Easy Organization
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is easy to use and helps me keep my Team's workload balanced and moving forward. I have gotten to the point where I depend on Monday for my task tracking, I'm lost without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I didn't need Super Admin privileges to use the API Connecters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task Management. All of my upcoming projects are submitted on Monday and prioritized for easy visibility for the rest of the company.
The most productive Project Management System
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com does have a very straightforward user interface, making it simple to navigate, schedule activities, and update them with ease. This is the main purpose of any app of this kind, and after using different alternatives, I can tell Monday.com does what it should. Some other software is used to demand more time, decreasing personal productivity.
Monday's.com free tier is excellent by the way, and it does support little projects to grow until they are able to reach more potential to take advantage of the paid features.

What do you dislike about the product?
By now, I just found advantages, since the main purpose of any project management system is to help any team to be more productive and keep track of their assignations, and Monday.com excels in this segment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allow our team to keep track of the activities and better organize us to be more productive and efficient at planning the actions that shall be performed on a daily basis.

What do you like best about the product?
As this tool is beneficial for hybrid location employees to assign their tasks and to know the working process of the employees. Always help you to update the record of the newely employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
As per my openion as of now i am not seeing any lacking in the software. over all the software is good for keeoing the record of the employees and assign the task on daily oe weekly basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reliable, easy to use, easy to share the data, easy to download the data in excel of all the department, time saving , easy to use in every department working sheet.
Great project management platform, wish there was more automation development
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a great project management platform. I primarily use the boards to manage internal projects and external task management for our clients. The automations are a great way to keep boards organized and a big reason I find monday.com so helpful. I am able to use automations to take action on different projects given specific dependencies. I can move items between other groups depending on a certain status, set new deadlines as projects are developed, assign the appropriate user as project responsibilities change. I also use other features such as linking and mirroring columns between boards, and creating new tasks on a separate board, given several dependencies. I also have monday.com integrated with other platforms, which helps to create a more seamless work experience, and reduces the need for duplicate work and task tracking. Primarily I use integrations with Slack, Gmail, fellow, and Mailchimp to optimize my workflows. They also just realized a new integration with Tableau that I am very excited about! Other than the boards you can also create dashboards. I primarily use this to manage deadlines and tasks across different boards so I can easily manage them within one view. The dashboards are also great to report out findings are project status across many boards when meeting with stakeholders or other teams not as familiar with the set up of our Monday.com workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a big learning curve when first getting started with monday.com. I also find there are several limitations with different automations. Several times I am unable to set an automation that I need, or there may be a workaround where you have to change the type of column you have so the automation can work correctly. It can often be time-consuming and frustrating to re-work boards to optimize them best. I run into the same problem when trying to build out specific charts. If the column types are not created a certain way, I cannot accomplish what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping my team to be able to manage all of our work in one location. Even if we have documentation elsewhere, we can store all our files and links within Monday.com and keep that our central hub for all the projects we work on. It helps keep my entire team better organized. The automations also free up a lot of time where we can focus on our work and not spend as much time trying to keep it all organized.

What do you like best about the product?
I tried several platforms. Most are lacking in the features I need. To me, if a platform doesn't do what I need, it's not worth using. Monday.com looks great compared to others, is updated behind the scenes, has excellent customer service. offers very complete tutorials when I find something I need help with, and the app is very reliable. For me, monday.com is a good fit.
What do you dislike about the product?
My sticking point is the required number of seats for the membership level. For my operation, it's too many to buy personally. I just don't need that many seats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need one central location where I can list all my projects and monitor my status on them so I keep everything moving forward. Many are time sensitive, so I don't want projects falling through the cracks while waiting for more information or a board meeting, both of which can happen. This makes me more prepared on those projects that are in a bit of a holding pattern and jogs my memory that it's time to check in with someone or begin working on the next board meeting. The stress level has decreased since I found monday.com.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is an essential tool for streamlining team collaboration and individual project management. I appreciate that it automates workflow so that we are kept up-to-date about start and end dates, receive appointment reminders at the appointed time, and can easily share information and ideas with coworkers. The low membership fee makes it accessible to teams of any size, which we anticipate will steadily increase Monday.com memberships.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like that on my mobile device. I could not view recent activities without refreshing the page. This was the only feature that did not function properly for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My organization uses monday.com to track and organize everything from incoming requests and companywide meetings to the lifecycles of individual client projects. On Mondays, everything is streamlined so that no one is ever in the dark regarding the status of any given project.
The best project tracking tool I've used
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is intuitive and easy to use.This includes the powerful automation tools. There are also many different integrations to centralize all your project tracking needs from other applications/ platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sincerely surprised there isn't a default 'Completed Items' board to track completed items/ subitems. Luckily you can still create one manually and by leveraging automation. Also, while almost everything is intuitive, automation for items is not applied to their subitems. You often have to duplicate item automation and select the appropriate subitem fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a central place to track all our marketing projects with great supporting functionality to automate. With other project tracking platforms, it often feels like you spend more time managing the platform itself. Monday.com streamlines things and allows us to concentrate on getting work done.
Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
There are several good things about monday.com: The looks, the feel, the customization. All adds up to give the user a great experience, both when managing existing items and adding new items.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still in the early stages of using Monday.com, but know-how of how to make combined list with other teams. I can see our business has created several boards, and we have a bit of a hard time figuring out how to combine them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping us being on the same page across teams, as well as making reporting to our bosses easier to do. We also use the commenting system to stay up-to-date with each other.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the flexibility of the boards on Monday.com- they can be adapted to fit so many different business types, making it a very versatile tool. I also like that you can use it to encourage quick and easy communication with co-workers; this prevents potential misunderstandings caused by miscommunication. Additionally, being able to upload files is extremely helpful and further increases Monday.com's usefulness. They offer great support, too- if ever I have had a question or needed help with something related to my work, they were always quick to respond and provided excellent assistance. Overall, I think Monday.com deserves an outstanding grade!
What do you dislike about the product?
The turnaround time for email support is occasionally aggravating, especially when the information I require is probably in front of me or would exist if I learned more about Monday. However, this does not imply that the support has been ineffective; they have been outstanding. If only there were a faster form of communication! I wish Monday.com had a live chat option for customer support.

Monday.com helps organizations monitor projects' progress better, delegate tasks between teams more efficiently, and streamline processes such as reminders and customer communication.
A great project management tool with endless combinations
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can effectively use Monday as a large team, plus have sections where just smaller departments are focused also the automation and power-ups are awesome once you have taken the time to configure them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure it's a bad thing, but there are too many options. It's very easy to overcomplicate your project management system, so much so that the people using it cannot actually use it

Monday helps us keep track of all of our projects, in-house tasks and general CRM. We usually have the app running so the popup notifications help our team stay in the loop with official tasks.
