Monday.com is an outstanding tool for collaborating with the entire team
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is great out the door, but it really turns into a powerful tool if you start customizing it to meet your firm's exact needs. It's an outstanding tool for collaborating and creating tasks and timelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the layout isn't exactly what i'm looking for, but with time invested, there are ways to get what you want. And you can customize that layout. If necessary, bring on a Monday.com consultant and they can set you up with most items your company needs, including automating tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Once you customize your fields and get everyone on board, this tool is great for working together and finding files you normally have to hunt through your harddrive or cloud for. The best thing is getting everyone on the same page remotely. We all know what projects need to be completed and when. Monday allows us to give status updates, upload supporting files and graphics, set warnings when deadlines are approaching, allows others on the team to input updates, etc.
Monday.com is extremely intuitive and its capacity is endless
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process for me, and the company I work for, was quick and easy! The operations are very intuitive and easy to learn quickly. I also love the flexibility that Monday offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There honestly aren't many things I would want to be changed about Monday. Maybe if the compatibility with other platforms were expanded, that would be an upgrade that would be quite helpful depending on the need.,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping my company by being able to keep up with our immense growth and expansion.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is incredibly helpful at keeping track of a wide range of moving projects. You can outline all the steps you'll need to accomplish a project, set dates, and then take on each step in a bite-size format.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be tricky to keep everything updated when you are on the move. This is especially true with the app that doesn't seem like it was built to mesh well with a smaller screen, so I don't find it useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows our relatively small company to take on big projects that are all happening in tandem. Without this tool it would be impossible for us to keep track of everything that needs to be done to accomplish our goals.
Monday is a great platform for keeping your business organized.

The best thing of Monday is the templates. For almost every activity, you can import a standard template into your workspace that divides the process in different steps.

There are no things I dislike at the moment. Everything works great and how I want it to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is the platform I need to connect my team members in one place. We can update each other about projects we are doing in the relevant workspaces. I can also share files easily. The integrations make it easy to connect to other software and platforms we are using and also keep that organized in one place.

Monday has helped with communications and keeping tasks organized. They have helped with knowing the ranking of importance a task is.
What do you dislike about the product?
some features are too small to see. there are some things you don't know are clickable until you accidentally click them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication is the biggest thing. The live updating in notifications and the peer editing/ thread are significant. Instead of having a group chat where subjects can pile up and get confusing or email threads being lost in your inbox. Monday has helped keep projects clear and directed to completion.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is very easy to use and intuitive. There is clearly a lot that you can do with this tool, but I found it easy to just jump in and start creating projects so I could share timelines with clients.
Visually it looks great, and this is important to me. As a marketing consultant I want to look professional with my clients, and Monday helps me do that.

What do you dislike about the product?
In all honesty, it could be a little cheaper for my needs. It's not a huge part of my working life, so it seems a bit hard to justify the costs. But if I was managing projects every day, I would have no complaints. It's a great tool.

I'm a freelance marketer that works with tech companies. I use monday to share project timelines with clients and partners. It helps me deliver a better service to both. Without it, I would just be sharing boring spreadsheets. It also helps me break down my projects into small steps and check them off as I go. This makes work more enjoyable and easier to manage, on a personal level.

Monday.com helps me keep track of ongoing content organization — especially when posting schedules are changed between users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have only been using Monday.com for a short amount of time and the only thing close to a dislike is that sometimes the information doesn't transfer over to our other systems clearly and easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving content coordination! It helps with clear direction, time management and knowing what work is coming my way in the upcoming days, weeks and even months.
Monday is fantastic for organization and time tracking for both individual and group projects.
What do you like best about the product?
I like having a visual representation of my list of tasks and objectives that is completely customizable to suit my personal needs and preferences. From choosing which stats to track on each column, to choosing each colour on every label.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only major downfall of Monday in my eyes in that the colours for customization are limited to their colour palette, which can be limiting if you are someone like me who likes everything to be very specific.

Monday.com is helping me manage my personal projects and time management, as well as being able to share that information across my whole team. Being able to track these stats across team is extremely efficient.

Monday takes complicated, multi-step processes and makes them manageable and more efficient. Our team can work across time zones and distance, while always understanding exactly where we are in any stage of our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints about Monday. If I were to offer advice to new users, I would suggest taking the time to learn all the features so that you can tailor the platform down to your specific needs.

I work in a legal setting, which involves complicated, multi-step processes that are interdependent and always changing. Monday makes it easy to accomplish our goals by keeping track of every step on an attractive, easy-to-use, efficient platform.
