Helpful, flexible, and efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the automations. As they come out with more templates, I'm more Agee to invest time to see if we can automate even more of our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve, but maybe a couple days worth at most? Once you have that system in place it will alleviate lots of excess email and reminders and do them for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting deadlines has always been an issue for us, so having some of our key processes automated, we have improved accountability across the board. It makes those conversations simpler and more manageable.

Not being able to prioritise the order of the task in each day. Or being able to bunch them together. Could do with more control here on the todays tasks.

Get rid of writing endless list as everything is all only and transfers to phone very easily

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use, great overview of the work we do, the status of it and the possibility to comment and assign tasks really make the work more efficient and controllable in a positive way, especially when working remote.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really to dislike so far, maybe a little threshold to learn it but once you get it and all the features, it's worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com makes sure we see what is going on within the team, and that nothing falls between the chairs. We can have all tasks gathered in the same place which is very valuable.
Perfect for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very easy to use and there are so many ready-made templates to start from. It is so easy to collaborate with others and also communicate directly within the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com pricing is expensive and complicated. Some features that were previously free that we loved you now have to pay for as extras. This unfortunately has meant we don't have as great useability anymore and will have to upgrade or add on to have the things we require for our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our team collaborate and communicate easily while working remotely during lockdowns and sickness. It is also helping us manage our time better and it is saving us a lot of time with automation.

I like the automation, the alerts that are sent, the timelines, the people involved, and the accountability that the program lets you have.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there was an undo option. I have accidentally deleted a column's info and am not able to get it back. I dislike the limitations of one board. Limit to items.

Monday has made it easy to keep people accountable and combine all the pertinent information in one place. We have follow the day to day happenings of our clients, employees, and venues easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that everyone can see the changes pretty much instantaneously. Love the collaboration that comes with using Monday.com and how we can extend it to our contractors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the linking between boards was a bit better - right now the support team introduced mirrors to me so it looks a bit confusing. Wish there was also a way to see the edit history and what was changed (similar to google docs)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration in the remote world. We officially went remote and are finally able to have a set process that's also manageable with Monday.com; definitely recommend for small businesses looking to get organized while scaling!

What do you like best about the product?
Templates are a great feature. We have a lot of processes that are repeatable or that we need to use for multiple people. It's so helpful to easily have a template.
We have different shifts, trainings, workshops, calendars, etc and now we don't have miscommunications or missed deadlines.

What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to choose one feature to dislike it would be that dashboards are hard for me team to put together. They can be bulky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solved my problem with everything the previous owner did was by paperwork, but I like to see everything from anywhere. I moved processes to monday.com and sped up processes and made it visisble.

What do you like best about the product?
I truly love this platform. It helps me and my team stay organized and our work to be visible to one another. I especially love the customizable elements, the automations, and the color coding. It is the first platform to help me stay organized and on top of my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found the mirroring feature to be intuitive or easy to use, however, I reached out to support, and they immediately wrote back, so I have a meeting set up with them to get a tutorial on what my teammate and I are looking to do.

Staying organized, remembering what is due when, ensuring that my team and my leadership, have his ability into my work, and collaborating with people from other teams and departments
Easy to use to clock in for work.
What do you like best about the product?
It's very sleek and straightforward. I use it to clock in and out my work hours efficiently and keep my team updated with my work progress. You can also upload images.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't explored all the other features, so I am not sure what else it could be good for. For work, we primarily use to toggle our hours and keep each other updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think it solves just using excel to log in time instead just clicking and pausing if needed or stopping once a shift is done. It's also great because you can customize it as well.
