What do you like best about the product?
It's always active, you can communicate with others and progress tasks with flexive time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Boards configuration, archiving, deleting and getting back some boards it's more manageable now, but I think that still can be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time zones, working shifts, big projects with several departments involved.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of Monday.com has allowed us to quickly add or change our process as we have enhanced automations and integrations on the platform. As we learn to better utilize Monday.com we are not stuck with the framework from previous designs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few automations that are lacking functionality. The best example is that we are not able to trigger automations based on individuals NOT being assigned to an item. We want to be able to notify managers when something is NOT being picked up by a team member and that functionality does not exist today. This forces us to create complex work-arounds using status changes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to know where opportunities are at in the proposal cycle used to be a huge challenge for us. With the implementation of Monday.com, we have been able to get clarity and accountability.

What do you like best about the product?
It does the job. It's like having a secretary and a second brain.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's not that i dislike Monday. It's that I don't have enough time to take MONDAY to the next level. Some process like email marketing, in campaign terms, needs knowing how that sometimes I may refresh in order not to commit mistakes due it is not a task that I do every day. So, will it be possible to make the process even easier?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization.

Manage creative work
What do you like best about the product?
The structure of things it's very clear. Clear overview of what needs to be done, and with the different labels, the user can add to the board. It helps me, who does a lot of creative work, to know the status of specific projects or what needs to be done. The different ways to customize the board are excellent features to have.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be very cluttered when you are a member of a lot of projects it can be hard to keep track of the progress. Notifications can sometimes be spam, even if they are good to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Structure of projects and the ability to track progress. Great collaboration between members of the team. The feeling of turning tasks into done is the best and motivates ones to get stuff done.
Makes planning my (and my teams) work so much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive drag and drop interface and the ability to create custom filters/scripts that help you manage tasks and workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's only as good as your ability to break down your work into smaller tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time for me and my colleagues. Making it easier for me to receive and respond to briefs and work requests from people around my company.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility - changing the work environment, growing staff and increasing productivity are challenging business elements. Nevertheless, Monday.com has allowed me to overcome these challenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support - Support could be much better, especially for power users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling, tracking projects, analyzing individual and team capacity would otherwise presents challenges without Monday.com.
A detailed and Useful Software
What do you like best about the product?
If there's a thing I like about Monday.com is that you can see every detail and every notification. I like how it makes the flow smooth that helps in easy turn around of tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times the app doesn't work properly and some tasks don't appear in my list of tasks. The good thing is there is a notification so I can locate them easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps in organizing tasks and it helps me have a better workflow through its awesome visual approach. This results in fast turn-in and the lesser missing deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
Its simplicity and integration with slack help me to keep aware of any new task on my team board. I like the dark mode, filter by person and the notifications page.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need better integration with bitbucket; every task must be manually linked with Pull Requests. On the notification page, I have to select the board I want, and I don´t know why it keeps showing me notifications on boards that I don´t have any tasks. It might be a configuration thing, but I m not sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in a small software company. We use Monday to manage tasks and time; it was the first time I used Monday.com, and it's a good tool that is easy to use. I can organize my day and ensure others know what I'm doing.
Monday is key for my daily work. I use it everyday to keep track of projects and tasks.
What do you like best about the product?
I love Monday's UX. It's super easy to understand, use and navigate. I use it to keep track of tasks within the team and for bigger projects and camapigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot find any downside with Monday. Without the tool, I wouldn't be nearly as effective and efficient as I am with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me keep track of tasks, change the status of the tasks, and communicate deadlines and to-dos with colleagues. As a project manager, it's my most valuable daily tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is that I can build my workspaces exactly how I like.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there's too much to do. So I bet there are so many qualities I don't know about that can make all of my work more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is solving the communication that usually gets lost between colleagues. Anyone can learn about anything like notes from meetings, contact with clients, campaigns etc. I love Monday. It's so easy to keep track of my To Do's and that I can build my list the way I want is a huge plus. Also clients that my colleagues and I share together we use as a shared workspace which enables us to see exactly what the other person has done etc. This is great when I need an extra hand and other colleagues easily can find everything they need to know about the client.
