Excellent organization

What do you like best about the product?
I work with a big team and with a lot of projects at the same time, It is very easy to organize myself, update the status and upload various comments. It's better than looking through email chains or in a chat
What do you dislike about the product?
What would make Monday perfect would be to have more capacity to upload and share very large files, because I dislike that I have to share a file via drive or transfer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
easy to find information. In the emails the information is scrambled with many topics and in messages it is impossible to find anything. It helps me to have messages on a specific topic and everything scheduled

Great Functionality

What do you like best about the product?
With neat color coding, you can customize many aspects of the boards, like due dates, files, briefs, categories and more. You can also set up specific notifications for status changes. It's excellent for simultaneously managing a diverse group of projects, campaigns, and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a file is posted to a campaign on a board, there's no automatic update or notification to let others know it's there. However, this can be resolved by posting the file in the update itself, which works well as long as others are informed about how the system works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dividing types of work into boards helps our team stay on track with what projects and tasks need to be completed, even when we're on a tight deadline. I've found that productivity goes up when everyone knows what's on the boards and who's assigned what; plus, it's easy to check details, files, and updates at a glance and give precise feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the templates Monday provides. I can find existing templates for anything I need for work.
Great for collaborating with my team, tracking progress/WIP statuses, and having visibility to everything I need in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have any dislikes...I've found it easy to use & figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating with my team. Easily post status updates and tag teammates on progress updates, feedback etc.
I no longer need to sort through tons of different google docs to see updates. Now I can tag my team and share updates directly in Monday and link to the docs.

What do you like best about the product?
Is easy to invite coworkers and be all in the same page, because everyone is typing at the same time what we are doing and in which project is each member working.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free account is ok but to unlock another features you have to pay and is quite pricey, sometimes also takes a little bit of time to reload the information about the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time. It saves a lot of time for the team when we are investigating the market or we have different goals to reach and task to complete. It has been a really good place to keep on with the job.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com integrates with the business tools and applications that I already use in the workplace. This supercharges our project management processes , helping my team to complete tasks faster. By integrating Monday.com with specific software programs, we are successfully building workflows that simplifies administrative tasks and automates our project notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Task dependencies can only be set through dates on the Monday.com project management platform. This makes them less functional for their intended use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used for task and project management purposes. Monday.com helps to coordinate and streamline different aspects of our projects , for maximum productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to create different work spaces, projects, and tasks. In my job as a Chief of Staff, I manage HR, Finance and Accounting, Business Development, Proposal Management and Writing, and Project Oversight, among other things. I love the way the system lets me break everything down and keep track of all the progress I'm making on each task. But, I LIVE in the "My Work" feature, which tells me exactly what I need to focus on each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I love the "My Work" page that lets me see all my day's tasks in one place, I wish there was a way to prioritize them, picking the order I was going to attack them each day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped me manage a my position's diverse responsibilities and the myriad of projects and tasks that fall underneath them. I no longer have to flip through pages of notes to keep track of what I need to do and my progress. Things no longer "fall off my radar." And, it provides me data for that dreaded question, "What do you really do around here?"

What do you like best about the product?
Mondy.com has been an invaluable resource and convenience to me throughout this process of managing complex projects, tasks, timelines, and communication internally within our team. Having a single platform where all information is available enabled us to collaborate effectively while eradicating any miscommunication or surprises. I am thankful for Monday's organized layout that simplifies daily processes and client visibility that can be easily shared to open up new opportunities for growth and success!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects of monday.com lack user-friendliness and intuition. For instance, when removing pulses that have created link boards, I need help to keep track of the information within them due to unclear referencing points following deletion. Furthermore, a feature allowing for document storage with version tracking would significantly improve productivity levels as this manual task is currently very time-consuming without it in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With monday.com, I can quickly evaluate my progress and that of others across all initiatives, stay informed on new information when needed, get a better understanding of the current activities and developments among my coworkers' tasks at hand, as well as quickly filter requests independently from other users. This helps me be more organized with how many daily chores need to be done.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is not expensive and especially so considering what you get. A great product that enhances your daily work and projects for like $5?? Absolutely yes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there was a base/free option, but also I understand a great product costs money. Additionally, sometimes I feel the interface is a bit overworked but its not a deal breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, project management, note taking, collaboration. Mondyaty.com helps me handle all those at work and in my everyday life. I don't know how to work without it at this point.

Quick and simple interface

What do you like best about the product?
The provided integrated automations that come with the board so it communicates with Phone Burner. You do have to add your own automation but that is fine since you may label your groups something different.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email function in Phoneburner and in Monday seems a bit messy still. Still working on what is best for our team so hoping to find a solution soon. Other than that seems to be great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating our follow-up process and organizing our reach out in our choice of CRM. A CRM our team is already familiar with. The boards and groups make it easy to track our calls.

What do you like best about the product?
It has made it much easier for me to manage my team and track our progress.

The user interface is intuitive and easy to use, even for someone who is not very tech-savvy like me. I love the customizable boards and the ability to add different columns, such as text, date, or checkboxes. This has made it easy for me to organize and track our tasks and projects.

The team collaboration features are also fantastic. We can easily share files and documents, and the chat function makes it easy for us to communicate and stay on top of our work.

Overall, I highly recommend Monday.com to other managers and teams. It has made a massive difference in our ability to stay organized and focused on our goals.

The platform can be overwhelming at times. There are a lot of features and customization options, which can be overwhelming for new users. Learning how to use all of the features and make the most of the platform can take some time.

Additionally, the platform may not suit teams needing specialized features or customization. While it offers a wide range of capabilities, some groups may need something more tailored to their specific needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a young professional, I often found it challenging to stay organized and on top of my work. I juggled multiple projects and tasks, and it was hard to keep track of everything. I often found myself feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next.

That's when I discovered Monday.com. I started using the platform to manage my work and stay organized, and it made a huge difference.

With Monday.com, I could create customizable boards for each of my projects. I added columns for tasks, such as to-do items, deadlines, and progress updates. This made it easy for me to see what needed to be done and when.

I also started using the team collaboration features. I could share files and documents with my colleagues and see each other's progress and updates in real-time. This made it easy for us to stay on the same page and work together efficiently.

Overall, using Monday.com helped me to solve the problem of feeling overwhelmed and disorganized. It gave me a clear and straightforward way to manage my work and stay on top of my tasks and projects.
