What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is an easy transition from spreadsheets to functional, dynamic software. It is intuitive and works for multiple departments across many industries. Automations and view options make it a great fit for most any need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like spreadsheets, monday.com offers formula options, but they are not as user-friendly as they could be. However, they do offer some out-of-the-box options and training resources for building your own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My use-case for monday.com spans every business department, including HR, Operations, Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Maintenance, and Leadership. We've increased engagement and visibility among our leadership and staff, increasing our performance.

Monday.com Has Helped our Team Immensely

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is visually appealing and how much it helps with organizing your team. We were looking at AirTable, but it looked so much more daunting, simply because of the lack of visual appeal.
What do you dislike about the product?
My #1 complaint is that there isn't person-to-person training. My questions are much too complex for an email, and we have to hire an external consultant. I would love to see more hands-on customer service, whether it be by phone or zoom call. I barely know how to communicate my questions and issues while speaking, so when I am asked to clearly explain my problems via email, I give up. In that case, we have to spend extra money to hire a consultant from places like UpWork to answer our questions and help us build things out on Monday.com. I also wish Monday.com had a lot more colors to pick from when creating boards and statuses - we are in need of many, many, more colors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are keeping communication in the same spots, prioritizing, and keeping all tasks organized. It is also great for eliminating the need for 1,000 excel spreadsheets. The automations on Monday.com are also great, because it eliminates the need to put in so much extra work.

What do you like best about the product?
Managing multiple projects and tasks can be overwhelming, and while many tools are available to help, not all of them deliver on their promises. Over the past 10 years, I've tried many project management tools and found that finding effective ones can be challenging. However, I recently discovered Monday.com, which has made my life much easier.

One of the things I appreciate the most about Monday.com is its ease of use. Adding new columns and tabs that are already formatted correctly for your board is as simple as clicking a plus sign. Checking a project status is simple and easy, not to mention many other features that simplify the follow-up and communication process. This feature has made tracking new items on my project effortless and efficient.

If you struggle to manage multiple projects and tasks, I highly recommend checking out Monday.com. It has been a game-changer for me and could be for you too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have some ways to improve the organization of the Inbox. Although I appreciate a lot having updates that are relevant to my daily follow-up and project execution, I also would like to have the option to sort my inbox or tag the inbox notifications in order of priority or somehow translate some items to a 'to-do' list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I started using monday.com, coordinating and tracking multiple tasks across my various projects has become much easier. The platform has helped me save a significant amount of time and effort, allowing me to focus on other important aspects of my work.

One of the features I appreciate the most about monday.com is its ability to facilitate adherence to deadlines. With customizable notifications and reminders, I can stay on top of all my tasks and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.

Another aspect of monday.com that I find valuable is its simplicity. Tagging and assigning tasks to my peers and other team members is straightforward and intuitive, making collaboration much smoother and more efficient.

Overall, I highly recommend monday.com to anyone who needs to manage multiple projects and tasks. It's a powerful tool that can help you streamline your work and achieve better results.

What do you like best about the product?
I have made mutliple boards for all the different tasks and projects that need to be done. I love that i can keep track of when tasks need to be started as well as how long until they are due.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes i find it hard to design a board that meets my needs as a tax accountant. Sometimes it can glitch and say there isnt anything emailed into the cell when there is something in there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped me keep track of all the tasks that need to be completed, and tells me when they are due. This helps me better plan my work weeks and prioritise whats more important based on the due date.

What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to onbaord new staff, as you learn more about the platform, it is easy to pick new ways to get things done. This has been the best tool for project management I have found so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a little too hard to figure out the best way to set up boards. There are so many options, it is hard to tell if we are being efficient with the choices we are making.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone on our team was using their own process to get manage tasks and projects. Monday gets us all on the same page it makes it much faster to track progress.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Monday 100%. It is easy to use, flexible and powerful.

Fantastic Task Management and Process Automation Software for our Small Business!

What do you like best about the product?
Since beginning to use Monday.com to manage our team task lists and automate other administrative processes, we have found the software to be customizable and effective at designing our workflows to suit our business needs. Using Monday.com has allowed us to automate a large number of our previous data entry and follow-up processes, and the customizable alerts, reminders, and updates allow relevant team members to be aware of the necessary information and due dates at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are yet to come across any issues with Monday.com that have impacted our ability to work with the software. Any questions regarding automation or new features were answered using their comprehensive FAQ section or a quick email to the support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Saving large volumes of paper and filing/storage space
- Removed the need for manual update emails across the team regarding projects as everyone is on the same page through updates on Monday.com
- Reduced errors and missed deadlines with due date reminders and automation, allowing updates and tasks to be shared across different boards
- 'If this, then this' automation allows task/people specific alerts depending on the status of an item.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about monday.com is the organization of all of my daily tasks. I work with upwards of 20 clients daily, and being a visual person, it helps me keep my responsibilities in line.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not helpful that there is a limit on number of items you can see in your My Work tab. Even if a task is marked complete, it still counts. I would like to see that be changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to see all of my due dates in one place. It's also a helpful tool to keep all client conversations, files, updates, and due dates in one organized spot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you wear a lot of hats and work with a variety of team members and clients, monday.com is the place to be.

What do you like best about the product?
I love having all projects located in one location for the entire company. Developing many automations to help move projects along and stay on task and attending webinars to further education and learn what's new.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the explanations of the types of automations are confusing / unable to figure out what the automation can do to help. When you need help, it's challenging to get on one time, and when you do get time, it is minimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all projects and timelines and helping to stay within budget. We can have our budget, current budget, and what's left of the budget visible daily basis.
