Great Innovative Product
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows the creation of interactive boards that can be utilised for any type of work/industry. Automation features on Monday.com make life easier - overall the CRM is user-friendly and highly recommended
What do you dislike about the product?
Users not having the technical knowledge might find it difficult to set up the boards, or find it time-consuming to read through articles. Definitely support team should be able to help out the user. Also, I find monday.com a bit expensive as a mid-sized business can easily run out of automation and they are required to purchase extras.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping us to manage the job effectively so we never miss a deadline, we do miss sending items straight to the board with the unique email address - now we cant have that. It was a cool feature

What do you like best about the product?
I love the way I can organize different boards and lists for different clients and projects. Probably the most helpful thing for our team has been the ability to assign projects and track time!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way for me to see what work has been assigned to me and is ready for action. Even under the tab "My Work," I still have a hard time distinguishing which assignments are with which projects, etc. I think a kanban sort of layout might work better for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps our team keep track of multiple projects for multiple clients, spread across people and locations. Without a central powerhouse like Monday.com we'd be lost.

What do you dislike about the product?
Monday offers so much flexibility but can be a little complicated to get your head around, perhaps suggestions on pre made popular workflows that other people doing my job use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organisation is the biggest one

I like it because it helps me to have better organization in my activities and to be able to track the progress I make, as well as organize my work team.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the activities are easy to edit, so any team member can modify the delivery dates, parameters, or even add or delete activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization of the company's activities allows us to keep track of the progress and modifications that arise as a project develops.
Reliable and user friendly project management website!
What do you like best about the product?
Using Monday.com has been a game changer for my team, during lockdowns it was invaluable in being able to communicate and track the progress of jobs and projects. Its very intuitive and easy to use, the automations ensure a seemless experience and have been quick and easy to set up. Everything is straightforward and visually ordered. Being able to easily add, delete, move and track with statuses, reminders and times is fantastic. Using the integrations and different board views for data insights has been extremely helpful for the company as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent found any issues or bugs when using over the past year, I have nothing negative to report or dislike about the website. It works and performs exactly as we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved keeping track of our workload across the team, we can easily WFH and see what needs to be done in the day in order of priority. At a glance I can see my entire workload on one page without having to navigate multiple websites or click into different areas, its streamlined our processes.

I dislike that I get a ton of emails about Monday when projects are being submitted. We are working on how to figure that out ha.

It is solving a lot of organizational problems like working on projects and submitting requests for content.

Everything is live and can easily let other collegues know about an update

Just being live and uploading jobs not sending via email and allowing to update live
Great Automations
What do you like best about the product?
I love the automations! You can automate from a reminder email for a client birthday to sending an email when you have reached budget.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike. If one criticism - it may have too much functionality. There is so much to it and you could get lost in the detail. Definitely need to use those tutorials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our CRM system. We have struggled to find a suitable CRM system until Monday.com. We can now host our database, keep track on all our campaigns and budgets all in one place.
A Must for small organizations looking for scale!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is totally customizable by anybody. The fact that anyone in your team that understands your process can build a tool that runs your whole business is great. Takes the idea that most people know and are using (excel spreadsheets) and makes it a full business solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that anyone on the team can add things without oversight can be dangerous. Flagging admin that bigger changes have been made would be helpful. (I think the bigger accounts have more locks, but the small ones need a few too, or notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday as a CRM and project management tool, and how we can integrate those 2 together has been awesome. Our team gains productivity and overall project awareness the more team buy-in that grows.
Excellent User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Automations make our lives so much easier, and the user interface is beautiful. Our President and Chief Rhetorician describes it as "exquisitely pleasant." The option for add-ons is cool, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price for Enterprise is much more than what is cost-effective for our very small company. Ideally, there is a sliding scale based on the demands of the team. Add-ons are also frequently an additional cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping us to organize projects, track progress, communicate contextually more effectively, delegate, and gauge our productivity. It has become our one-stop location for Sales, Client Projects, and Internal Systems.
