Absolutely love Monday (Usually something I wouldn't say)

What do you like best about the product?
I love how there are several ways of project managing in this platform. The different tools you can utilise just makes project managing so much more creative and appealing to the eye; as a visual learner, Monday has helped me get my tasks completed! It is an efficient way of keeping track of my team's work and communicate regarding certain tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I have anything to fault or any areas of improvement at the moment. However, if I do come across anything that I think would be a great implementation towards the platform, I will make sure to let you all know!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One crucial problem for our team has been the lack of organisation with back-end (admin) work. There are lots of tasks that we say we are going to act on, but end up not getting actioned at all. Since using Monday, we have been keeping track of every single action point we add to the platform. In meetings, we have, surprisingly, used the platform as a report of work that's been covered in the past couple of months and the projects that we are planning in the future. We now use the platform in our internal weekly meetings to keep on track of who is doing what and set goals for the week!

What do you like best about the product?
We love that each board is so easy to customize and understand. It's visually very appealing and new team members find it so easy to be onboarded to. We love the real-time updates it provides and adds so much efficiency to our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much - I am a big fan of the tool. We sometimes experience delays and/or system shut offs but that never lasts long. Overall we're very happy with the tool as an organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a tool to best connect our time all while considering the vide variety of projects our agency takes on. Monday is so easy to customize and use so it's really the best tool our team has ever used.

What do you like best about the product?
We are able to make custom tables to accommodate our data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve was high, but I'm feeling quite familiar with it now.

It keeps all our info in the same spot so our team can access it with ease.

Better than any Calendar / Organizer you will find.

What do you like best about the product?
I typically use both a written and digital calendar but with Monday I can utilize the dates, times, time tracking and reminders to do everything all in one. All of my files, links, text and ideas can be placed in Monday where I can share it with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that sometimes I don't always get subitem notifications and not all notifications are automatic. But once you add this in settings it's super easy so I don't think its a huge negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all of my to-do's, due dates, being able to see how much work my team mates are doing, scheduling around the amount of hours each person has and remaining organized. I also like how i can graph out the information in more than one way.

Excellent tool for monitoring multiple projects and much more

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very intuitive. Once you have set up your first project, using the videos and tutorials on the help sections of the website it was really easy to set up more complex boards. It went from being simply a digital to do list to a rich sharing resource for working collaboratively with our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to find anything that I dislike - I suppose the only thing is sometimes the notifications in outlook and on the site are a little too many if we have a lot going on with a project, so I always advise people to turn off the notifications if we have some large project updates taking place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of our foundations charitible fundraising is much easier now that we are tracking prospective and actual grant applications through monday, which is saving us time and allowing for more accountability and reporting functions.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track tasks in a way that is intuitive and pleasing to the eye.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more spread sheet functionality. Sort of like Airtable. But I don't necessarily have a dislike to add.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of client to dos. We have 25+ clients and before Monday we were using paper. I love that it is easy to write a task no matter if you are on laptop or phone.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday offers you the opportunity to integrate almost everything that crosses your mind from the point of view of project organization, as well as the organization of a team on each individual project through the multitude of options it provides, everything is very intuitive, accurate, concise, well structured in such a way as to make life easy for both those who use the platform and those who coordinate the entire organization of the project and the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that so far I haven't found any real downsides for this platform, but as a positive thing, I think it would be important to see a series of new implementations, innovations, something unexpected from the public.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe that the platform organizes my time very well and all the tasks I have to do, it is very intuitive to use, the fact that I can monitor my progress in real time and that it will always be there for me in close connection with the effort I I submit it to give me a boost or to make me understand the point where I am and where I need to get to.

A unique software for organized and productive project management

What do you like best about the product?
The potential of this tool for project management is abysmal, as is the very good user interface design and ease of use involved. The tools integrated in this application makes everything more manageable in managing multiple projects and administering a wide variety of tasks with unmatched efficiency. I love the time savings involved in using it and that it works excellently via web, we don't need to install a desktop application and we can use it from anywhere we are so we don't stop making progress in our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I see limited in this software is the ability for users to make customizations, otherwise, everything is fine and works correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to optimize our workflow, streamline tasks and make better use of the time and resources used in each of the projects and tasks carried out in the organization. It is a very useful tool for operators working on projects with their work teams and for supervisors and related for monitoring the status of each of the projects without the need for frequent meetings, everything they need to know can be provided by the platform.

Monday CHANGED our entire project management set up!

What do you like best about the product?
As a team, we work on several different product launches at once - bringing our workflow to Monday changed how we approach projects and how we work through the different stages of each project! In particular, I love the ability to assign an owner to a specific task.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "my week" area could use a little more finessing - it isn't always accurate but if they get it to work right I think it could be a game changer. I do still use it to keep a tab on all my current and upcoming tasks but would love if a task I was done with would be hidden
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Management for sure! I work for a stationery company and as mentioned above, we are often working on a bunch of projects all at the same time - being able to keep track of each project on it's own board has been amazing

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is an extremely customisable and intuitive tool which has allowed people to move away from masses of spreadsheets and Trello boards, to help improve workflows across teams. I enjoy testing Monday.com to its limits and constantly improving the boards and automations we have set up, there's always something new to try and implement!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few small things that I've noticed like the inability to create Auto ID numbers that don't change if you were to move them around, however, we have found a third-party integration for this. Additionally, the Gantt view trackbar moves so far into the future of the past which is annoying. These are however all very minor things that I've picked up during my exploration with the platform, but the support team are very helpful and keen to listen to the feature requests you highlight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of departments work across different platforms like Excel, Google Sheets and Trello which is extremely difficult to collaborate centrally. We've seen more and more people excited to transition a lot of their workflows into Monday.com and seeing more communication across departments, especially now that we're all hybrid working. Monday.com is also very user-friendly so hasn't been too difficult to create new boards and workspaces.
