very good tool to setup priorities, monitor performance and track your "to do's" list.

Portal is very easy to use, friendly and adaptable. You can add comments, update status, etc.

Monday for business!
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to navigate and are able to work on multiple windows at a time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Add a feature wherein you can set reminders and receive an email for them so we don't have to go back everyday just to check if we missed anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able, to some extent, organize the files according to their group (age, type of application, status of application, etc.); It serves as our active file log.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will take time to get used to it but will work wonders.

The ability to keep track of all our client work and progress in one centralized platform - Outstanding User Interface and extremely easy to teach new staff members how to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a single complaint to say about Monday - I have never had an issue regarding any of my task boards or client progress boards. Keep the good work up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has been a great asset from when the business turned to a WFH business - Being able to keep track of all team members workloads and progress on a centralized platform has been great.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say if you are a company looking into using Monday - Don't Hesitate, just do it. It will be the best business decision for your WFH business

The ability to customize your projects and create your own fields/statuses that make sense to your organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike really. It would be nice for Monday to integrate with ProofHQ to make it easier to see a proof within a Monday task at a glance.

Multi-team collaboration and organization.
Monday helps us to keep up to date with many different aspects of the business in one place.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ability to track not only my own, but my co-workers' progress as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is slow to update, and we duplicate a PO# because someone else has already created a PO# but it hasn't populated throughout our network to be in real-time on all complay PCs.

We do not have to communicate cross-department due to the information sharing capability.

It has been a great performance tracking and scheduling tool for our business.

I like the duplication feature the most because I share a lot of the same projects with different people and it saves so much time.

I am solving the problem of having to communicate the same project to business owners across North America and Monday.com is giving me a platform to keep everyone aligned.

I like that I can track the progress of a project and automate systems to balance project management functions better.

Limited by specific table formatting options
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solve the remote team working situation. We can all track the progression of things simultaneously, which allows us with overall workflow. It also organizes the many categories in which my position oversees.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Explore your options on the platform and utilize the variations because it helps keep a team (large or small) in sync.
It is the best team and task management platform I have found to manage my team.
What do you like best about the product?
The panels are super didactic and adaptable to the team's needs. Since we started using Monday, I have complete control of all the tasks the team is doing; the deadlines are, wherein the process is, everything becomes more manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing on Monday I dislike. Sometimes my team and I have some difficulties finding some done task, but within some focus, we get this done. But overall, it's a great platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that we solved with monday was the control of all the tasks of the team, from those in planning, through the one in execution, to the tasks already carried out, all of this controlled by date, responsible and sector. All this made our control of projects and demands more control and security to work with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As we say in Brazil, "you can hire with your eyes closed." I'm sure it will help a lot in your projects.

A couple of glitches on the subitems and the lack of connectivity between boards for subitems

The All-in-One Tool Across Multiple Departments
What do you like best about the product?
I like how versatile Monday.com is! There are so many automations I can create that are tailored to my needs. The number of boards I have may seem overwhelming to some until they learn just how intuitive the platform is. I have a board for everything and it keeps me on track with my assignments. I would be lost without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could customize the board views a bit more. I find myself needing to add options, but it pulls info in, directly from the board itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization 100%! I have never felt more organized as a Marketing Manager.

Try it out, utilize every feature and you will see why it could solve so many problems.
