Monday Work Management is wonderful

  • May 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
This is a very user-friendly work programme to use. I do all of my work via monday.com and I send all my emails through monday.com. I love that every email can be tracked, and everything is very easy and organized to find. I also like that when it is a holiday season, the monday.com boards are decorated. The customer support is very helpful and fast to assist. I would recommend anyone to monday.com. Monday.com has made my job much easier to do. I do not have to worry about clients, files, details, emails; everything is on one programme.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love monday.com and honestly do not dislike anything about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com has made my job much easier. I do not run around 100 times a day to get a clients file or to just see the progress of the task. I can find that result on monday.com within seconds.

Excellent Way to Manage your Company Projects

  • May 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I was a bit resistant to this tool at first, only because it seemed like another "place" to have to monitor, however, it has turned out to be very valuable. We have several departments at our company, and it is so much more productive to have projects listed in one place, be able to see other projects within the company, and correspond and document updates to your projects. You can upload files, graphs, etc., for our team members to view and again, your project progress is all in one place. It helps to set deadlines so everyone involved knows their part and when it needs to be presented to other members of the project team.
It is easy to set up, and you will receive an email notification when a team member makes a comment or updates the project. We use it for all our company projects on a daily basis.
I would highly recommend Monday for any company that wants to be able to organize and manage their department projects and give transparency to the entire company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any issues or problems with this product since we started using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to organize thoughts and data about company needs and projects in a much better forum than email.

Great Organizational Tool for our Organization

  • May 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a great tool for keeping our tasks organized and on time. With the ability to create automations, team members are reminded of next steps, so that our projects are done on time and nothing falls through the gaps.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there was the option to drill down one more time in a subject. Currently, you're only able to create one sub-section for item on a board. Would be nice to break those down into a third sub-section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of little moving pieces. Monday helps us to make sure that we're seeing each project through to completion and that important details are not being omitted or forgotten.

Brilliant Solution

  • May 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best features of this platform is its searchability. Items created years ago can quickly and easily be found across all boards. When compared to using spreadsheets, the automations take communication to the next level. It's a very intuitive program, and is easy to implement in any department. Boards can be downloaded to Excel, which saves a lot of time. We use it every day in our department and frankly, it would be a huge loss if it ever went away. If there's ever an issue, customer support is quick and responsive. I highly recommend Monday Work Management.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few limitations, which Monday works to improve by taking customer suggestions. Many of them are implemented! The biggest one for me is a true "undo" feature. There are some actions which can be undone, others cannot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is solving commuication between departments in regards to program management.

From Chaos to Clarity

  • May 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, what I love most about using monday Work Management is how it turns chaos into clarity.
Visual boards that actually make sense. I’m a big fan of seeing everything laid out in Kanban, timeline or calendar view—depending on my mood. It’s way easier to spot bottlenecks or overdue tasks at a glance, instead of scrolling through endless lists. I use it everyday at work. We came over from another platform and the rollout was smooth right from the start. Sure, there’s a bit of a learning curve at first, but once you grasp the two core features, the rest just falls into place. We’ve only had to contact technical support once, and their response was virtually immediate. Another great plus is how easy it is to integrate monday.com with other platforms (Google Suite, Miro, Slack, etc.).
What do you dislike about the product?
Steep learning curve for newbies. It’s powerful, but all those views, automations, and column types can feel overwhelming when you’re just getting started and feature overload, sometimes I catch myself digging through menus wondering, “Wait—where was that thing again?” :-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of visibility into project status -- Real-time clarity.
Before, I’d spend half my week hunting down updates via email or ad-hoc chats. Now I can see every task’s status at a glance, so I know exactly where things stand without chasing people.

Misaligned priorities across teams -- Unified roadmap.
It’s easy for different departments to pull in different directions. By centralizing all initiatives on shared boards, everyone knows what’s top priority and why—so we stop duplicating work or working at cross-purposes.

Endless status meetings -- Fewer check-ins, more doing.
Since all progress and blockers are logged directly in monday, we’ve cut our weekly touch-base time in half. That means more time actually getting things done instead of talking about getting them done.

Accountability gaps -- Clear ownership.
Assigning tasks with due dates and automatic reminders means nothing slips through the cracks. I no longer have to wonder who’s responsible for each step—monday keeps everyone honest.

Fragmented tool stack -- Seamless integrations.
Having Google Drive, Slack, Miro and more hooked in means I’m not toggling between apps constantly. Files, discussions and whiteboards live right where the work happens, which saves me dozens of context-switches every week.
