Great tool, needs more pricing options
What do you like best about the product?
The number of views, dashboards, widgets, etc. are the most extensive and best I have seen on any time management software. The time tracking (with the ability to export to excel) is amazing and a huge time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing options aren't great. I need all of the features of a higher priced package, but I'm only one individual. However, I have to pay for more seats to use these features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily tracking my hours on different tasks, and managing many different projects at once. I am much more organized and efficient after finding monday.
Monday CHANGED our entire project management set up!
What do you like best about the product?
As a team, we work on several different product launches at once - bringing our workflow to Monday changed how we approach projects and how we work through the different stages of each project! In particular, I love the ability to assign an owner to a specific task.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "my week" area could use a little more finessing - it isn't always accurate but if they get it to work right I think it could be a game changer. I do still use it to keep a tab on all my current and upcoming tasks but would love if a task I was done with would be hidden
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Management for sure! I work for a stationery company and as mentioned above, we are often working on a bunch of projects all at the same time - being able to keep track of each project on it's own board has been amazing

What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful about Monday is that there are a lot of inside applications that you're able to automate/ integrate within Monday. I like how many options it gives you to create your own automations for your own work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside i've discovered about using Monday is that there is sometimes restrictions within the app as far as how much i'm able to automate within certain specific apps.
Example, I can automate Dropbox to Monday but I would need to use a 3rd app to help me integrate everything I need from Dropbox back to Monday.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping our business grow rapidly by minimizing all of our tedious tasks. Being able to have 80% of the work automated for us has been a huge shortcut in our day allowing our employees to be able to do more in one shift.
Easy to use, useful for any business who would like to stay active & organized!
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the app allows everyone to learn quickly. The ability to delegate and share tasks saves so much time for everyone on our team. We can accomplish our goals much faster than we ever did before!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about Monday. If it could do my work for me it'd be even more amazing! The amount of time we all save using Monday makes it hard to complain at all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving simple issues such as timing and organization. We are all able to work on one project using the same platform and edit/update our day-to-day tasks on the go!

What do you like best about the product?
The whole team is delighted with the features and templates included (even in the basic plan). We've been able to use them and customize them very easily to meet our needs and achieve our goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be 100% honest, the only thing I don't absolutely love is the automation, because it has been a little hard to find the easiest way to activate them. Other wise, I think it only keeos getting better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly communication inside the team and fulfilling delivery dates. Since we work fully remote, we needed something to assist us to be aligned and avoid double work or unnecessary adjustments.
No regrets from the Monday.com implementation journey so far!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is an extremely customisable and intuitive tool which has allowed people to move away from masses of spreadsheets and Trello boards, to help improve workflows across teams. I enjoy testing Monday.com to its limits and constantly improving the boards and automations we have set up, there's always something new to try and implement!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few small things that I've noticed like the inability to create Auto ID numbers that don't change if you were to move them around, however, we have found a third-party integration for this. Additionally, the Gantt view trackbar moves so far into the future of the past which is annoying. These are however all very minor things that I've picked up during my exploration with the platform, but the support team are very helpful and keen to listen to the feature requests you highlight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of departments work across different platforms like Excel, Google Sheets and Trello which is extremely difficult to collaborate centrally. We've seen more and more people excited to transition a lot of their workflows into Monday.com and seeing more communication across departments, especially now that we're all hybrid working. Monday.com is also very user-friendly so hasn't been too difficult to create new boards and workspaces.
Monday.com is an incredible tool for managing tasks and deadlines day to day.
What do you like best about the product?
Automations are super helpful to maximize efficiency and ensure deadlines are tracked. They allow for a wide array of tasks to be done automatically behind the scenes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am surprised that you are not able to edit the automations after they are created. I would love to see an update allowing me to revise current automations instead of having to recreate complex automations from scratch if I want to add another element to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to struggle managing the myriad of important tax deadlines and the automations have helped tremendously with that. We also love the activity log as it creates accountability.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling the work and making sure who does what is the best, and the way we are all able to see the progress and add comments and talk to each other while working on a project and exchanging the required files all in one place makes it very easy to work together and having a direct conversation about each project without wasting any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still struggling with the whole DAM stuff, it is not showing on my page unless I search for it, and using and understanding it is not easy, not sure about any part of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making the process very easy for each project we have, especially now that we are working remotely, and it seriously saves time for all of us.
A great tool to design collaborative workflow processes
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility that the software allows. its great to have a "Column" repertoir of useful options for most situations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like certain features that i believe could be super helpful for me and others. Keep the pricing where it is and avoid increments or features disablement.

Helps organize the team with a useful workflow.
Monday organizes everything for us.
What do you like best about the product?
As a small organization and give us the option to invite partners to special projects on the go. It saves time connecting with everyone in each project. In the end, it gives us the grantt chart as well so we can evaluate the time spent on each phase of the project. We are still discovering all the tools but it's very easy to learn and apply the boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wanted to remind the people who were invited and not joined that they can still join. If there is a reminder that they receive I would like to know as a sender if they opened, deleted or something else. I do know when they join the project but I don't know if they avoid it or not. Or maybe I didn't learn yet a way to track it. But I don't have anything negative to say about monady.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I didn't have any problems yet that require solving but all the answers to my questions I've found on monday.com through videos or FAQ.
