Easy, powerful and versatile
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, totally customizable. We use it for both internal and external projects management.
Our clients love it and we avoid so much unecessary emails and information dispertion.
Support is hyper reactive and always find an answer to our requests.

What do you dislike about the product?
The time-tracking could be optimized. That’s the only feature we are still using out of Monday - but it has a dedicated plugin that make the link transparent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is made through Monday items. Client create items, we assign ressources, discuss details and keep them informed of the process stages.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has allowed us to be proactive in our communication, follow up with precise information in a timely manner, and has allowed us to communicate effectively internally. It is easy to customize, and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you dont get notifications if you dont manually enable those. Its fixable, but you may miss some automations if its not properly set up.

Project tracking, customer follow ups, project timeline, product success, internal communication, updates
Best tool for project management
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who designs websites for a living, I live and breathe the prep phase of a project. It’s where clarity meets creativity—and where the real magic starts. So many things to juggle—photos, graphics, sitemaps, files, wireframes, meeting notes. One minute you’re designing, the next you’re deep in email chaos or searching a Google Sheet for that one task. Monday.com keeps projects and tasks in line and keeps me sane!
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial set-up can be tedious, but once you have your system in place, creating it can be fun. I wouldn't say that's a dislike with it, though, more the prep phase of getting everything in place, which is on you to begin with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps things streamlined and in one place and not in email which can be overwhelming and things get lost.
Monday.com has been INCREDIBLE! From usability to the support, I love it!

I love the simplicity of the platform and how active and engaged & helpful the support team is!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that when you export data from monday.com from a saved view, it doesnt always save the current view in 1 complete table and saves it in groups .

Team alignment across gloabl teams. This helps with effective and instant communication of requirements.

Game changer
What do you like best about the product?
I handle a lot of different client projects as well as managing a team - having Monday has helped keep everything on track, the automation means things are updated regularly and I can check at a glance what my week will look like with gantt charts. The platform has been a game changer for me and the team
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides - I like the layout and colour coordination helps my brain process what needs to be done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have so many projects going at one time that it can feel overwhelming - having the ability to prioritise tasks and automate my lists has been a game changer.
Forms is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature in Monday is the forms. Being able to create a form to enable collaboration amongst my teams. I can then take this incoming data and quickly use it to assess that data and make business decisions quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a steep learning curve in learning how best to create and share boards. Automations, particularly the email automation have to be continually checked to make sure they work.

Monday helps me create easy workflows for my projects and enables collaboration amongst teams.
Best-in-class project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly? What I like best about Monday.com is that everyone I share it with loves Monday.com. Aside from the fact that my team uses it as our daily project management tool, I also use Monday to onboard new hires starting with a template I've already built and then customizing it to the person. Nearly person I've onboarded has just gushed over its ease of use and visually pleasing UI. We use it every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Monday is that it's not cheaper and more versatile of a tool. At a time when our organization is slashing operating costs, we are being forced to use tools that cover lots of bases (e.g. knowledge base + project management + onboarding). Those of us who use Monday are extremely disappointed as nothing else compares.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency and organization of work is by far our greatest benefit as a Revenue Enablement team. When we can house all of our projects, daily tasks, brainstorming docs, onboarding pathways, new hire onboarding plans, coaching plans, rubrics, and RKO/event plans in one place, it saves us so much time and confusion as we don't have to bounce from one platform to another. I'm sure I'm leaving something out of that list, too!
Great for Team Collaboration – Slightly Clumsy on Mobile
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Monday.com for a few years now, and it's become a central part of how our team stays organised. The interface is clean, highly customizable, and surprisingly fun to use. We’ve been able to streamline project management, track tasks efficiently, and keep everyone on the same page without drowning in email threads.
The desktop experience is fantastic – creating boards, automations, and dashboards is intuitive, and the flexibility it offers really stands out compared to other tools we’ve tried.

The mobile version I find a bit hard to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using it, our team was juggling between emails, spreadsheets, and endless meetings just to stay updated on who’s doing what. Now, tasks, deadlines, and progress are all clearly visible and easy to manage.
It effectively facilitates our project planning and collaboration all from the same platform.
What do you like best about the product?
It’s extremely simple to adopt and so intuitive to use, but also, and more importantly, it seamlessly connects our relatively lean marketing team with our projects, our processes and our systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't believe it is a downside, but we are switching to HubSpot as our CRM and we will need to somehow reconcile what we do in Monday.com with the broader company wide platform of HubSpot. I hope we can tie these together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficient project management. We work twice as effectively as a team thanks to Monday.com, and we even use it as our hub for our weekly marketing project meetings.
