The way I want it
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to program it my way is the best thing about Monday.com. Automakers and automation are the best features.
What do you dislike about the product?
If we could share files stores in the drive with people outside the organisation and they can access it without loggin in to Monday would be a great feature. Using the hyperlink.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordination, team planning, synch between the team. Record keeping. File storage.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you can imagine a report or board you need, you can make it on Monday boards.

Intuitive Task Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I figured out how to use the platform in about 15 minutes. Beyond that, it integrates with other programs we use, such as Typeform, which we use to collect project requests. The two working hand-in-hand have established a handy ticketing system and To Do List solution that works better than the competition (for instance, Trello). The possibilities are vast with Monday, and it's helped my marketing team keep our tasts in check and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there's one thing I don't like, it's that Monday's mobile app is somewhat less easy to navigate and manage than the desktop/web version. It's more difficult to update and move individual projects from one dashboard to the next with a finger. That's a minor quibble, and I've taken to doing all of my project moving on the desktop version. However, updating notes or uploading pictures from the mobile app works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows us to keep a record of project lists, who's working on them currently, and time spent on a project. It also allows us to segment our work on distinct boards and categories. For instance, we have a Social Media board, a Current Projects board, and a Completed board. Within these boards, we can easily see through color and icon coating who's working on the project, how much time has been spent on it, how much is left before completion, and a general status. We're a very busy department, and Monday allows us to see at a glance or in detail where our team's workload is at.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you've used Trello or other services, Monday will prove more intuitive, with more options, and easier to integrate with other platforms.
Monday.com has been a game-changer! I absolutely love how organized it keeps our team.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can organize my campaigns by active, pending, and finished. It helps me keep track of which platform I am running in, the budget and who is running the campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific that I can think of! Overall it has been a solid experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving kpeeing our campaigns organized amongst team members. We also have a task board to keep track of who is working on what. Performance has increased.
Aesthetically pleasing and easy to operate. However, Monday.com tends to be slow

Monday.com tends to be pretty slow, and particularly slow at certain times of the day

Finding applicants is easy, and I really like the search all boards tool
A very good tool
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very easy to use, and the layout is easy to understand. I think the price is fair and they have excellent customer service. They always answer my questions quickly and with helpful information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to think about something that I dislike. The only thing is that maybe Monday is not suitable for complex projects such as R&D with multiple teams working together on a complex subject. I was using Monday when I worked for R&D, and it felt I didn't have enough tools to follow up the technical information of the project, my analysis, or potential leads on the research. At that moment, Monday didn't have Monday Docs available, so I think that the new tool could solve this problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work on product development but the commercial side and follow all my projects on Monday. Without Monday, I won't be able to have all the information about each project at one place.
Monday.com makes my job so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love Monday's automations and integrations, as well as the dashboards, the different views it offers and versatility. It keeps our team organized, on track, and it is all visually pleasing for everyone involved. It helps us save time by automating recurring emails for clients and team members. It saves us so much energy and keeps data organized and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some automation recipes are a bit stiff and we could still use some automations that do not work yet. For instance, most of the Mirror columns coming from other boards are not recognized by automations and it can be tricky to find a way around that. I believe there's a way to customize actions and triggers, but if you are not a developer, it's hard to understand how to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping us solve logistical issues, organization matters, inventory, task tracking, team onboarding, statistics, financials, and team management. It's been a dream using it and every problem has a solution within the platform. We automated employee onboarding processes, requests to different teams are managed and done on time, and everyone knows where each specific project is. The status of recurring tasks have reminders and notifications so nothing slips past us.
Excellent Platform for Remote Work
What do you like best about the product?
The visibility into what everyone on the team is doing. Being able to quickly look at the history of what has been done in the past and what is needed moving forward. Reliable platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to have more functionality in terms of reminders for tasks. I would like to see a task and move it over to remind me at a later date. The current reminder functionality seems to get lost in the shuffle for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing where the other team members are with tasks and what my role is with the tasks. I am also able to quickly look at a client's history of what has been done.
Using it since Sept 2021-like it very much, colourful and everything is very convenient!!!!!Modern!

I like the setup and in general, everything is very convenient. The colors and the idea itself of monday.com

For now, there was nothing what i disliked, so far, so good.

I am working as a recruiter and have a card for each individual. To me, all looks convenient.
Monday.com has been the best project management tool I have used
What do you like best about the product?
I have worked full time in a creative agency as a graphic designer for the past 4 years, using Monday.com as our project management software. It is so clear and simple to manage projects, keep track of deadlines, and I have loved using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a more simplified way to archive past events, but not get rid of them fully. Wish this was easier to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving ordering and keeping project specs well... also working right now with timelines and the my work settings
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a project manager or a designer that is just getting started with trying to project manage on your own, this is a great simple platform for file usage. I would recommend it... our team started on it in June and we are all fluent in it now.
This platform has helped me streamline my entire business
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about Monday is the 'Status' feature you can use, which allows you to keep track of your tasks accurately by setting a custom status. I love this feature as it gives a quick and easy read on exactly where the task you've created is at in terms of progress, you can view a total from your status's under your tasks to get an overview of progress, this works really well within the boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm yet to dig into this side of Monday yet, however, more in-depth analytics would be good, more charts that display easy-to-read information and can be emailed to team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personally, I love being able to tick a box on my tasks, Monday does this perfectly for me, I can set custom status's on my tasks, date them and add notes, this ticks all the boxes for me. Monday has allowed me to streamline my task setting, this in turn, allows me to effectively move the business forward and keep a clear mind on all areas of work.

Use it everyday!
