What do you like best about the product?
It is being able to stay organized. Complete check lists and communication within the working enviromanet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could do with a couple more functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Each day I can go into my boards and check off my to-do list. It helps with giving work colleagues tasks and lets me know when they are completed.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to pass things from person to person. We can keep projects organized and work with outside contractors when necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes it's hard to see who is on deck for a given task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of keeping track of who's doing what, and which stages a project needs to go through before completion. It's also a place to host links and docs so that we can find everything we need to get our work done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think this is a great product and has a lot of versatility

THE SYSTEM IS VERY USER-FRIENDLY. IT IS A SIMPLE WAY TO TRACK PROGRESS AND SET GOALS.

THE SYSTEM IS NEAR PERFECT. I DON'T SEE ANYTHING THAT COULD IMPROVE.

WE USE IT FOR INSURANCE SALES AND RENEWAL TRACKING. IT WORKS GREAT.

What do you like best about the product?
The website is very user-friendly. The simplicity of the site allows all of our employees to adapt quickly. Our company uses the time tracking tool every single day and has made our billing process seamless. Our editors are able to track how long a video is taking in real-time. Then, our billing team is able to quickly find out how many hours we need to charge our clients for post-production. It has truly helped our company become more efficient. I really don't know how we operated without monday.com!
What do you dislike about the product?
So whenever we get a new client, we create a folder with the client's name. Then we have to go in and create our client, pre-production, on-site, and post-production boards. I wish there was a way to select all of them at once. We have templates for each but it has become a bit time-consuming having to go in and add each one manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we faced before monday.com was managing our projects in a timely manner. Our entire team is able to go to each client's board and see the progress of each project through the status buttons. This has been a game-changer for our company. This has enabled us to take on more clients because our current projects are so organized!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I can't imagine where we would be without monday.com. It takes just a few days of getting used to the platform. But they have wonderful how-to videos if you are a visual learner. It has really helped our company grow!

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to manage different projects and teams. The flexibility of the boards is also a great advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications are a bit annoying, but after you learn how to work with them, things get better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The communication problems between teams and individual people have decreased considerably since we can always read the updates from each task. When we have many projects and many teams working on the same project, it is crucial to have all information in hand without losing time asking for updates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday is very easy to use. You need some time to setup and learn some more advanced functionalities, but you can start working from day 1.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is customizable to fit our needs. We're able to add prioritization to our tasks, tagging for different clients, and integrations with our request form to automate our process that used to have numerous barriers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com is growing and therefore has a couple automations and integrations that are still in its beta version. Unfortunately, there is no success/failed tracker for these automations so that we know when something is broken or hasn't worked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is all about having an efficient process and using tools that get us there rather than manual entry. We have many clients across different divisions that use a form we created, Monday.com has helped us automatically create a task for each request we receive which has cut the account manager's time in half and allowed our executors to assign tasks themselves as needed.

Easy and Powerful Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com platform allows for group progress and trackable tasks organization to be quickly created, referenced, updated + status tracked. The best feature is the cusomization of the board type, the categories within the board & how they are displayed. Percentages, numbers, general text, drop down menus all can be switched and swapped as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday could use a prominent tool to allow users to suggest future product integrations and enhancements. And provide an intuitive way to provide illustrative examples. Seeing the examples would undoubtedly enable the developers to extrapolate other valuable features for all industries & use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration + tracking multiple project sub-task status. It has solved the general update notes scribbled onto a notepad and allows a history of the item task, reviewed later.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try the demo version first. It offers many features that would give a good insight into the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
This has saved our team an exponential amount of time by automating repeating tasks on a scheduled basis and adding sub-tasks when an item is moved to a specific group on the board. Making all team members able to execute a task with proficiency and not have elements of projects slip through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for more automations to be incorporated with google sheets to be incorporated to reduce the cross-over for our team. We are able to complete 90% of what we need with the current software, but the addition of that compatibility without a third-party app would take us to full capacity within Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work in a fast-paced environment. We have everyday tasks, project-oriented tasks, and items that need to be completed on request. When a task is entered into Monday and added to the proper group, with automation, we are able to quickly access the steps and the associated SOP's and directions for each part of the task. It allows busy teams to not miss steps, and new team members to easily find what they need to complete a project they haven't become fully acquainted with yet.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dive in! This has been so easy to adapt for our team. The first few weeks of use automation were created as we began projects and added tasks. It quickly became the resource we don't want to live without for our team.

What do you like best about the product?
Its layout and colour-coding means it gives us an instant, at-a-glance accurate picture of all activity within the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about Monday. Where there have been glitches, they've been sorted by the Monday team as soon as they've been reported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Gives us a real-time picture of all work for all clients within the business
- No deadlines or tasks are missed as overlooked as everything is out into Monday which all staff have visibility of.
