Monday.com was a great program to help streamline our content creation and marketing planning.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allowed my marketing team to have a streamlined board where all the content production and creation lived in one spot. Previously we had to rely on emails for communication and with so many moving pieces, brands and third-party resources, it become overwhelming and confusing. Monday.com helps create a much more organized flow of information and made our team faster and more efficient at getting content created. It is also a great tool for project management with all divisions and departments in our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've been using Monday.com as a company for about 7 months now and have created a ton of boards, which is starting to get a bit overwhelming. One other piece that would be great is a pseudo board clean up. For example we have boards for live content like social media, but after seven months there are a lot of items for each social media post. It would be great if there was some sort of hiding or archive function where older content still lives on the board and can be toggled to view easily. The archive function now just produces a list of what items are archived and doesn't allow you to open the item unless you restore it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped organize the marketing and content creation for all our business lines. We can keep everything that needs to be done organized and has been a very effective tool for our day-to-day tasks. It also helped with keeping my team organized with their own task list so I can see what they are working on and what they have in their pipeline to allow me to delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.
It helps me keep all my work organized, as well as it lets my boss review it quickly
What do you like best about the product?
the ease with you can separate your work by months or even weeks to be aware of the time you have left as well as the capability to have all the docs assigned to an specific accoun together in a sole cell
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still some bugs when you review the PDFs online, sometimes the HUD gets a glitch that does not go away until you reload the page for that specific item andd even if you go into that item agin it may happen again so that slows down work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The comunication and organization with my boss, she is carefully reviewing everything in order to not do a check with me directly and waste both of our times, also accounting access payment info easily
Great overall, Monday has definitely increased our organization, productivity and efficiency.
What do you like best about the product?
The overall organization it gives me and my team. Things use to slip through the cracks or some things wouldn't get deligated properly. Having a working to do list keeps all of us on the same page and less time playing follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday might have it but something that would be awesome is a master board/calendar. This way it could link all working boards into a central location. Secondly, set up recurring to do list, ie every Friday make a new web banner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everyone on task has been the biggest thing. I travel a lot so having a way to make sure my team is getting things done while I am out is huge. Also, I don't like to micromanage so this lets me see what they're doing without asking.
The best platform for creative project management solutions!
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility is great and the pace at which new features are added is amazing. The number of column types is great. It helps keep clean data. Easy to export to excel if needed. Unlimited guests is a huge bonus for the nature of our work. Been using for 4+ years.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the new "products" are extremely confusing and unnecessary. Makes it much more difficult to recommend to other people. There are still features locked behind an enterprise tier that should be available as add-ons (looking at you pivot tables). Wish notifications and inbox would unify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Information used to be hidden in disparate excel spreadsheets, but now information is visible internally and externally. Able to work across boards and view information in a variety of ways.
Great Software for Managing Projects and Tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a great software for managing projects and tasks. I have used it for a few months now and have found it to be very helpful. The interface is simple and easy to use, which makes it perfect for people who are not very tech savvy. It also has a lot of features that come in handy, such as the ability to create templates for tasks, project management, and more. Overall, I would highly recommend Monday.com to anyone looking for an easy-to-use but powerful project management tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only glitch with the platform is the fact that they accept credit cards as a form of payment. To use a debit card, you'll have to link it to PayPal, which I wasn't too fond of. Other than that, Monday.com is a great software and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Monday.com is solving the problem of project management and task management. It is benefiting me by helping me to stay organized and on track with projects. The simple and easy-to-use interface is perfect for those who are not very tech savvy. Overall, Monday.com is a great tool that offers a lot of benefits and features.

working together in the team, updates, overview, design, works very smooth, no lags; working together on different boards; many integrations e.g. with microsoft teams or other applications;

nothing, really nice application, works very very smooth; there is nothing bad we can say about monday; it is a very helpful tool which also gets updated often;
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HR, management, IT; every person in our company is always up to date; we don not have to send tons of emails to inform everyone about something new; integrations with other apps;
Monday as CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Our company began using Monday.com about 5 months ago as a CRM. We like the dashboard and the widgets. Very easy to organize and see what deals we as a team have in the works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hoping with time and some more updates that Monday will continue improving its ease of use. I don't really see anything I dislike about it. I also feel like I haven't tapped it's true potential as I'm still realizing features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is keeping us together as a team and updated on sales happening in our organization. When an employee moves along from our organization, all of their notes remain and we have the ability to pick up where they left of. The details we can include for contacts, businesses and the deals themselves are vast and helpful when structuring deals and meetings. It's great!
Great Organizational Tool for Remote Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Monday allows us to assign tasks to key players and create custom labels to track progress. It helps us all stay on track and recognize where additional hands may be needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I don't like, but I do think the calendar view layout could use a little work. This is by no means a deterrent from use, but it isn't the cleanest view. We typically stick with looking at our Marketing Calendar board as a list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's enabling us to stay on task as a team despite working in differing locations. It also allows us to provide quick feedback when needed with everything in one place rather than many email threads that may not be visible to all.

What do you like best about the product?
You can keep track of time spend on projects and check where your colleagues are on certain projects.
This helps in assigning projects and creating invoices for our clients. It is very easy to navigate and the automation is great.

It sometimes freezes when you are trying to archive projects and it is hard to keep certain elements such as timing spend on a project and updates on those assignments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving a lot of administrative issues via Automation, we avoid sending a lot of email by automating the whole process, I love the conversations bubbles in the boards and how we can communicate the progress of each project quicker and effeciently.
Great customization for managing large projects and day to day tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I love the customizable groups and drag&drop ability to move lines between groups. The automation and integration with email are a huge + also. The clean and bright environment makes it easy to organize and focus.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some features in integration that I would love to automate. Forms needs some work, but the idea behind it is great. I am constantly seeing improvements in the system and discovering improvements in my own work flow because of those updates.

The collaborative process behind sharing tasks and projects within a team is greatly enhanced with Monday.com. We have begun using it in 3 departments at our company, and it is continuing to expand and become a bigger part of what we do.
