We love monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
It's quick, clear, easy to use and a nice change from email. It keeps us on track with our production schedule and mitigates emailing many people because it's clear who is on a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if the 'subject' was included in your email notifications

Monday.com Will Change the Way You Work for the Better
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com's dashboard is the stuff of productivity dreams. There is frankly no limit to what you and your team can schedule with Monday.com suite of tools. Once your team is used to the level of control and persise detail offered by Monday.com, it would be a compromise to go anywhere else.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of the highly customizable nature of Monday.com, getting your workspace exactly the way you would like it can take some work. Luckily, Monday.com has more than enough resources to teach you the best way to make your Monday yours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is game-changing for teams that run several projects sequentially. If you are releasing new products or have several projects planned to come out at different times in the same month, Monday.com is likely the best productivity tool you could ever use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Switching productivity software can be a massive undertaking, so gradual change is often the best approach. Try running Monday.com on your own and slowly roll it out to your team; the level of control and user experience-tooled features will likely make switching less of a chore and more of a relief.

I can complete all tasks that are set by myself or the team and this helps to categorise the importance of certain tasks and also helps delegate tasks to other colleagues

We LOVE Monday.com! It's so easy to track and manage task progress, monitor our finances and update team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our Monday.com boards are quite heavy and intensive, so sometimes they get slow and unresponsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
EVERYTHING from task management, team updates, finance tracking, crew tasks, team dashboards. I don't know how we survived before Monday.com!

Monday.com is the only tool that any company needs to manage timelines, projects and more. It's essential to our day-to-day operations and I can't recommend it enough!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy is to organize the tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Heavy website that gets stuck on chrome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm organizing my tasks with easy visualization and better management of what I have to do and how I have to do. It helped me to prioritize the most critical task first and don't let me lose sight of some tasks, and a good feeling when I realize how many tasks I completed last week.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Monday is that it makes it easier for all members in the organisation to keep track of updates and their tasks. It also serves as a communication tool for members.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I do not like about Monday is that it is sometimes hard to navigate some basic features. It also lacks the feature of having more options when it comes to reminders as the platform already has built-in time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem that is being solved is the ability to find all updates in one platform. It also has the feature of making a checklist without going back and forth. The boards and groups are very user-friendly.
Simplify, Streamline, and Strengthen Your Projects
What do you like best about the product?
The sheer ability to see how far along people are in projects is fantastic. Rather than wondering how close a task is to being finished, I can log in and check for myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
One complaint is that I wasn't exposed to this tool sooner. I can't reiterate more how much of a productivity booster and game changer this program has been for my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My business's marketing and sales teams are growing. By documenting every step of a project, new team members can see how to accomplish tasks without wasting time scheduling a meeting.

Don't even consider other project management tools. Just take the leap and invest in Monday.com.

What do you like best about the product?
It has been great to keep organized with multiple tasks with teams. I enjoy knowing what the status of projects is while other team members are working on them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how when someone marks something on my tasks and it shows up on my notifications, I can't see on my dashboard where that task is because it doesn't highlight the task. If I am reading an update on a task from my notification, it doesn't show me where the task is on the dashboard because it doesn't highlight it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do enjoy that I can show the team the progress on tasks as I am doing them and that way everyone knows what I am working on and what I could need from them down the road.
I cannot live without Monday, it's very useful
What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps me to organize projects with all the boards and single tasks for every project I'm working in. It's very useful to always have the tasks under control and don't forget about the smaller ones (I have bad memory) so it changed my work-life. I can organize my week with the estimated time for every task and avoid work overload. Another useful feature for me is the ability to organize other people's workloads: I'm responsible for junior employees and with monday I can organize their tasks too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really; sure it can be improved because sometimes it's blocked/not loading for hours. Other than the tech issues, I think it would be useful to have the possibility to fill the next weeks with recurring tasks without creating new ones, for example, I have a task every week, during Friday I move it to next week (Monday-Friday long, 10 hours total, 2 hours day). But until friday next week feels "empty" when I know I have to leave free 2 hours/day: it would be nice to have the possibility to occupy the space with a place holder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Burnout, overload, forgetting stuff, not knowing "what exactly I have to do today and in which order", organizing other people's work. The benefits are so many, I'd like to use a monday board to organize my wedding.
Another feature i love is the possibility to analyze how am I spending my time and optimize on that basis.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and keep track of my projects. The real-time progress reports allows my team to know project status and inventory numbers keep my day to day work more organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike it's ability to delete or archive other members boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of promotional item inventory allows my sales team to access the tools they need to do their job. This tool allows me to forecast reorders on items.
