Monday.com has taken our business to the next level
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple and intuitive Monday.com is. We regularly have new team members joining, and everyone gets the hang of it quickly. I also like how 'clean' and inviting the whole platform looks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a little frustrating when you need to upgrade to an entirely new tier for one particular feature. Especially when the team grows, upgrading a tier becomes too expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team has become far more structured. 80% of our tasks, updates, and plans are documented on Monday boards. It has become our most central tool to bind together the entire business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's super worth it! Start simple, though, as making complex boards might be fun but also lower employee willingness initially.

Amazing project management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Monday.com is definitely the automation aspect. The automations make it easy to assign tasks, send email notifications, organize data, and more! I also really like the ability to set different views of a board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were some more options for custom automations, such as triggering the automations based on diffrerent column types. I also wish you had the ability to color specific rows or cells within a board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using monday.com to manage projects and keep track of client statuses. We are also using it to track employee activity and productivity, which has given us some great insights on goal-setting and task management.
Monday is the best project manager tool that i ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Straightforward layout and easy access to information. Even the layout models are helpful and easy to apply. The notification center is one of the better features too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use Monday every day and don't have any complaints about the features.I use Miro too, so the one thing that will complement Monday will be a more free kanban visualization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the clear visualization of a project evolution and helping on daily basis tasks. it helps me to follow whats my team is working on and aprove their work or even ask for changes.

What I like most about monday.com is the graphic interface -- it makes all of my work more colourful and enjoyable!
What do you dislike about the product?
What I disliked about Monday.com is that the learning curve was quite steep and because there is so much customization it can sometimes be overwhelming when training new people to use the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that I'm trying to solve with monday.com our congestion of workload and being able to find old projects assets. We've found that the graphic interface along with all the integrations make that possible.

I like the different types of fields that you can choose to compose your board. I also like to create connections between boards

I would like to be able to edit more freely the dashboard and data analysis on the project's performance

Task management of each one of my projects. It helps me to build accountability within the team.
Easy Use of Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
The organization tools on Monday.com are highly beneficial and easy to use to keep projects organized and workspace neat, as well as make communication with team members easily accessible, fluent, and concise. One of the greatest features is the "Subitems" feature, which allows smaller or similar projects to be organized together to save space and provide easy access to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really to be disliked about Monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Projects organization has genuinely been made easy with Monday.com. Team communication is also more easily accessible and concise.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Monday.com is the ability to customize the user experience for my team. Not being tangled up with different projects not related to them frees my team up to focus on their tasks and be informed of the info they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few complications I have with Monday.com. Plus, if I ever have a problem or need to figure out a certain function, the live and pre-recorded trainings always clear up any issues I have and offer workarounds to any problems I may be facing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest problems we faced was communications between departments when projects were ready to move on to the next step or be sent out for invoicing. Monday.com has made it possible to keep things from slipping through the cracks and increased efficiency between departments with little to no extra effort.

It was very easy to setup and get all of my staff live.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like to pay in ranges, I would prefer to pay by user. I would prefer more training on column types and views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to launch all new products, address product issues as well as keep all of our staff up to date on any open orders.
Easy, Intuitive, Satisfying
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to complete a task and send it off to my design team automatically. It makes the process seamless and intuitive to use. Also being able to view all overdue, currently due work, and upcoming work in one place helps me keep track of my standing in every project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my tasks don't automatically drop down to complete once I mark them done.
I also find that some tasks become recurring once completed, but that might be an issue with the template we created.

It definitely makes task and project management more manageable, especially since we don't have a dedicated project manager at our small company.

product changes and developments. i realized that so many issues used to fall through the cracks that are being taken care of now
