Excellent for productivity and organization.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about monday.com is the organization of all of my daily tasks. I work with upwards of 20 clients daily, and being a visual person, it helps me keep my responsibilities in line.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not helpful that there is a limit on number of items you can see in your My Work tab. Even if a task is marked complete, it still counts. I would like to see that be changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to see all of my due dates in one place. It's also a helpful tool to keep all client conversations, files, updates, and due dates in one organized spot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you wear a lot of hats and work with a variety of team members and clients, monday.com is the place to be.

What do you like best about the product?
I love having all projects located in one location for the entire company. Developing many automations to help move projects along and stay on task and attending webinars to further education and learn what's new.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the explanations of the types of automations are confusing / unable to figure out what the automation can do to help. When you need help, it's challenging to get on one time, and when you do get time, it is minimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all projects and timelines and helping to stay within budget. We can have our budget, current budget, and what's left of the budget visible daily basis.
I love Monday.com!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps me easily to manage all my tasks in one organized space. I love how easy and intuitive the platform is.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management where the whole team can stay on track and see things in a visually pleasing way.

What do you like best about the product?
IT can be used by all the areas of the company, is very easy to design the boards, view and organize information. You can add columns to attach documents, due dates, status, formulas, hashtags, choose a person un charge etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some columns you need to look for a tutorial to understand exactly how to use it, maybe yo could add a quick explanatory description.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to track every project each member of the team is working or collaborating on, is great to keep track on due dates, status, updates, commentaries.

I love that on Monday I can do practically anything and the limit is my imagination

the price seems expensive to me because for a small company it can be difficult to afford

It's great but expensive
Monday simplifies the entire workweek.
What do you like best about the product?
This program, though surprisingly simple, has become an incredible asset. I am impressed with how it eliminated spreadsheets and brings everything to one complete system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest thing is not to overcomplicate the program. There is so much flexibility to it that you can add anything you want but will find it getting to grand that it is hard to keep things simple for the staff. It would be interesting if Monday could suggest ways to simplify it as you go (eliminate redundancies)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the team come together to collaborate on the workflow process. Before, everyone kept their own piece of the work to themselves, now we have an online flow that we have history and able to see the entire process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep an open mind, there is a bit of a learning curve especially when using the Automation, but once you get it it will be hard to give up.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Monday.com prioritizes ease of usage, and takes the time to gather feedback and look for input from their customers. Monday.com has been a lifesaver many times, it keeps me organized and my team on track!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there was a way to create a personalized board where I could view all of my tasks from all of the boards my team has running. It can be difficult to search through notifications to make sure I don't miss anything, but I may just not know how to do that yet! Monday.com has a lot of features I haven't yet explored.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps me and my team overcome inefficiencies and communication mishaps. It allows us to streamline our organizational structure and processes, and ensures nothing falls between the cracks. Thank you Monday.com!
Best Way to Streamline Communication in Our Company
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Monday.com is to use. It was quick to learn and as a part-time employee, it is also quick to train others on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a feature to organize your own board/add private requests just for yourself. I could see myself using a system like Monday to organize my personal life and goals, not just work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy for me to keep track of multiple tasks at once and triage them as I go, so I'm making the most of my workday, every day.
Always finding more uses for Monday!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is so versatile. We keep finding new uses for it. Just when we think we have it all in hand, we design a new board. Lately, we've been using it to collect form data and organize important pieces of information. Monday has been an incredible tool to streamline our processes and take time-consuming jobs and make them simpler and slicker. The Dashboards are incredible and help us take a 30,000 foot view of many of our important metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be hard to export data. It's not a perfect export. It can be a little too form over function at times, but often that works in our favor. I wasn't able to chart two data points together on a graph. Non-account holders can't view Dashboards without having complete access to the underlying information. I'm told they are working on this. Even though it is possible to invite guests, it will not just display the dashboard data without sharing the specifics beneath. In HR, that is not possible as the specifics are confidential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've streamlined several processes. We've been able to provide high-level dashboards to key stakeholders as well. It's all around changed the way we operate in our day-to-day.
This software has changed our business for the better!!! GAME CHANGER!!!
What do you like best about the product?
The organization and ability to keep up with each job from referral to build finish and several locations is phenomenal!!! This software has upgraded us from a papered mess to a communication BOSS!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the integration into Vend POS was available or that the quotes were more customizable. But that is a convenience not a must. Also would like an offline version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with customers every step of the stage, not having to deal with lost paperwork and files, not having to pay someone else to keep up with our fleet because now i can do it myself all in one place
