What do you like best about the product?
When I first started using monday.com I was solely into it because of the aesthetics. The more that I started to study the platform and look into its templates, I fell in love. My business was in a place where there was no organization or systems set up to succeed. By mapping my business out through monday.com, I was able to see where I was going wrong, but also how I could improve. I was able to see, through the template, where I was missing the mark on social media promotions. Since starting to map out the type of content that I want to show my audience, I was able to create the right type of content and post it with confidence. I'm so thankful to monday.com for allowing me to map out my entire business. Social media is so easy now and the conversion to sales is through the roof.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you're asking me what I dislike. LOL
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving the ability to be organized by helping create systems for your business no matter your niche.
Great way to manage multiple workstreams
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams from across the world, simple and easy to use for most features, fairly flexible and integrations are relatively simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
While baseline functionality is good enough, some features to link between dashboards are missing. Integrations are great, but require rampup. Adapting for features that Excel power users expect to have would be fantastic!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of the work performed by multiple teams across the globe. We manage our CRM and ongoing processes through it, in a seamless way that allows me to be on top of all the combined efforts at a glance.

What do you like best about the product?
As a project management consultancy, Monday has uniformly organized our teams, clients, and external resources into cohesive work groups with common objectives. By enabling guests - clients and external parties - to be active in the digital transformation projects we conduct, we experience minimal scope creep. When we do, change requests become easier to accept, and pay for, on the client's part.
Monday also organizes all of the project data, creating "one source of truth" for all documentation, team communications, and schedule management. Our team and our clients spend much less time hunting and pecking for that email or file they need. Time is money!
The ROI for implementing Monday can be measured in days. It is well worth the investment.

What do you dislike about the product?
The left hand navigation can be confusing when you are running hundreds of projects concurrently. The organization is based on date of inititation and it would be better if the listing was alpha.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing project processes and documentation across multi-disciplinary teams. Improving project transparency with the clients. Helping engage the clients throughout the processes. Controlling project resource consumption. Enhances resource planning. Creates a common project management process across all disciplines and depatments.

WE USE MONDAY.COM TO COMMUNICATE BETWEEN THE DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS AND BRANCHES OF OUR COMPANY. IT HELPS US STAY ON TASK AND GET THINGS COMPLETED.

Great tool for project management
What do you like best about the product?
It is helping keep all task management organized. We are a startup and we went from managing tasks with spreadsheets to using Monday and I absolutely love it.
Four things that make Monday great for my organization: 1) duplication of boards so that we can create multiple workspaces that contain 5 or 6 "template" boards easily in each workspace. 2) the comment feature - so we can task and notify other board members of progress. 3) the export feature - makes it easy to share content with non-Monday users. 4) the automation features - great automatic notification of status changes. I am sure there are more things to tap into with automation that we have not uncovered yet (we are all new Monday users).

What do you dislike about the product?
The cut/paste and editing of text fields are cumbersome, or at least non-intuitive. I would also like an UNDO button, and the ability to autofill columns if all of the info is the same from item to item. You get used to these facets of board usage, but these could be better.

Organizing task management and duplication of tasks from one project to another.
Good to start with CRM, even better when it is on track!
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of usage. Even if you have nearly no experience with CRM tools, Monday helps you to set up your own environment. The basic offer grants a lot of options especially when you compare that to other offerings in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no real complaints about the usage. In the beginning, you compare Monday with the tool you have had experience with, but that is solved soon. The calendar option is OK but could add some more features (minor issue).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When the majority of the company is located in different cities and sharing information, input and progress are mandatory, Monday supports. Easy to use with your pc, same as with mobile devices!

updates are live so nothing is lost and email compatibility makes communication with customers stay in one place

The calendar does not show everything when there are several appointments and maps. WOuld like to see all the jobs we schedule on any given day
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can see any given customer/job and where it is in our process from start to finish, so we never have to "remember" all the info ourselves. It's very intuitive, even for a trained monkey

What do you like best about the product?
You can have all your tasks in one place. You can have your personal and your work tasks all in one place. You can also have all your contacts with all their info and keep track of anytime that you have contacted them. You can add people that you worked with to a particular task. You have labels that you can create to keep up with your tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about it, for me and my work and personal life is working well. It has all that you need to have organized work and personal matters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solved a problem that I had at work which was not having everything in one place, centralized. Now I have all my to-do's, my tasks, and my pending jobs in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me and my team stay organized and keep track of our tasks. Love the way I can send tasks to my employees and track their time. Adding notes and files also is a huge bonus
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is time tracking. We would love to see integration to clockify. We use this app every day and would be a game changer if we could integrate it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we had was task management and tracking employees' work. We also use this to track digital assets which keeps our most used assest all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that every member of my team has a central location to check-in. I also LOVE that it keeps me organized and on track. I feel so much better about the week when Monday is updated and ready to go for the team. I tried other systems, then settled on Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I dislike. I will say that there are so many features and it takes time to learn the program. If you choose Monday take the time to learn.

Keeping the whole team in the loop on the progress of big projects. A great way to communicate about specific tasks throughout the day. I have been able to increase the productivity of the team using Monday consistently.
