Highly Recommend Monday
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and ability to customise forms is spectacular. Dashboards are great for a quick overview and navigation/management of various boards is simple and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really! Once you get your head around why all columns in a board require the same data type and how to implement subitems it's really a breeze to make Monday work for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily task management across multiple entities within the company structure. Collateral development, social media scheduling, site visits, project development timeframes and schedules, weekly WIPS...I do everything in Monday.

PERFECT TOOL !
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has helped our team to get organized easily, lead cross-functional projects. This amazing tool is also very powerful for any manager to have a full overview of all the project status led by each member very quickly. As a big corporation, we have been able to centralize the communication of our team and also with agencies in Monday.com replacing multiple emails and inefficient processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a marketing team we would love to improve the conditional dynamic of the forms as 70% of our job is about processing briefs/forms.
The meeting minute thought DOC could be also improved to be able to open multiple sheet in one doc like in one note.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to create diverse boards based on the projects we are organizing. The Ghatt chart form is a super useful tool as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some boards are difficult to navigate, but for the most part everything is super straight forward!

Our business utilizes Monday.com to stay organized and communicate effectively to our entire brand.
Monday: the tool I never knew I needed
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about Monday is how customizable it is. You can build the tool in a way that actually helps you get your work done more efficiently, rather than adding to your existing workload. Having used multiple project management tools, not feeling like Monday adds more work to my plate is the best feeling!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were possible to add more than one level of subitems within each item because sometimes complex projects have detailed tasks that I think could be managed well in this way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a fully remote organization, Monday is solving communication problems across the board. Instead of communicating about work via email, Slack, text, phone calls, and more, we now keep conversations (questions, ideas, updates, files, etc.) directly next to where everything else related to that project is also kept. This ensures nothing is lost, that everyone is on the same page, and that the rest of our staff not directly involved in specific tasks can still follow ongoing projects as they progress.
Our organization has realized that we were not operating at our full potential before. Now, we can clearly see what is taking up most of our time, the varying avenues each staff member is pursuing, the overlap and gaps between programs, and more. We also have a way to track different internal and external documents associated with projects, a way for employee forms and processes to be organized and expanded upon, and it forced us to re-evaluate our organizational structure.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility for Monday.com to be used across different departments and multiple ways to organize projects based on your company needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Webinars/tutorials are not geared for different audiences for specific features. It takes me awhile to learn how to adapt a feature that meets marcomm needs. And I dislike the calendar view. Wish it was more like TeamUp calendars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quicker analyzing of data being able to have different board views! Streamlined communications on specific tasks and better able to follow timelines and meet specific deadlines!

We have an enormous open orders list - I have downloaded it to a Monday board and can easily check orders by product number, customer name, quantity owing, ship date etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy this tool to keep my projects organized. I like how easy it is to move things into different columns and all the options it gives. A lot easier than other column and line sheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite thing about Monday.com is the progress bar. I do not know how to get it to be 100% even when all the columns are all filled out. I do not like how there is now way to add comments without blasting and email to all of those involved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep track of the payment progress we're making. It also helps me look up project numbers and sales numbers without having to go through a lot of paperwork.
Monday was just what the doctor ordered
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity. Working on enterprise teams, we typically are mandated to use cumbersome project management software. In our case, we were approved to use Monday as our project management tracking software of record. It is astonishingly easy to use and customize to fit our team's needs. It also flexes as we need to bring more people into project views.
What do you dislike about the product?
After a solid year of use, I can confidently say that nothing would qualify as a dislike or need to improve. At this point, I have been actively trying to evangelize this as our tool of record. Currently, it is used in my ten-person UX organization to track projects and status.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Monday, we used spreadsheets, JIRA, and other sub-par tools to track our complex workload and projects. The result was an overinvestment from individuals to track their work and set up timelines of deliveries. It allows me to get a complete picture of all projects, see overlapping timelines, quick comments, and pivot on specific tasks. As a director, the ten thousand foot view at a glance is a huge time saver.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before you look at the big software solutions, please give Monday a look. They are affordable and one of the most beautiflly designed management interfaces I have used.
Monday Does It Best!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Automations and Integrations features of this tool. You can automate just about everything from dates, to reminders, to items moving between groups. The Integrations let you connect your Monday boards to many other services such as Slack, Google, Mailchimp, Outlook, Facebook, SurveyMonkey, Google Calendar, Gmail, and tons many more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there is a limit on the number of Labels I can add within the "Status" column type.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has truly helped our company get more organized and be more on top of everything. We are able to complete audits more efficiently due to the Integrations feature being able to send us emails/Slacks for reminders on follow-ups. Teams that work in different parts of the country can collaborate on boards to get more done more efficiently.
