Monday.com is a lifesaver!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps me keep tasks organized and coordinated. I love the automations, which allow me to set reminders automatically for deadlines. It's the best project management software I've used!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find something missing or ineffective- it works great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped our international team streamline communications to efficiently complete needed tasks without duplication of efforts. This helps us improve our services.

I love to have a pannel where I can monitor the workload of all my team in just one place.
I also like yo have a bulk editing option that makes easier when I need to change many tasks.

In the monitor panel I have a limited number of pannels I can add.
I am using the google Integration but I cant find an option to select the time an event last, it is always 30min as default but I need 1 hour.

Monday help us to organize projects and to assign tasks while mantaining a healthy woarkload with all the team members. By having a good control of the project we can have good profit.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a great online App that expands its horizons to the latest trends in technology. Also, the Web version of this great tool that is powered by cloud and Artificial Intelligence matches Industry Leader Performance in the Segment. It encapsulates various integrations and provides a seamless experience to the end-users that magnificently helps to focus and fetch details of contracts in the most limited possible time. It is a great all-rounder tool that collaborates various requirements for the users and makes its footprint for becoming number one in this space. It is used for various Project Management Dashboards, Integrations, Visual and Intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now couldn't identify any downwards of the tool as it is contributing in the right way, right manner, and at the right time for its end-users, stakeholders, and customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in providing the right clauses and agreements that the Project consists of including the critical dates and values that support the company's growth. This indeed helps in improving the business performance that triggers mutual understanding with the peers along with competitive points that needs attention. The complete track and review of business contracts with the help of dashboards and integrations help in building a strong sector that really boosts progress in a directional way.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a collaborative tool that assists my team and me to keep things on track. I like that it is a dedicated place for us to collaborate, track projects, timelines and updates, as needed. We have the ability to share this with external partners, as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the templates are helpful, some items are not simply dragged and drop. To fully utilize the service, you will have to customize boards which require time and skill.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves the question, what's the status of a project or what's next to be completed. It's a quick glance at creative requests, testing campaigns, and our social media calendar. It benefits having these items in a central location where those who need visibility simply have access to view while those who are needing permission to change items do also.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been working in the field for years now and in that time period, I have used many project management platforms. Some are easy, some are difficult to use. Some of them seem quite vague and some are very difficult to work on but I have never seen anything like Monday.com. This platform is for everyone; you can easily understand it and its charm is its visuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
As we all know that all good things are expensive and this is the case right here. It offers a free version where the number of users is limited and then comes paid plan that is mainly based on the number of users and with each number of users the plan will become more and more expensive. The missing Gantt chart here is a big question mark here. This is one of the most desired platforms that is emerging and performing well but a missing Gantt chart is a big hassle for many project managers. I do hope and wish that they will add this one here as soon as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps you with the creation of a suitable workflow, its management, tracking, and visual analytical reports for each and everything. The platform is very easy to use and even a non-user will be able to understand what’s going on here without having difficulty. The visuals make it even more attractive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Best software for project managers who are tired of aligning their team members to use the platforms and managing tasks on them with ease. This will be an easier version for them with benefits. Also, I suggest if you are in a team with fewer members this plan will be beneficial for you.

We have a social media agency and the way we can organize everything it's just perfect.

Pricing is a bit too high for small agencies like ours. But it's worth it.

I am not the best person at keeping productivity flowing. I need a big support system to keep everything on schedule. Plus I work with freelancers. So the timeline, workload and time tracking features are amazing

Sometimes it reloads and doesn't save but I believe that will be overcomed in the future
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It absolutely crushed my lack of productivity. It allows me to manage all aspects of my business (I'm a disaster with paper trails). It allows me to stay on top of what my freelancers are doing, where they're struggling and to divide work fairly. It helps me keep my clients at ease because they can track the progress themselves, and so I don't need constant meetings and calls (thank goodness)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're a freelancer consider buying a plan that allows unlimited guests. That way you will save a LOT of time in calls and meetings to keep your clients up to date. Even if you don't use all the seats available for team members, it's still worth it. My hourly rate is 20€, I pay 70€ for Monday, if I save 3,5 hours a month (which I do) it's already worth my money.

Just brilliant! Iit is making a huge difference in the way we manage our funding, reporting and programmes. It is just amazing! I don't know how we managed before

It is a lot to learn, but Monday give you the tools to help you do that and once mastered it becomes second nature to use it
I would like to add notes more easily to each of the data lines, currently it takes a while to work out how to do it and then coming back to them is difficult.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have all our donor information in one place, we all of the management team can access when needed. Now our donor reports are on time, accurate and interesting!
It solves everything, almost! But one real difference it has made is gathering information and slides for Board of Trustee meetings. Using the different graphs or other ways to present the information is so easy and interesting to watch and listen to.

Monday - App for Everyone
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com offers many features that allow me to track my work without having to rely on others. I can create separate boards for multiple projects and use them to schedule tasks and store attachments. This way, I can keep an accurate record of what went on during the project. The software provides templates that we can use for any project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really didn't like the fact that sometimes it would send an e-mail to everybody in the company, while others didn't receive the notification. All these messages give me the impression of spam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this product to track my tasks and organize them by deadline. It allows me to meet deadlines and update the app with changes so I am always on top of my tasks.
Very reliable for large-scale projects.

The workflow and tasks move faster with Monday, thanks to the dashboards, integrations, views and even the availability of automation. Personally, it makes me feel quite motivated, the process of each project is very visual, dynamic, interactive, and best of all we don't have uneven workloads.

I think Monday.com could be simplified more in fact, it has features that I have never used, and the truth for new users all this can be overwhelming. I like the mobile version, although it doesn't update or sync in the fastest way.

The work is centralized, we are all updated in terms of information and pending without the need to meet at all times, to be all the time in the email, or worry about not being in the same place. We have the progress of each task in real-time, alerts and notifications, all in the cloud.
