What do you like best about the product?
Ease of sharing is the most helpful using Monday.com
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the inability to copy cells as you would in Excel or pick up a formula difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All members of the project we are working on are on "the same page"

It has changed the way we work.
It's intuitive, and you can benefit from it on day one.

What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboard functionality is a little lacking. It enables us to pull data from across boards, but within that, certain features are unavailable.

How to traffic work through our business; plan it and allocate appropriate resources.

We are very happy with our experience with monday and all of its services.
What do you like best about the product?
As a sales manager I love being able to track the activity of my colleagues on projets that they are managing and still be able to have a complete oversight on the client experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not happy enough about the app's speed when opening long sheets. It s not a as reactive as I would like it to be. Now we are trying to build shorter columns while we are waiting for an upgrade from monday;
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teams are required to be transparent about their work processes and assignments. When there is a high level of transparency in the team, team members automatically show more responsibility and ownership of their goals and roles. monday.com aims to bring more transparency among teams so that everyone is on the same page at all times.

It is extremely easy to learn how to use it, and once you learn it it is very practical to use!

I think we should be able to create how many folders we want (folders inside folders)

Miscommunication between teams. After my team started using Monday, we became more efficient and met deadlines better.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the options for customizable organization. I appreciate the drop down feature for the status updates and the ability to put different dates in: I use assigned date, sent date, and due date.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not run into anything that I dislike. Everything runs smoothly that I can tell, but I am also still exploring different features. My next task is to attempt using the integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to easily see what my tasks are rather than having them all over the place or losing them in emails. I like that I can update my status and mark when I've sent things.

Utilize all their customization to make it easiest and most beneficial to you!
Monday changed my workflow
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to share live my thoughts about day-to-day assignments. My favorite Monday feature of course is the many different visualizations available, like calendar, kanban...
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't quite well adapt to its mobile app. There's nothing that I would highlight in special about it, but I installed it and never used it as much as I used the web version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization was always something that I felt was lacking in my workday, with monday I have the possibility to not only track my activities but also from my colleague and leave comments.
Flexibility to do almost anything you want
What do you like best about the product?
There are many platforms out there that will help you solve your business needs. However, Monday.com is so much more flexible and customizable to the point where I don’t think any other platform even comes close to being able to compete.
I originally brought Monday.com on board to manage one particular aspect of the business but it has grown to the point where we use it to communicate, manage projects and reduce manual tasks. The latter has been an important point for us as the automation Monday.com means we are not reliant on a human remembering to do a thing.
Apart from it literally revolutionizing our work flow the support you can get if you get stuck is excellent for a company as large as Monday.com. We are a comparatively tiny organization to some of Monday.com clients, but we have never felt unloved.

I think that some people may feel somewhat overwhelmed with all the options Monday.com offer. Monday.com does do a good job of offering templates and support but I think some guided template/auto suggestions for the automation and integrations would be a good start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've improved communication between departments massively. We've started to be able to effectively manage website projects in a way that we could never have dreamed of. Its not just good for project management, its also a great way to manage employee data, workflow data, responsibilities tasks, sales data and we run our entire QMS system on it as well which includes SOP management, training, deviations and CAPA management, health and saftery etc.

There is a way to do almost anything you want. I would recommend simply playing around until you find the right button!

The automations. I do not have to keep clicking and moving items as they progress thru the work system.

Monday.com is great. The user errors or users not inputting all the information needed to complete the work order.

We use Monday.com to keep track of repairs in house and with our customers. This keeps everyone informed as to what has been ordered, when parts are in and when the repair is complete

It is easy to use. It lets several users have access to what is going on and give them a platform to add their input for others to read what or where in the process
