Great management program

What do you like best about the product?
Monday became an essential tool for task management in my place of work; duties can be easily tracked, and the response to every task is given to everyone at the workplace
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, everything is great so far. I would not change a thing at all. But lately, the website is lagging a lot, so, it makes a bit uncomfortable to write a task or else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can sort my task quickly, and everyone at the workplace is aware of what I need from them, and they are mindful of the state of duty on my charge. I would recommend it a lot.

I love the intuitive user interface. It's simple and beautiful

I'm not too fond of the dashboard feature. I find it difficult to navigate

We are keeping our projects on track and have found that our time to completion has reduced.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can do automations to help make your archiving or completion of your work better. I like that you can start timers from the moment the request is created to the moment that the request is completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I do wish was possible was to be able to tag everyone on a particular post that has commented on it. For example, if 4 colleagues and I are working on one request, I would like to say @everyoneonthisboard; however, it tags everyone who has access to that board, instead of 4 colleagues working on that request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com does all the tracking so that I don't have to track. I can pull a report and track the work that each agent has completed. When I needed to know how long a request was taking to be completed, we started using the timer feature.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can process my work by priority, get reminders , updates and team feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven;t found a great way to make tasks repeat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have several different roles and I am able to streamline all the requests and projects that I'm working on and while keeping my updates in one place.

Great Platform for Task-Based Businesses

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Monday.com for a couple of years now for our business. Last year, we decided to change how we used Monday.com internally. These changes helped us stay more organized as a team and set up up for scaling the business. The time tracking feature has made it really easy for us to track individual tasks for our clients to ensure that we're billing accordingly.

In addition, being able to discuss particular projects in one thread has made things significantly more organized. Although we sometimes receive feedback from our clients via email, our team uses Monday.com internally to discuss all projects and tasks we're working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I'd like to see improved is more functionality for exporting the timesheets. It would be nice if there was a way to export these as a PDF, as the information exported as an excel file doesn't look very visually appealing, and includes more data than we need to share with our clients.

The other feature that would be very helpful is a notification for a team member when they're running two timers at once. Sometimes a team member will accidentally start a timer for a new project while another is already running. If there was a feature to notify a team member where their timer is already running, that would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned above, this has significantly helped us when it comes to tracking time better for our clients. In addition, it gives us insight as to how long particular projects/tasks take so we can price out our projects more accurately.

What do you like best about the product?
Whatever, however, wherever you run your business and plan on optimising, Monday.com already has a solution, or at worst a workaround!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a few limitations, but for the fee, not enough to mention. It can be a bit pricey for smaller businesses, but when you're all using it, it really pays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency gains are tremendous.
Sharing boards with clients helps agencies prove their processes are in place.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get a trial.
Adopt & embrace it.
Use Customer Support or template boards.
Automate as much as you can.
Adopt their way of working and make it fit your idea and you'll reap huge benefits.

We needed a task management program for one simple task and decided to go with monday.com, and we keep finding new ways of using monday.com. even surprising ourselves!

the administrative restrictions on reporting on a companywide basis,

What do you like best about the product?
I don't think there are any downsides about Monday! It helps me a lot to organize my tasks and projects, I just love it!

OMG MONDAY.COM WAS THE BEST THING EVER FOR MY BUSINESS

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use and how to add and remove items, setup automation, and integrations. This has been THE BEST TOOL EVER for hiring and training new people. I am a business coach and all of my clients use monday.com and they all love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can not set up automation to add text. For example, I would like to add automation for when X item has Y status we need to email an outside email that is not a monday.com user (Normally a group email). But I can not figure out how to do this. If we could either A) Setup email automation to a specific email address that we can type in or B) Setup automation for when the status is Y then change email collum to Z.

This is the one frustration that I have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOOOO MANY!!!! Training, onboarding, process, and procedures. I am able to have my people see how they are supposed to do each task and when it is due by and so so much more. We also use this for projects and some emailing of our client base.

there is nothing i dislike, i might say i use less the maps and time zones

we solved problems such as miscommunications and disorganization, and priorities. On Monday, all work better.
