What do you like best about the product?
Our staff is spread out all over the country, and we love that this builds such a simple-to-follow communication and work together without a bunch of texts and emails!
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish we could "select all" in an area to change the date, staff memeber, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We LOVE that we can see all our event registrations, data, images, social media and more all in one place!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it! It's so worth the investment! It has helped us stay organized and all working together!

What do you like best about the product?

So much to learn about how to use it to its fullest capacity but not a bad problem to have!

Keeps the team informed of what is happening on a larger scale. All the information is available in one spot.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday does a very good job of keeping project and functional teams on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some of the automations were more intuitive or easier to implement at scale but once you understand, it's pretty easy to set up. Just a little manual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow, project status, burn up tracking, creative requests.

Task Assignment - Easy to assign tasks to individuals and departments, update tasks, and re-assigning tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many notifications - notification still pops up after tasks have been completed or expired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Changed our entire workflow process for the better

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is one of the best platforms for bringing teams together and keeping projects on track. I implemented it for a travel program at a university and we've been able to streamline all of our travel programs and keep the entire team in the loop without the need for tons of emails and virtual meetings. The other amazing thing about Monday.com is the integrations and automation. This has been a game-changer for efficiencies and time optimization.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about Monday.com but one critique I have is that when mostly on Monday.com there are tons of boards and at times it feels slightly disorganized but I'm sure there is a solution to connect the boards more easily than just mirror columns/connections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We so far have solved numerous problems with Monday.com. For example, our travel program was a trainwreck when the pandemic hit. We had canceled programs and no way of keeping track of who was working on what and where a particular trip was in the process of management. When we implemented Monday.com, we were able to share our progress of management with the whole team in real-time as well as organize the trips into a manageable board with clear action items.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to have my teams to do lists all in one place. The different templates helps each team member have exactly what they need to track progress and stay on task/productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides. I definitely don't think we are utilizing all of the features that Monday offers, some features are a bit complex. Maybe offer more tutorials for specific features?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows us to save time and have less communication with our employees. They can login and are able to see all that is expected of them for the week. This allows them to feel confident in their job and tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
not charging per user, since it can be out of budget and it's more beneficial for us to have teams use the same login. But then we lost the feature to assign tasks.

A Delightful Way to Manage Tasks

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows me and my small team to stay organized by loading any and all tasks that need to get done. The drop down "status" feature of each tasks makes knowing where a project stands so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I have no real complaints at all. The reminders seem a little weird (sometimesssss I'll get a slew of notifications on my phone about what needs to be done for that day, but most days I get nothing? Could be user error in having no clue how the notifications work. Too lazy to look into it, lol.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems, again besides the random onslaught of mobile notifications once and a while. Benefits are great and many. I feel so on-task. Gives me freedom. Gives me time back for ME.

The best organization tool for business

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the fact you can add all of your clients to a board, all of your coworkers, and even invite your clients who don't have monday.com to edit tasks within different dashboards. It's a great way to stay organized, keep your deadlines straight, and all the files, notes, and necessary info all in one area. It's the absolute best.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think most of the things I dislike are mostly user errors. The boards we use don't require a date so the calendar feature seeing what you have going on during the week is pretty useless unless someone adds the date rather than putting it in the notes section. Also similarly most don't have Slack or Google Calendar integrated in order to be able to see who has the bandwidth to take on new projects. If we did use all of the functionalities I don't know what I would dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and project management is the largest problem being solved. Being able to assign things between departments and people without the need for a coordinator is a really nice feature. There are just some basic check ins needed to make sure it has been reassigned properly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are not currently using a WorkOS I can say confidently it is at least worth the try.

Occasional bugs, however, are often sorted quickly.
Limited capability with forms, in comparison to something like JotForm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storage of information, and searching through it easily. Also, tracking of client and customer relations.
