Great tool for managing internal processes and documentation
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been easy to use and is very customizable. We are huge fans of the ability to create automations within each board, and the integrations we create using Make.com work as intended. We use monday nearly every day for generating checklists for our internal processes and to create and reference support documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have no complaints regarding monday work management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us stay organized by making sure we don't miss any steps in our internal processes-- primarily customer onboarding and offboarding.

Monday.com has been a game-changer for our team. Its intuitive interface, customizable boards, and powerful integrations make managing projects and workflows seamless. The automation features save time, and the platform scales easily with our needs.

The platform can be slow to load at times, especially with larger boards, full of mulitple automations.

Keeps all tasks, projects, and updates in one place. It makes collaboration easier, improves visibility into progress, and saves time with automations.

Could do with more third party software integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows the whole team to have one central place to go to see all projects and clients. Here we can update on the latest, set tasks and deadline.
Love the organization Monday.com brings to my work space
What do you like best about the product?
I find Monday.com most helpful in the the organization it brings to the multiple reporting and analytics I work with on a daily basis. The customization makes it easy to navigate all the different groups or projects I'm working on at a time. I find it very user friendly when I train new staff. The automations offer added efficiency by saving my time on the multiple groups I have. I have been using it for over a year and it seems to work well for my workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful and downsides I have found are when there is no conductivity such as wifi. I have has some trouble shooting issues when people use forms and they turn them in it can take a few hours to 24 hours for us to see the item that was turned in. Also Monday.com doesn't function well on the app on our phones, it's delayed and it may be to amount of information that is attempting to process at one time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking tasks and deadlines in an timelyl manner, centralized communication on all timed task. Organizing all items in one place making them feasibly available at all times.

What do you like best about the product?
I think some of the most helpful things about Monday.com is way you can set up automations to make things easy to transfer from board to board. Our entire team has been on the platform for over three years now and have helped other teams in our organization adopt the platform. Understanding how projects are linked together and allowing the progress to be tracked in multiple locations has been a game changer for us. It allows others on our team to easily request analytics and I am in the platform everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the notifications that come to my inbox they are not as descriptive as they need to be and I need to go into the platform to decipher what I need to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping us see a sky view of how all of our projects affect and interact with each other.
Monday.com: Great Platform for Growing Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is great because you can start small and affordable and scale up as needed. The platform itself is easy to set up, intuitive to use, and aesthetically pleasing. Solid customer support, resources, and the wide array of features and templates all help my team focus on goals and KPIs. Monday.com has become essential to the daily function of my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to have a "single source of truth" in which some but not all information can be viewed or accessed is the biggest impediment an efficient workflow. The issue for my team is the limitations with mirror columns, or columns that show updated information in real time from other boards. It would save my team a lot of duplicate work if we could share only some information from a source board without granting access to the source board that contains sensitive information.
Other than that, the limitations on creating calculations in dashboards. For example, I cannot show an overall conversion rate based on the sum or count of two columns in a dashboard.
For these reasons we still rely on spreadsheets and other reporting solutions more than I expected when implementing this platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helped us streamline HR processes across many affiliates including recruiting, onboarding, and surveying. The automations have been instrumental in cutting down on time consuming and repetitive tasks, allowing my team to work more efficiently and decreasing errors in self reported data.
Great Work Tool for Collaboration; Easy to Use Interface; Highly Customizable
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been a game-changer for our creative team, making collaboration and feedback effortless. What I like best is how intuitive it is for different teams to share feedback and collaborate on projects in one place. The subtask cards are particularly useful, as they allow team members to leave comments and track progress with ease. I use Monday.com every day to attach my copy documents, which my creative senior accesses to provide feedback. It’s seamlessly linked to our Slack channel, so I’m instantly notified of any messages or tags. For a creative team like ours, the ability to attach high-res PDF files directly to task cards is a lifesaver—no need to download files just to view them. It’s a streamlined, efficient platform that keeps everyone on the same page!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Monday is that users can’t bold or italicize text in the comment box. There are times when I need to emphasize certain text in my comments, but I'm unable to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management has been really helpful for our remote team. It makes managing tasks and tracking project progress super easy, so we’re always on the same page. I can quickly see who’s handling what through sub-task cards, which keeps everyone accountable. The best part is its flexibility—tasks can be updated as the project evolves, so everything stays current. Plus, since we can attach and search documents directly within the platform, finding past files is a breeze. Overall, it’s made our workflow smoother, communication better, and organization simpler.
Game changer for organizing multiple operational processes.
What do you like best about the product?
We have streamlined several opps processes within Monday.com so that via automations, proper users are notified about new hires, terms, business request and other needs. All requests now have the same information (user name, email etc) in consistent format for reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
We did need to trial and error a few 3rd party apps to find the right bundles that we needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because we are global, it was key to have one consistent source of truth for may requests coming in. Monday.com has solved for that.
Photography Studio
What do you like best about the product?
It's user-friendly for daily studio operations and offers valuable statistics when required by management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints, as it effectively meets the needs of those submitting requests for photography and image uploads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It maintains a record of incoming work and enables me to schedule tasks efficiently on a daily basis.
