Flexible and Reliable PM & CRM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the CRM functionality because it allows for client management and team management, which integrates well with task management.
Other PM tools are only focused on Tasks and Projects, which requires other tools for our CRM needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the design was better and less clunky before, and linking boards or related items can be a bit easier.
For example, one option for automated linking is based on the Column and if it matches another column from another board, but if I'm trying to match the email and 1 letter is capitalized in one column but not the other, it won't link it.
So it definitely can be more intuitive with connecting boards.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems it's solving are using less tools for management, dashboards allowing for managers to get a fast overview of different boards, managing people with the CRM functionality, and organized communication with the team.
Monday is a must if you value organization!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to assign tasks to individuals with specific due dates. This makes it so much easier to follow up and hold people accountable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are less straight forward and I don't have tons of time to dig in to try and learn how to use every feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to keep our team on track by accomplishing tasks on time, and helps keep people accountable.
Flexible, intuitive and powerful, it's been a great tool.

The flexibility of the software is excellent, we've been able to build it to suit almost all tasks required.

The email notifications can be hit and miss, but it's something we've been able to work with

Tracking and planning our promotions and campaigns had become overwhelming, Monday.com has simplified it all.
Monday.com has helped organize everything
What do you like best about the product?
We love Monday.com because it has been a flexible resource for helping our remote team keep projects organized. I find a reason to use it for nearly everything, whether it is budgeting, planning or even forms for tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost nothing! The continued feature additions show that Monday is really listening to feedback. I think continued flexibility with views would be a great additions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are more organized, are keeping all of our information in a central spot and the team feels fully informed about the status of projects. Now we're more efficient and working through our projects faster adn more efficient.
It's helped ours mall business tremendously!

I love how customizable Monday is, as well as how easily it integrates with other apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit jarring to look at, initially-- however, Monday has a solution to that! Their training in the Monday portal is easy to understand and thorough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We tried a few other ways to keep track of projects, clients and contacts but none of them satisfied our needs more than Monday. With it, our organization has helped increased our business more than double!
Monday.com for the Organized Family
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to see the whole picture on our family's to-do board. It helps to prioritize and keep us active in accomplishing our goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish individual accounts would include more users, a family/small team account would be a great remedy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My wife liked using monday.com so much with her legal team at work that we got personal accounts for ourselves at home and we love being able to set tasks.
Great project management tool with lots of customizability and features
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it makes collaborating with team members and the customization is so rich that it's almost overwhelming! There are endless automations you can create and lots of different types of views to suit how you need to manage your tasks. There's also a convenient tab to aggregate the tasks assigned to you so you can see all your tasks in one consolidated list.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that need polishing, first of which is the calendar and gantt chart views. These views can get quite messy and it's cumbersome finding the information you need at a glance. The second is that the "my tasks" view could be a little more robust. As it is currently, it compiles a list of all your tasks individually, regardless of whether they're part of the same parent task or not. It would be nice to be able to see those parent items without having to click through to a new tab. Lastly, the sort by person view doesn't currently pull up subitems with that person assigned. This would be helpful to see one person's tasks at a glance whether they're assigned to the parent task or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great tool for managing projects in a visually appealing and organizationally pleasing way. Many task lists are easy to forget about because they exist in a vacuum, but I've found that checking Monday very easily became a part of my daily and hourly routine to make sure I'm on top of my work.

I was able to customize the platform for my specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to be more tech savvy to be able to program the platform to suit your needs. I had no problem with this but others might find it difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can automate my emails and reminders based on different variables that I have set.

Not really a negative but the flexibility and options makes me like a kid in a candy store.

It allows me to track progress with my team and clients in a concise, adaptable, and visual way. I lay out a clear path and everyone knows where we have been and where we are headed.
