Great web app that allows all team members to manager projects at the same time or on their own time

What do you like best about the product?
The use of boards to manage transactions as well as the ease of adding additional subitem tasks as needed when issues come up to ensure they do not come up again!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few instances when we have tried to move information between boards, workspaces, and/or othe programs via Zapier and have been unable to make the transfer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our team to work sysinctly to accomplish goals and get tasks/projects completed in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
It's effortless to use, and I love the templates provided for the boards! It makes it very easy and quick to start a new board.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's slightly complicated to split tasks up within a board when multiple people are assigned to specific tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management where several team members are involved. Monday.com makes it easy to visualize your tasks and see where others are in completing their deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
The bright, engaging interface makes tracking personal and team tasks effortless. Monday helps prevent things from falling through the cracks and reduces the amount of tools needed to manage tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop app doesn't feel native i.e. it feels like a web page in a app interface. It can be slow to load/respond at times. Other than that it works well and no strong complaints come to mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to add a log of updates to individual tasks/items has been invaluable. Managing permissions, access, and the "my work" view helps keep everything together. We're just getting started with automation and even the most basic automation are very helpful to reduce clicks and user-required input.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take time to discuss your tasks and workflows with the Monday support team - they can make great recommendations and automation to reduce manual clicking/updating etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the different templates and options that can be used to track status of completion and correspondence on progress. I also really love the documents feature where I can have a running list of things built right into Monday and not have to have a separate document. I've also been able to share multiple agendas and working projects with others involved - so nice to see updates real time!
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been many times I would like to have a sub item of a sub item, but that is not a possibility. I believe this is more me needing to organize my thoughts better and lay it out in the format given.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of having multiple documents for different groups of people, or different projects or tasks, I have one area I can condense all my documents and notes to so I am prepared for whatever meeting I have or training needed. Excellent place to store current projects and communicate with others on your team regarding them.

What do you like best about the product?
The comminication that Monday.com offers has created a more efficient work place. I love the timeline and visualization of the progress of our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There honestly isn't much that I dislike. Maybe there could be easier ways to add editors notes to each project?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More of our smaller projects are staying on track and less is getting lost in the day to day. It's a simple tool that brings our team together. Communication is everthying!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The more you use Monday.com, the easier communication gets.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the new integrated feature of dashboards inside boards! I love how easily you can integrate Monday with other platforms. And finally, I like automation and the notifications you can get from there. I love the time tracking column!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that I don't like that when you create a subitem column, you can't delete it; you need to delete your whole board if you make that mistake. I don't like that you can't attach files in emails when I integrate Monday with Gmail. Besides that, I enjoy using Monday.com very much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to automate the whole process of some projects using Monday.com. I have realized how easy is to automate and get things done in a better and faster way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You need to play around to get the most out of it. I would let them know how easy is to use the automation so the don't need to worry about how to automate and most of the process can be acutomated.

Monday's aren't so bad with Monday.com

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to learn, and it manages our workflow perfectly. As we learn more about Monday's features and how they integrate with our other systems, our work processes become ever more fluid.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve, but that's true of any software with so many features. I do think the process of connecting boards could be a bit better, but I don't have any specific recommendations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is how we manage the workflow across a growing, fully remote team of content writers and editors. We've all saved time and frustration by utilizing Monday.com.

Collaboration made easy

What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful is how easily teams can collaborate without drafting a single email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email notifications can get a little overwhelming, but that was easily solved by tweaking email preferences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing and retrieving documents is much easier with Monday. Before, we would use a multitude of cloud storage services. Now it's all centralized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it, you'll be happy to have a centralized platform to bring your team and external agencies together.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating a system that allows employees, in-office and remote, to collaborate and create a workflow system to know where projects stand is my favorite option. I also enjoy the multiple automations that you can incorporate to allow easier processing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't been able to find a way to export single item as a document or pdf, this would be a great feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication and workflow, we have also incorporated the forms onto our websites. I have also been able to track deadlines and where my projects stand.

Game Changer

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Monday.com lets us export reports easily so we can customize them and send them off to our customers. The automations are amazing and the fact that it can send us email reminders and notifications makes it easy to follow up on projects and make sure nothing gets missed. One of my favorite new (to me) features is the Llama Farm. If you know, you know.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the only feature I would like to see improved is the ability to copy emails to Monday.com and be able to see the sender and recipient information. Other than that, I just need to learn the hundreds of features we haven't even gotten to dig into yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has allowed us to get away from all our Project Managers using separate spreadsheets, different formats, and different ways of tracking. We've improved company processes because of Monday.com. The automations are an absolute necessity and saves us so much time (and therefore money) on administrative work. While everyone has different preferred methods of getting work done, Monday.com makes it easy to streamline processes and provide transparency not only internally, but also to our external partners and customers.
