Monday.com is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
With a platform like Monday.com that is easy to learn and easy to navigate, Monday.com has been a game changer for my team and me. I work in legal, so there are a lot of cases that we deal with, and Monday.com allows us to access them quickly and conveniently and provides some really cool ways to stay on top of each stage of the litigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about Monday.com. I do wish that there was a way to scan documents directly into the platform from my scanner. I reached out to Monday.com with this suggestion but I never heard back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team members who do not directly work on cases can utilize my boards and workspaces to have access to an easy to understand overview of each case thanks to Monday.com. It's more than just a depository for files- it allows us to visualize and entire case.

Great organization tool to keep projects on track!
What do you like best about the product?
The various templates available make it easy to track any project. It is also easy to build your own custom board with this intuitive software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the default columns can't be removed, so they end up taking space on the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team mainly uses monday.com to open new clinics and stay on track with the various tasks inherent to opening a new site. It allows us to communicate better for each task and know when to move on to another part.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is that we can adapt the Monday tables to any type of use, business, situation. It's such a versatile platform. Automations adapt to all conditions. The UX is so easy to understand; it's visually very pleasing. Tagging your co-workers is really useful; everybody can follow the work progress. I also love that we can download all types of content in the tables (photos, viédos, texts, direct uploads from Google Drive...).
What do you dislike about the product?
I pretty much love everything about Monday, but the only thing I would change is when you want to change the style of a column, it duplicates this first one. I'd like for it to change directly and not duplicate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What I've achieved with Monday is a seamless workflow with my co-workers. Thanks to Monday, everyone has a clear overview of what is going on, projects' progress, who's doing what.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Once you try it, you can live without it as it adapts to every situation.
An incredibly powerful organizational tool
What do you like best about the product?
The system is very intuitive and easy to use. It allows my entire staff to be organized within one system. We also love the goals feature and can't wait for this to be improved in the future!
What do you dislike about the product?
The tutorials created to help "teach" how to use the program. These tutorials simply jump through an overview without going step by step in a manner my staff can follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of organizational efficiency within the company. This program allows my team to all drive toward one goal in an organized manner with built-in accountability.
Easy to use and helpful tool to collaborate on projects with teammates
What do you like best about the product?
When working on projects, it's easiest to know the deadlines, project scopes, and other teammates' progress. This platform has been very easy to learn and use, while also very organized to help myself finish tasks, stay informed on projects, and any relevant details. I have been using this platform to plan out task dates, deadlines, and update my manager on tasks as necessary
What do you dislike about the product?
Hoping there can be a way to expand the bullet points or a more visual way to organize the tasks, instead of everything being vertical/horizontal right now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this platform, I'm able to work through tasks at my own pace but also have a schedule to create/modify as needed. Some benefits include the ease to create/modify, assign tasks. The color coding definitely helps with the aesthetics and the progress updates are helpful so I know I'm making progress.
For the bigger projects, monday.com has helped me break down the tasks into "doable items" so the project as a whole is not as intimidating and I can "see" what I need to do on a daily basis. It has also improved my time management and project mgmt skills

Recommendations to others considering the product:
This platform is a very useful tool to collaborate or just to use for your own projects. You don't need to remember all the details of a project if you don't want to. There's plenty of tools on the platform so you can visually organize everything so you can meet/exceed your deadlines.
Monday makes my work easier, faster and smarter.
What do you like best about the product?
Integrations and automations that works for me, requiring me less effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that integrations are more limited than automations, sometimes I believe that I could do things and then I realize that I can't, because integrations are more solid, not so flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm centralizing requests for vacations, approving and sending e-mails telling people that they have vacation approved. Also, I'm doing a follow-up of the team 1:1s.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Study and practice because all the time you use studying comes back to you trough inovation.
No "Monday Blues" for Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
It's colorful.
It's easy to use very user-friendly.
Accountants (my bosses) said it's a dignified excel file but so much more!
I haven't tried other competitors because I was already sold with Monday.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when reaction time is slow and you accidentally delete all your input/date or accidentally copy-paste an item to all fields. Other than that, everything is good for me.

Amazing site for organising your work life!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can add different groups, tick the sections off once they are complete. We use this every day across the whole team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that's missing really, apart from if the app could do the work for us too!

Everyday problems. Tasks, things that I would usually forget
Monday just gets everything right
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive and provides me with a very focused experience in managing my tasks and projects. It gets everything right to the point that I no longer need to use other productivity tools to keep my tasks in check.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing worth mentioning. Everything works fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media planning. Other social media management tools focus on scheduling and automation features, but Monday allows us to do everything from ideation to execution, which is very important in social media.

It's super easy to customize Monday to meet my needs.

I wish the difference between the different pricing plans were easier to visualize.
