Reliable, Efficient & Great UI!!
What do you like best about the product?
I work at a Digital Marketing Agency and the Monday user interface is awesome! It's consistently reliable and almost never fails to do what we need from it. Our agency has completely transformed our workflow ever since adopting the platform! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's not much I can think of that Monday isn't efficient for. Any time we run into some sort of issue, the customer service is right there to help us with anything we need!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been incredible for facilitating workflow between departments and it minimizes unnecessary emails. We used to all have very cluttered inboxes before Monday and ever since we adopted the platform, it's been a huge help! Things rarely fall through the cracks!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth a try. We started the platform on a trial and quickly decided to sign up for the whole suite of benefits; we haven't looked back since!
This has transformed the way we work as a marketing team - tracking has never been easier!

Having one place to track and view workload as a team and individually has been so helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the only downside is that there are so many ways to use it, it can be overwhelming at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the issue of tracking our workload and ensuring fairness across the team. We can see what everyone is working on in one place, and with variations in boards, we can track different types of work and with different teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Straightforward and easy to use the ui is intuitive and makes organising tasks and groups and ease. Having it update across all teams allows us to stay on top of all tasks

I don't think that there anything that I don't like it was such a pleasure working with the software and super efficient to getting all our tasks done for the day
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helped us set up a actual backlog of issues and task that we had, allowing us to tackle the problem Straighton and with efficency allocating the right people to the right tasks

It allows me to very simply manage the entire activity of our delivery team, to plan the work, to anticipate the workload, and to manage the time spent on different topics.
It is intuitive and easy to use and scale

The lack of integration with IOS: email accounts and the calendar

It works very well in SMEs. Some big companies are also implementing monday.
I've only been implementing the tool for a year and there are already many established workflows that save us a lot of time.
It also helps to structure and define roles.

Monday.com has a diverse set of charts and views to please almost any brain.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to update a project's status.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a more obvious "tips" or Learning section to help users understand what they can do and how they can integrate with other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to collaborate between teams is extremely helpful; having a project go from one board to the next.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do some research to understand all how Monday.com can be used. Make it mandatory for all team members to use; if some people are not using it, the usefulness breaks down.

What don't I like about Monday? Monday has made my life so much better, I am more efficient, it's easy to use, improves communication between my team and I....the list goes on and on. Love the flexibility to customize based on our needs and so much more
What do you dislike about the product?
hmmm, I can't think of anything that I dislike. All of my needs are met and I can't think of anything else that Monday could do to improve the program. I appreciate the program and the support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team and I are more efficient and our tasks occur more quickly as Monday sends an email to us all when updates are made on tasks or tasks are done. It's easy to use which in turn means less time spent creating new boards, customizing templates to suit our needs,and has improved our team communication ....the list goes on d on.

The platform Monday Marketer is extremely user friends and allows us to create custom boards catered to what we need to keep track of.

Sometimes it is a little difficult keeping up with the file organization and uploads.

Monday helps us forecast the completion of projects and stay up to date with top priority needs for the company's success.

The ability to keep organized. I have never had one space that has all of my tasks, projects and analysis in one space. It's incredible.

"groups" within boards cannot be detached so that itme titles can differenciate from another groups titles.

The ease of use in laying out projects and tasks for all team members involved

For larger scale projects, it may not be ideal. Keeping in mind that personally have not used for large scale projects where IT and other teams are involved
