What do you like best about the product?
We love the flexibility for data/content within boards, tasks and dashbaords. It allows us to flex the boards as needed depending on the project, or deliverable. Additionally, we love the creative request inbound form to allow our clients to have a streamlined process to asking for updates. We can't live without it now!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the boards can be overwhelming with data unless you spend time adjusting. The update(s) board hidden within a task or item is also sometimes hard to deal with from a visual stand point.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves a major headache for any agency: organize projects, organize who is responsible, and allow to keep the team updated on every thing due. We also use Monday as a CRM for leads currently, and our team can jump in/out of handling leads as needed. Nobody is left in the dark!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the tool and solution; you can pass on all the other project management tools. Hands down

What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps us navigate through multiple projects in a very efficient way that no spreadsheet can beat. We started using it with one of our vendors on a website development project and enjoyed working with it so much we decided to subscribe ourselves.
It helps not only with project management and daily tasks but also with budget management by "hacking" existing features. It's very easy to use and available templates really help with starting from something that can apply to your own need.

What do you dislike about the product?
A few crashes from time to time which gets a bit annoying when your workflow doesn't respond, but the Monday team is always keen to help and turnarounds are very quick to respond.
Sometimes a little un-flexible but that is comprehensible with such a powerful tool.

Real-time collaboration with messaging tool that saves us from (too) many e-mails.
It helps us with multiple websites and social media handles updates tracking, and calendar management.

Simply try it first and you won't be able to go back! If you are looking to gain efficiency within your team or your company it's quite quick and easy to understand and the free trial should help you get an idea of how powerful it is.
User-Friendly and Makes Task Management Fun
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to design boards, dashboards, and more that fit your team's needs. Monday.com makes it easy to learn the basics, but if you need more, they make it extremely easy to find the info you need. Also, the new Monday.com Community website has been a life saver! If you're looking for a product that lets you manage nearly any task your marketing team needs, this is the tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there aren't roles in-between admin and user. It would be great if I could be the admin of my team's workspace, but I don't need to be a full admin. This way I can still help my team with their boards without being listed as an owner, or if a team member leaves and I wasn't a board owner, I can still edit their board. Also, automations can get a little wonky, and sometimes it takes them quite a bit to process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team needed an easy solution to optimize our task management. We grew from a team of 5 to a team of almost 20 in less than a year, so it was imperative that we created processes that were stable. Monday.com really helped us to create processes for our team that are trustworthy; however, if we ever need to change or update those processes, Monday.com is so flexible that you can edit your processes whenever.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely look into the training and videos that Monday.com has available. They are super helpful in learning how to use the product. Also, sign up for their community so you can interact with other Monday.com users.

We have a small globally distributed team, and Monday allows us to easily stay on top of everyone's deliverables. We are using the default tools and they work really well. The customization also was easy to adjust how each group uses and consumes the information.

The templates for marketing weren't very helpful.

Be willing to take a few days to learn and setup the system appropriately for your team before jumping into using.
I like it's potential for organization, and would for the most part recommend it to a colleague.
What do you like best about the product?
Love the Monday style organizing rows and columns. They're simple to read, with tons of customizable room for details, regardless of what project we're working on. Also love the ability to customize a read tab with only info needed, to make very detailed projects easier to read at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sections where color-coding is not obvious or accessible, which occasionally results in random, unhelpful and unreadable colors manifesting on our calendars. Would also be helpful to have a "suggestion" feature for projects, where colleagues can submit suggestions to a board and have them approved/added to the item or dismissed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines our communication process, allowing us to fill in and glean details from projects without having to go to 2 or 3 different people to get the same information. It's nice to have it in a single place, where anyone can access it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be prepared to do a LOT of setup. Preparing the boards for use (in a way that is helpful and not just a hindrance) takes a lot of trial and error, a lot of adding and subtracting and repurposing columns, but in the long run, it is becoming an invaluable resource for my company and colleagues.

The flexibility has to be our favorite feature. We have gotten our entire company on the platform and each department can customize their workspace as they see fit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really enjoy working from the Mac app. Unfortunately, not all features are available through the app, forcing me to log in through a browser from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication has always been an issue for our company. We have relied on email too much. Bringing all project-related communication into Monday.com has streamlined and organized our communication. It also gives us a great archive of conversations about each project.
Good start to organizing your team workflow
What do you like best about the product?
The Marketing department started to grow, and we didn't have a straightforward organizational and follow-up process. With Monday, we can share creatives, briefs, and reports and keep track of different projects with multi departments teams. Having every asset in the same place makes everything go quickly.

Sometimes the files disappear after we upload them.

Inter communication with teams allows us to have different marketing assets in the same place. It helps us to follow up quickly on projects that need numerous reviews.

It's really easy to use and customise to your way of working. I love the little touches around special events, like the snowman and skier at Christmas, and the confetti when you mark things as Done.

It can sometimes be a bit fiddly when you're entering information because it doesn't always save - you have to remember to click out of what you were entering, otherwise you lose it.

It's helping our team keep track of projects and tasks, and we also use it with one of our agencies to help us all know what's planned, who's responsible, and what the time allocation/budget is.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very versatile tool that allows the integration of the entire work team to track tasks on a day-to-day basis. It allows a specific configuration of tasks and processes depending on the need of a team. Assigning tasks and subtasks and being able to delegate to different people is essential to define responsibilities and execute a more detailed follow-up of each one and of those responsible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is really very good in terms of usability and scope. However, when it comes to integrations with third parties or searching for specific tasks by project, it tends to be a bit tedious if you have a large number of tasks and subtasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to divide a complex process into different tasks and assign people responsible for each one. For example, the entire process of creating advertising campaigns. From campaign conception to execution, going along with copy generation and creativities, it tends to be a breeze with Monday.

It's a no-brainer. I really think it is the best tool for team productivity right now. To carry out day-to-day tasks or execute projects in the medium and long term.

It is a little bit difficult to learn how to use it. Gratefully there is a board with very useful tips and information. We have started to use it two months ago.
