Efficient, easy to use and effective
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite Monday.com feature is the ability to share large documents and open files on items as well as managing items effectively through the deadlines feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about Monday.com is that even when you have unsubscribed from an item you still get notifications about that item when other people leave comments and make changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has definitely improved communication and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. We are more productive and having a platform like this has helped limit communication to only one platform rather than having it spread over, email, WhatsApp, etc. making things easier to find.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday.com is a great tool if you have lots of items to manage such as campaigns in your business. There are lots of tools for different types of business and different types of jobs. Monday.com greatly impacts the effectiveness of communication and delivery, you can even onboard clients to certain boards as guests so that they can view the Monday.com board as well and see the progress and communicate.

Best project management platform for growing companies
What do you like best about the product?
The customization ability with Monday.com is amazing. It's perfect for multiple teams using the platform who need to monitor different things for their projects. For instance a marketing team tracking content generation vs. an Account team tracking implementation of a new client.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is very robust. The only problem that I have found over the years using a Monday.com has been when you are creating tasks back to back in quick succession. Sometimes when that happens and you assign them to a team member, they will not show up on a team members my work view. So if they are not in the specific board they may miss it. This does not happen often, but it's happened enough that it does some to be kind of glitch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company use Monday.com for marketing needs, sales development needs, operations needs and general project management needs. It has provided us with one tool that can be used by many different teams allowing for levels of cross functional work when needed that we did not have before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pull the trigger, we have found it to be far superior to other PM platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is colorful and organized. The groups are very dynamic and easy to use, allowing us to work better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, this is not possible to select multiple subitems from different items fast. Therefore, I am choosing it manually from each item and only then applying the required changes, and it takes time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teamwork has never been so easy. I can't remember how we worked together before Monday (emails, maybe). In my work, we have very similar testing cycles, so Jira isn't the right platform for us. Monday is perfect for duplicating the board each cycle and changing the relevant items.

What do you like best about the product?
I researched and tested several other task management tools. I needed one mainly for myself that would help me with project-related tasks. The flexibility of monday.com is unparalleled. What do you dislike about the product?
The number of features can be overwhelming for someone like me who's not looking to automate workflows, etc. However, I just use what I need for my purposes, knowing that the tool is more powerful than what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management, personal organization, team organization, project planning are a few of the problems solved with monday.com. I started in Excel but that quickly became inefficient.
Experience is above expectations.

Easy tasking, creating simple workflows across boards, easy way to let the team informed on progress for particular projects, kanban board options—also apps integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to tell. Sometimes there is a need to use third-party solutions for solving some specific task flow within boards, but since they exist, it is not a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are organizing day-to-day tasks within separate boards, creating workflows for specific projects, and using kanban boards. Our performance has increased in a significant way.

What do you like best about the product?
The way it structures my mid-long to long-term projects. We can operate as a team in the same board and witness our progress together, and the automations are really easy to set-up. We use it everyday to keep track of our projects and I have tried a lot of different a-like systems, but Monday is by far the most convenient for our team. The integrations with Slack is extremely satisfying as this is our main communication system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, the system keeps improving and adding extra features to it. If there are any issues, the support is sufficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have started a cooperation between my moderator team and the buyers of our company. In this way they can communicate directly and solve issues without interference of me.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everyone can easily see updates as this really helps when a group of people are working on one project. I like how you can change a job to complete and it turns green.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - I love everything about this project management system!

It makes working on projects as a team much more effective and is really easy to use!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the option to have multiple workspaces! It allows me to separte my various roles and ogranize my postitions effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish templates placed in subitems would move up when a board is copied.

My team is solving many organizational issues with Monday. We are able to see what deadlines are approaching as well as keep track of who is doing what work.

Easy to use project management software
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to deploy the solution, requiring minimum training to implement across the team. "My work" is a brilliant feature that pulls all my tasks into one place and arranges them by the due date for ease of use. In a world where remote working has become more of the norm, Monday.com allows our teams to have greater transparency on multiple projects without the need for manual updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The billing process could be better. The total annual cost is currently renewed when changing tiers, which doesn't help with budget management. It would be great to fix the renewal dates and ensure billing is based around a fixed date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool has allowed us to improve communication and transparency within the teams. This solution has improved our ways of working and holding action owners accountable for delivery.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use. There is plenty of features that in the future our company can use. I also like the reminders as it helps keep me on track with everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really like to have the pie chart featured in the standard rate plan. Other than that I do not have any problems with Monday. Great tool for a start-up company like us
