What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Monday.com is how easy navigating the platform is and the efficiency of breaking down tasks within our team
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get a little overwhelming with all company department boards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency and streamlining of priorities. All team members can see the focus each week and what needs to be done

What do you like best about the product?
The features are great and super easy to understand. Plenty of uses for a basic user but then when you get to grips with the more advanced stuff, it opens up a whole new world. Super responsive customer service via e-mail who seem to genuinely try and help rather than just attempting to pacify you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to speak to customer service on the phone. Some features such as being able to have different columns for individual groups on a board can be frustrating. Poor communication when some plug-ins no longer work or are supported and a bit of a "tough luck" attitude on these. More issues have cropped up recently than previously experienced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow management is significantly easier, quicker and more easy to keep track of. Keeping track of projects as well as creating dashboards and forms for clients has been a godsend.

What do you like best about the product?
We love being able to customize the boards and share with different team members. We have a board for almost every function of our business and it helps keep everyone on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
being able to have a guest see which tasks on a board belong to them without seeing the whole board. Deliver a ticket number for a request made through a form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We create logs of all of our sales, we use it for input forms and for our creative request logs. It helps us to keep tickets of workflows going.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is a lot of versatility within the features. All of my projects are different, but Monday.com allows me the freedom to tailor a table for each.
What do you dislike about the product?
When duplicating boards, I would like all of the rows and columns to be duplicated as well - just with empty boxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prioritization management and assigning roles to team members.

What do you like best about the product?
It crates a space for me and my team to connect and get work done without the hassle of texts, emails, and other communication
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features that would be a big improvement that monday.com has been slow to implement. I'm sure I don't see a lot of the difficulties with developing these but it would be great to see some of the requested features from users happen sooner rather than later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits far outweigh any problems. The benefits are a more organized, streamlined, and productive team. While the problems are few and far between, it's basically some of those features that users are asking for (formatted automatic emails is the first that comes to mind.) But anytime I've actually had an issue with using monday.com, customer service is always really prompt and very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Customization and the ability to project manage and discuss details in one platform. My team integrates Monday.com with Slack, and the board automations help.
What do you dislike about the product?
My organization is a non-profit and it can be time-consuming to modify existing templates for our type of work. Would like to see more ideas for non-profits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As our team grows and our financial goals grow, it's easier to see the big picture of where we are all spending our time. This allows us to adjust and talk about better managing our time and resources. I believe this will ultimately make our organziation better!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really do your research on how to use Monday.com to its fullest. Be upfront with your team about committing to learning and using Monday.com so it's an asset to you.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is entirely customizable to tailor the experience of what my team wants to see. It's quick to use; tracking our projects doesn't become a burden.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can feel like option overload. However, they provide a bunch of out of the box settings that really help!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We finally know how much time it takes to deliver a project. This has helped us support our business cases with quantitative data.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the automations that make connecting different departments and boards so simple. It really saves a lot of time in my day-to-day. Monday is much simpler than other project management platforms in my experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really love using Monday! Some people who aren't used to an online project management system have a bit of learning curve, but I've never run into a person that just doesn't understand. It makes everyone's jobs so much easier!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves project management issues and really improves accountability between and within teams. I love how you can see when people viewed, updated, or ignored a task you sent their way. I think our projects get done much quicker and more accurately using monday.com.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely a good choice!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is an easy-to-use project management tool. You can collaborate with co-workers or work fine individually. Boards can be detailed and complex if you'd like, or they can be simple. For a while, I even used it to time-track everything I did, providing valuable insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes feel like you need to do a lot of clicks to get to the places you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com (if used properly) solves a communication challenge between co-workers. Though my current team use it enough for this benefit, I've seen monday work best when it replaces slack threads and emails and keeps projects all within the board
