A management software solution I can't live without!

What do you like best about the product?
Where do I begin... I love everything about this tool. It organizes, manages and allows team members to collaborate on jobs while keeping everything all in one place. Our teams know exactly who is working on what job, and when it is due and at year end we can run some KPI's to see how we did. I also love how easy it is to find sample boards to build from.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be sometimes overwhelming to get all the boards linked together and running smoothly. There is a lot of flexibility and tools to use, I just need to find time to implement them. Not sure why it took us so long to get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently don't have any problems. If I ever had a question, or couldn't find what I was looking for, a quick email and someone what prompt in finding me a solution.

Marketing Planning made easy with monday.com!

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to plan my events seamlessly and help me make my checklist of my events to ensure that everything is well covered for. I am able to also use monday.com to send out emails to invitees and help manage all those registration through monday.com forms. Without monday.com, organizing an event would be a tough work!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can only integrate my email with gmail with monday.com cause i don't have a microsoft 365 business license for my outlook email. Hoping there are more choices available for email integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketer solution has provided me a seamless tool to manage my invitees, from registration to sending out reminders and thank you emails. It also allows my internal team to manage all the invitees in terms of post events for follow up purposes right on the board! Communication throughout my team would be at best and transparent to all making sure no one is being left behind in the event.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday provides an easy-to-use experience to manage any individual or collaborative projects you're working on with a fluid interface that keeps workflow more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are part of or manage quite a few boards it can sometimes be tedious to keep track of every single one as the notifications from tagging can create a backlog.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Colleagues can assign tasks to me and I can keep track of these on my board while going back and forth within the comments of each task so I can receive consistent feedback while working.

What do you like best about the product?
Having used monday over the past few years in varying capacities, I can say without a doubt it is the most robust software you can find. The somewhat recent additions of subitems and automations have been game-changing. It allows for transparency across all departments and projects, and ensures clarity of ownership and next steps so nothing gets lost in translation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most recent update is a bit more visually clunky, however it does make it easier to see smaller functional tools that were hidden before. It would be helpful to set reminders on certain items that don't necessarily have deadlines to ensure projects move forward even when they're on the back burner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency across departments, ownership, and next steps. Also having the ability to customize buttons based on the board is great. We've also found it super helpful that we can pull in data across different boards into a single calendar board for reference. Overall monday has been an integral part in overhauling and maintaining our project management processes.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about using Monday I personally think is the organisational aspect. The ability to label different content, add images and videos, add the status and the date is all incredibly convenient. I also enjoy the reminders when something is due, it is helpful to have the notification if something is due soon. I think it has really helped with day to day tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the only things I dislike is if you have a date on something and you complete the task after the recommended date, it tells you that it has been completed late, which isn't always the case. I think when completing the task you should have a tick box to state whether the task was completed late.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to see everything in one place, scope out high and low priorities and also reflect on completed tasks. It makes everything easy to see and is beneficial when it comes to target reaching etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely recommend the trial first and seeing how this works for you - if you dedicate the initial time to setting everything up, it really is a beneficial tool

What do you like best about the product?
I love the calendar view most, which makes viewing all the upcoming campaigns and content really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the features I have had to explore myself, some more tutorials would be useful to get all the benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves a lot of planning and scheduling issue by having everything in one place and allowing me to filter by content type, channel, audience etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely use the free trial first, I had no reservations about switching to a paid subscription as I'd seen how useful it is

What do you like best about the product?
We recently started using this tool and it really has helped keep us on track. We use this as a collaborative tool to ensure we're always up to date and completing tasks as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
We also use the mobile experience - which we love - but I think it could be improved a bit with some easier UX. Otherwise, we really don't have any complaints. Its been a great asset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration was a huge struggle and this has really helped. This also helped get a full understanding of everything we have going on at one time. We use it daily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend that you create a better customer service team. Getting questions answered does take some time and it would be great to get quicker responses.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team uses Monday to track almost every component of our business. It gives us insight into what's happening on a day-to-day basis, and is extremely helpful for long range planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't honestly say there's anything we dislike othe than pricing, which is fair but additional seats could be provided at a different tier or price than currently offered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oversight on specific areas of our business - namely long range digital and print content, blog calendars, and social media planning. It's been helpful for onboarding team members too.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is very flexible; you can make it be whatever you need it to be for your particular workflow. The collaboration element is great too, as it cuts confusion out of projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing, but I would be good with an optional setting to make past entries disappear once they are over. It would save me from having to clean up my social media content calendar, which I do not REALLY have to do anyway, so I am just reaching. :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had no idea how to manage my social content, and there are so many products on the market for creating an editorial calendar or something similar, but none of them were working for me until Monday.
