Great and Easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use and organises all my projects really well. I get notified immediately when there's been progress on the project or if someone has replied to me which means I don't miss anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's harder to find projects when they are archived. I've tried looking for them previously but couldn't find them. I think it might be limited to a certain person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is making sure that all the projects that I am involved in are organised. It gives me a nudge as well if I seem to have forgotten about one. I think my productively has increased.

I have to re-type often because adding info between columns gets messy because it's over written.

What do you like best about the product?
I love all the possibilities with Monday.com. Across our business each area uses Monday a little differently and it seems to suit many dept's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are some slight gaps in the functionality. Sometimes filtering is a little cumbersome on company-wide boards and I'd like a more detailed calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly project tracking. Ensuring projects are visible and tasks are completed and on time.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used many project management tools and Monday.com is by far the best. It's simple, attractive, and the automations are great. I love it works with other apps and platforms as well (like GA and Mailchimp).
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app can be difficult to navigate -- it can be easy to fat finger, and clunky to scroll and see info about jobs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work at a nonprofit performing arts center. We have a lot of shows that come through and this helps us manage them. The requests are great for other departments to use. Monday.com is easy for everyone on our team to use!

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy Monday's ease of use and its automations/integrations. Monday has great customer service along with helpful articles to read in order to familiarize yourself with their capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Monday's subitems were more flushed out. Also, I wish they had a more robust CRM platform. Overall, Monday is the best project management software on the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows us to manage our projects more efficiently, along with staying organized and succinct across teams. The platform is easy to use and communicate with teammates.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Monday.com is the excellent automation tool which is perfectly integrated, so you can not miss anything from your workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing which is not working well is the delay that occurs on the larger boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most significant benefit of using Monday.com is the easy tracking of the work flow.

What I like best would be the easy and fluent experience that I've had managing all my duties

Sometimes it has moments when it doesn't let me change some items from a group to another or there's this delay in some processes.
