i have difficulty customising the specific feature which i need the most through out the day
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a team, we get the run down on what project is going on and what is working on which project. We have thousands of projects per year and seeing them in a clear way saves alot of time

What do you like best about the product?
Monday's interface is spot on. The user experience in my opinion is flawless and the platform is very convenient. They have plenty of features which I'm sure I am yet to discover.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I've had every need answered by the product and it truly makes your business life easier, especially for bigger teams. When the platform offers countless possibilities, even more than you thought you needed, that's when you know you got it right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We communicate tasks solely through monday in my company. It takes away the need of countless emails and chat messages and puts everything in one place. My team is able to follow my work as I go along, and I am able to receive tasks effortlessly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a perfect tool really.

Awesome productivity boost

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows the marcomms team to update the status of their various tasks assigned to them from anywhere and allows you to keep track of deadlines as well as keeping the entire team and management updated on progress, without having to run a detailed WIP.
What do you dislike about the product?
There arent many dislikes with the platform, but it can be a little overwhelming to start with. There are a number of templates that you can use to begin with, and there are tutorials on setting up new things, but can take a little bit to get your head around it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility of tasks within the team and workload of individual users was a problem that we had within the team - the reporting and gantt views that you can easily switch to allow a timeline and individual tasks to be easily laid out make it a lot easier to see a project as a whole. Benefits of the platform make it easier to schedule work with different team members to be able to see how many tasks across the team are being laden with one resource and then understanding the impact of each task has on the day to day activity of that person is helpful. Pooling lists of similar tasks together allows work to be streamlined and for a discussion to take place around priorities.

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking everything in one place, having a digital request form that automatically adds each new order into the log. I also love how Ican add each setting or detail into my request form and work log. I can track whatever I want and I can also open it up to the whole word to see what we are working on, what product we created, who is working on it, how much time we spent on it, how much it cost, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It won't remember the setting when I sort the requests in a specific order. Next time I log in, I have to sort again if needed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to receive work orders from all over the place; phone calls, emails, verbal chats, things were all over the place. When needed, it was so hard to track and prepare a report about how much work we completed, how many orders were submitted late, how much time we spent on jobs, who submitted, who changed it. We couldn't have people follow our timelines, etc. When we started using Monday.com, and created our digital "Request Form" and when it automatically added all requests in a log with all the details I want, the change was like day and night!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a graphic design, marketing, or a similar company/organization and looking for an online tracking system that will track anything and everything you need, if you want your customers and or your leadership team to be able to see your workload, if you want a digital request form that automatically enters each new request to your request log, the way you want, if you want your customers and or leadership to be able to see your product images, photos, files, docs, etc. and be able to write. comments on them, send you updates or changes without changing the original request and making you look like you are crazy if you want to be able to track all the details about your workload and maybe use that info for award winning purposes or creating reports, etc. Monday.com is the site for you :)

What do you like best about the product?
This is such a good collaboration tool for project management and task management. As a people team, we plan all our strategic planning on Monday and LOVE it! highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, not much? Maybe the UX could use some upgrades, but in terms of integrations and fluency of the tool, I can't really fault it! Have to see what the future brings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a remotely dispersed team, so this tool is a life saver when it comes to planning, communicating, understanding the progress of projects, and general collaboration between us.

What do you like best about the product?
It's hard to pick one stand-out feature, but for me, the ability to automate a vast amount of tasks means we can concentrate on the important stuff, saving time and valuable resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain limitations to the platform, but it does seem like Monday.com is constantly developing new features and functionality and listening to the community in terms of feature requests. The cost could be an issue for some as it's not cheap, but certainly worth the investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've solved several problems using Monday.com. Firstly it means we can all work from a central point and finally get out of email. Secondly, automation and notifications mean we don't have much that falls through the gaps, which is so common when using multiple systems to manage work. Finally, seeing tasks visually has been a game-changer, and we are happy to say goodby to Excel! Monday.com has helped accelerate our remote-working strategy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a versatile system that has so many potential uses. You do have to invest time in working out the best way to set up Monday.com for your needs, and there is a bit of a learning curve, but once you invest that time, you won't look back.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very customizable and can be tailored to your requirements. When creating a board, there are unlimited combinations of features you could use to represent your needs. They are all easy to setup and manage, which is a significant advantage of Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
One weakness of Monday.com is around capacity planning. The boards are not great for planning resource requirements for a project and calculating the use of a resource.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday.com mainly to track changes across a department, manage product roadmaps and prioritize work. It has improved communication and made it easier to prioritize work. It also allows us to share updates with the wider business.

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use without being complicated. I love that you can share things with different groups and stop people from editing a board but they can still see what I'm doing. Its been great for working at home with covid makes collaboration easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know that there is anything I dislike. I did find I was getting too many emails but after changing some settings this is now fine
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my role, I need to be organised with a number of different tasks and this gives me a place where I can have many different boards for my varied tasks and see where I am up to with them at any time. I have also found it great to use a page as a bookmark for all my important links to things on our SharePoint ages and general internet pages.

if you need to be more organised with your work/projects I would recommend this product

What do you like best about the product?
The boards allow you to set reminders, colour cade tasks and generally allow you to be more organized when you have several ongoing jobs. We have separate boards for each member of staff and its good to see the tasks being ticked off as completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a fan of the new layout but does not affect the use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reminders, work schedules and keeping on top of work load for each member of staff
