for projects are logged and there is clear visibility of the overall project management of the company

Project management for several different research projects. Solving problems for projects on their own, as well as overall management of projects across the company, aligning needs of employees and able to focus on which project needs attention

You don't need to do as much mailing to your colleagues as you used to. You get notifications right away.
You can copy-paste from Excel, you do not need to type everything again.

The app has everything I long for, so i don't really have dislikes at the moment.

You have everything centralized and can choose which colleagues have access to certain boards

Task management and deadlines for each task. The Auto reminder feature is also handy.

In particular, there is nothing that causes discomfort.

A perfect tool for our office. Colleagues can view and update the board online so that everyone is up to date.

So far we like it and we haven't discovered anything that we don't like

In the beginning it is a bit of a search, but gradually everyone finds their way in this.

Monday is the best most versatile tool I have worked with recently.
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the tool. The user interface is nice and easy to use. The automations (which is what makes it so powerful) are easy to use, even for beginners.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things that you may want to do, and you may think a tool of this caliber can do, but every tool has some shortcomings. Monday is no exception. However, with its advanced integrations through tools like Zapier and Integromat or the custom apps in their marketplace or using their open API, you can pretty much make anything happen if you know how to!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage my projects for clients, my sales flow, and my support ticket process. Most of my clients are Monday users, and I support them in optimizing how to use the tool.
