Love Monday!
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easy to collaborate on projects! It is simple to organize and use in a variety of ways. It is perfect to keep us organized in all different aspects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish everyone had access and we had more time to train our teams on it. I feel like I need to learn more but I don't have the time to deep dive into all the facets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us coordinate projects that are worked on by different people at all hours of the day at different times. Keeps inboxes from overflowing and keeps people working together.
Fast, Relevant and Personalized
What do you like best about the product?
It is very fast, I love the idea of automations being so flexible and handy to whatever you want to come up with. Its a great way for me to work with the basics while still personalize it
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not necessarily dislike anything. Sometimes I would say I would like it to be more simple when I have to switch or duplicate groups and their info into a different workspace, but thats it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My task management, my CRM lead filtering pipeline and the tracking of construction orders and their process. Its very easy to get anyone in the team to use it and have their own space to work on things.

What do you like best about the product?
The quick response team for any queries I make about the set up/ features... other similar CRM systems I have used normally have a 24 hour wait time to answer questions so your speedy responses are much appreciated!
I also LOVE that my teammates can add a comment to my orders/ meeting updates and tag me in it and I instantly receive a notification

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be useful to integrate my google calendar on Monday.com so any meetings/ events can also be transferred to my everyday calendar.
It would also be useful to tag a client's email address in some of the event bookings
A final area that would be useful is to be able to set identical tasks/ orders to repeat on certain days each week

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organisation - now all of our orders, clients and meetings are on one system for all staff to see. This has saved us from making mistakes and everything is so much more organised
Data control - all of our data is now in one place... from client info to past events... to menu items and ingredients

Simple, Effective Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Uncomplicated and easy to use. LOVE IT!! Love how seamlessly it integrates with other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has gone down twice since we started using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
EVERYTHING! Task management, workflow, team management, time tracking.
I love using Monday.com, it's transformed my organisation process!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can create different lists with subtasks and assign owners to each of these. It's made our team work so much more effectively and we're much more productive since we started using Monday, as we no longer have to chase the status of jobs via email. It's so handy being able to see exactly what stage a task is at and who is looking after it.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything I dislike about Monday and the boards available. The only small issue I have is the app crashes occasionally but I think this is likely more to do with our IT systems than Monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started using Monday.com for team workstreams and I now use it for my own to-do lists and plans. It helps keep me super organised and it's the only digital platform to make me actually want to switch away from my previous trusty pen and paper! We used to chase so many tasks via email or teams and it slowed our whole team down. This way we can easily see what stage a task is at, when it'll be complete and can be more easily picked up if someone is out of the office.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation. Being able to see the whole project at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time tracking. Especially with subtasks. It doesn't pull through to dashboards nicely.

The ease of organisation of multiple clients and workloads. It is easy to manage multiple tasks in one place.

It can be tricky to manage budgets and annual targets.

Gets stuff done!
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive! I researched features, signed up, and had a team member create the boards we needed. Within a few days, Monday.com was easily integrated into our workflow and we have a much easier time keeping track of projects, tasks and deadlines!
We have now been using Monday.com for almost three years, with different team member constellations, and it keeps being a super useful tool that we turn to several times a week. We particularly enjoy it during our weekly team meetings.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve as with everything, but nothing beyond what would be expected.
Of course, I wish I could see all levels of detail at once. :) I think Monday.com does a fine job letting you see as much info as possible without getting messy.

We now keep track of our weekly meetings, ongoing customer projects, task lists, company priorities, and more, all in one place.
Solid CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like and use the crm software the most. Being able to integrate with Facebook ads is the most important part. I also like that I can set up scripts to automate the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
So the part we like the least is the cost of software use and the occasional integration issues. Something in the past caused Facebook leads to stop coming in and the only notification we got was on the website and should have instead gotten an email about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration with Facebook allowing us to send leads to our clients via text and email. Also the ability for the clients to see and manage the list of customers as well.
Streamlined Everything
What do you like best about the product?
The visual layout of tasks and dates makes it easy to see what my team needs from me and when. Adding teammate names to the workflow helps keep us all in communication and moving in the right direction as a unit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the notifications are strange. I will get them all at once and late or I will get notifications for the same task repeatedly. Everything about the design is perfect, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solved a lot of problems. It can be very difficult to keep projects that require a dynamic workflow delivering on time. The show we work on involves sending a lot of drafts back and forth. Monday gives us one place to come for edit notes, file sharing, work schedule, and communication. It's so helpful to be able to have conversations about different episodes within their own individual workflow. There can be a lot of moving parts and multiple items due within one day - being able to assign members to tasks helps us see contingencies and where productivity traffic jams are happening.
