What do you like best about the product?
Its an easy tool to manage the task, projects and time.

Nothing, all time the developers team are working to give us the best experience

A concise yet multi-functional plataform
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Monday.com is the way it is highly customizable yet concise in the functionalities it offers for the user. It helped my team track each other's work advancements during remote worktime. It has a more direct approach to project management than what is offered by its competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that sometimes the automations are a bit chunky and do not respond well in the web browser. The app also has limited functionalities regarding which notifications I could choose to receive, not too customizable in this area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday.com to keep track of remote work and project management duties. This keeps everyone in the same page, as well as the managers from different areas (e.g. R&D, marketing, etc.) well integrated to the workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com offers a variety of ways to organize information. I like to utilize different boards for various areas of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything negative yet! My team is easily able to learn how to use it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problems of organizing data so that it can be shared with management and other team members in a way they can easily understand.
Monday has great features for organizing for multiple departments under a single planning network!
What do you like best about the product?
The planning aspect of this program is the most appealing aspect to me. Having departmental sections of the Monday.com dashboard aids in timely organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the ways this work hub is customized can make it confusing (e.g. there are multiple ways to express an assignment is completed).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using this program to its full potential is something I am currently solving with Monday.com. I have realized a ton of benefits to knowing how the program properly operates.
monday (.com), I'm in Love
What do you like best about the product?
Before making the jump to monday.com, my team's workflow consisted primarily of filling out physical sheets of paper (a literal paper trail) from department to department (God forbid someone used one as a drink coaster). By shifting to monday.com, not only has our overall efficency increased but also communication between team members across all of our departments. This allows for better options for 1) accountability in meeting deadlines, 2) stronger creative collaboration, and 3) accessibility of our internal processes from start to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, the only downsides experience through monday.com from my team have been instances where automations are randomly turned off disrupting workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has allowed us to better isolate hours involved in creating an ad which in turn translates to increases in returns. We can also take more of a 30,000 ft view and see an entire project play out from conception to completion.
Great, simple, and modular task and project tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I have enough tools at my disposal to create a dashboard or project management system tailored to my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting started and customized can be kind of daunting. I also don't like the default dashboard keeping done items visible.
I also want to have the "My Work" tab be customizable around sorting by date.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved issues on prioritizing problems with my team, tracking tasks, etc. We're much better synced up with this product.
Easy, Fun and Human!
What do you like best about the product?
This platform is intuitive and straightforward. It has a human element that makes it fun and easy to use. I have used the robotic salesforce, which is not user-friendly at all. This software makes it so easy to update actions on deals and accounts. I just Love the e-mail trail!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! This is the best software on the market!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to manage deals in our pipeline easily. As well as have follow-up communication with customers and prospects.
Game Changer For My Small Growing Agency
What do you like best about the product?
That I am able to upload vides into each task on the notes so my staff can action tasks without me and refresh their memories if they forget how to do something
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle with the automations and learning how to make my experience better. I've tried your tutorials and videos etc, but they still don't seem to make things clear enough for me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can lessen the risk of bringing people onto the team as there is little onboarding. The tasks and video uploads allow everything to be in one place and allow me to get on with running the business, confident the team have everything they need

What I like best about Monday.com is the ability to track my team's time and tasks all in one place. It is also a great communication tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to make a reoccurring task.

We are keeping all of the back and forth of a task in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the website is to navigate and organize to-do tasks. I love having the ability to create multiple boards for multiple people that everyone can contribute to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I love it all. I have had no problems getting the website to work. It works exactly as described and is worth every penny. My office is so much more organized because of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a law office, so we use the Monday boards for attorneys to assign tasks to their paralegals. Each attorney is able to a board for each of their paralegals. This increases communication in our office and avoids any confusion. It also gives the ability to put deadlines on assignments and organize in order of priority. If there is a question regarding the assigned task, there is a comment section in which one party can type their question in a message to the assigning party.

Maximize your usage of Monday.com and all of its features. Each feature provides a service that enables your office to be more efficient and organized.
