What do you like best about the product?
The separation of the status of the leads is good and the fact that it is so nicely arranged with colors options means it looks good and organized to look at.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that I cannot undo what I have typed or mistakenly clicked is frustrating. Sometimes for simple selections the process to selected and do that task is longer than required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Monday.com to contact the leads generated by our social media page. We have been able to organise all the leads on the same system and monitor the rate and status of it instantly. It has greatly helped us to connect to client with much ease.

The intermittent downtime, not being able to auto sort boards and manually rearrange tasks at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform has been such a game changer for our business and for me- As a person who is classicly unorganised it has given me the ability to improve my workflow. They're also constantly making improvements to their set up that help make the Monday experience better for our team. Could not recommend enough
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the form builder to have more classic form options (multiple checkboxes, etc), but otherwise, I would not change a thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to solve project management, production boards, and Personal workflows with ease. It has allowed us to streamline processes, and communicate more effectively as a team

Watch the tutorials and make sure that if you have ideas for improvement to send them through to the Monday team :) They are listening.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Monday really helps me to organise my days and my weeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that Monday offers plenty of features. The only thing I don't like are the notifications I get when I don't complete my actions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management issues due to lack of viewings pending tasks. Productivity, in general, has skyrocketed with those who usually struggle to manage tasks being allowed to excel.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing to me with this app is that you can use your computer or phone to add to-dos, and it updates as you input it on both platforms. I know this is probably standard now with many apps, but it's the little things.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is probably a way to make it easier, but I haven't taken the time to figure it out; I wish I could see quick notes to the side without clicking on the task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My day-to-day tasks get done instead of forgotten. I like how I can separate tasks I need to do in groups. I also like how others can add to my list, so if I am not available, I can see it when I am.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Monday.com can be used for so many different needs in our business. We have used it for everything from project management to sales funnels, social media planning and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of Monday.com's greatest attributes can also be its downfall at times - customizability. Sometimes I find the level of customizability can be a burden when you want to make mass changes or updates to your boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped to centralize a lot of our resources and workflows, but most of all we now have the ability to track and manage our projects in a way that meets our needs. We can track budgets, phases of projects, or deadlines (and their reminders) in detail but in a simple, user-friendly way. We can easily see an accurate picture of where our projects stand and employee workloads.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy on the user-end. Almost anybody can understand it without really knowing the insights of it; for example, you can see how a project is developing and where you are standing without the need to know about that project details.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once I tried to migrate boards from one account to another to do a backup. The automated to-do it way was pretty limited to only a few features Monday offers; for example, the people involved in a dashboard must be part of the new account else their registers would simply disappear. I wish you would expand this, maybe not migrating the account but maintaining them as some value feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Monday to keep track of my day-to-day assignments and have a public display of my times and chores for my team to access. I´m currently managing the reporting area of my company, so I also keep track through Monday of the versioning I create and the time that each step took me to find weak points and optimize my time.
Whenever I come up with a new project opportunity, Monday is the first tool I use to organize the team and keep them on track. Having the opportunity to create public dashboards so anyone can see them and realize how we are advancing is of enormous help and also helps us avoid tons of unnecessary meetings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday.com is a powerful ally when you don´t know how to start with your projects or ideas. It´s so easy to use, and the results you get are almost instantaneous, don't hesitate to give it a try!

What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which I can automate workflows in an agile, dynamic, fast way.

The ability to integrate with multiple platforms at once to create rich dashboards
What do you dislike about the product?
AutoNumber columns cannot be combined with a formula column.

In email integrations it should be easier to be able to send emails with attachments to contacts without a license or invited to the platform's boards.

An automation that allows me to attach or create files in Google Drive or One drive for a board on Monday
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automate activities of human management billing, helping to improve the company's operations.

Stabilize communication processes with multiple communication channels such as Slack and Gmail.

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com has adpated and changed over the years finding better solutions to help keeping businesses organized and functioning like well oiled machines.
I really appreciate that when I came to them with a question about a feature, they politely let me know this feature wasn't available at that time and they were working on it. That feature is now available and makes how I use Monday more efficient. Thanks for being open to new things!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn't much I dislike. I will say i have trouble with the app due to space issues on my laptop but I enjoy using the web version just as much with no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping our team with communication issues. We can keep all information organized and available to everyone at any given time, allowing us to answer questions between departments without bugging others all day. All the info is at your fingertips.
