Options are pretty infinite

What do you like best about the product?
I like the versatility of Monday. Each department can create its own "workflow."
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much. Depending on how you build out Monday, you can get TOO detailed and TOO many tasks in a project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow issues that we had before. Using it as a project platform that keeps track of things has been great.

What do you like best about the product?
My team has quadrupled in size over the last year and monday.com has allowed our growth to become more seamless. It truly has changed the way my company operates in the best way possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would wish for is to be able to make groups on the same board different. Monday.com is super customizable, but that would help us tremendously if that were implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use monday.com to manage our interior design projects. This platform allows the whole team to have access to everything, keep communication accounted for, and most importantly it keeps it all in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just do it already!

What do you like best about the product?
As a company that has in house workers and subcontractors, this brought all of our workflows to one space and allowed everyone to have a clear view of the project
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an internal chat feature or tab integration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow with many people owning their portion of the project. Monday allows us to stay up to date and there are no questions about project status

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to collaborate with colleagues, before using Monday processes were very manual and slow and this has improved productivity massively.
I also love how clear it is where each project is and who's involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are not automations available for what we'd like to do however this is not something I come across often. I'd love for it to integrate a bit better with outlook also, possibly to be able to integrate with the calendar function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving, accountability, productivity, transparency, there are so many things it has helped us do. It's also allowed us to work more remotely than before and become more efficient than ever.

What do you like best about the product?
I love seeing everyone's deadlines and the automation you can set up to keep employees on top of tasks. This helps with organization among clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get notifications for things just because I have access to a board. I would prefer it if it notified me if my name is tied directly to something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization issue has been resolved within my workplace. We have noticed a significant increase in our productivity and efficiency when it comes to our work flow.

Everything you need in one place

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is really helpful in keeping all business tasks in one place. We can check the status of tasks and move them between groups. I also like the fact you can see who is working on what. Love the llama farm too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find navigating between the workspaces slightly annoying as we have so many! You usually have to click 'browse all' - not really a massive issue, just a bit annoying!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to follow up on client consultations. By using the form feature, therapists are able to let us know how a consultation session was left and any tasks we need to action.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to navigate.
Keeping track of projects has been super easy for me.
Staying on top of tasks.
Holding each other accountable became so much easier using Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that I dislike about Monday. Sometimes it was a little bit glitchy on my laptop, and it made it a little challenging to use aesthetically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved the problem of keeping track of projects, staying on top of tasks, holding each other accountable, making sure that every role an employee needed to play was extremely clear.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend learning as much as you can about Monday while using it. There are so many functionalities and so many cool things that you can do with this platform and I honestly feel like when I used Monday, I wasn't even close to using it to its full potential.

What do you like best about the product?
This is by far the best managing and oganizing software I've ever used. The UI is pretty minimalist and the way I can have an instant visual overview of all my work is astonishing. Not only that, I'm able to CUSTOMIZE my cards, sort in a million ways and manage tasks and status in a snap.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing could be somethat affordable but I get it, you can't have such an excellent platform for less. The member limit is somewhat a hurdle, but just because I would like ALL of my organization to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Accountability: who's responsible for specific tasks and the level of completion of each of them.
- Snapshot view: I can easily track where progress has stalled and where the tweaks need to be done.
- New user integration: I can add new membes and they have a quick picture of the work that needs to be done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it EVERYDAY. At first it can be daunting but when you get used to the interface it becomes a valuable tool in your arsenal.

Reduced email communication to a minimum

What do you like best about the product?
Monday offers several integrations and automatic rules to make project management a breeze. We use Monday to track over 40 different clients, each one having around 10 internal tasks, and we have never missed a deadline. We can track colleagues, clients and outside collaborators to gather their input when necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of a free basic plan makes it harder to evangelize potential clients. If they could use a free version of Monday I might be able to convince more clients to try it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to rely on local spreadsheets, which got outdated pretty quick. Project management with Monday is much more easier, and out documents and check-lists are always up to date.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to assign tasks and set deadlines and put in notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be great if the chat board was larger for more discourse and/or connect to other chat platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving problems of task management. We've been able to map out processes in Monday and appropriately assign to parties.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
More robust area for chats and an ability to connect to chat rooms like Microsoft Teams.
