Great snapshot of my everyday mess

What do you like best about the product?
This is by far the best managing and oganizing software I've ever used. The UI is pretty minimalist and the way I can have an instant visual overview of all my work is astonishing. Not only that, I'm able to CUSTOMIZE my cards, sort in a million ways and manage tasks and status in a snap.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing could be somethat affordable but I get it, you can't have such an excellent platform for less. The member limit is somewhat a hurdle, but just because I would like ALL of my organization to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Accountability: who's responsible for specific tasks and the level of completion of each of them.
- Snapshot view: I can easily track where progress has stalled and where the tweaks need to be done.
- New user integration: I can add new membes and they have a quick picture of the work that needs to be done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it EVERYDAY. At first it can be daunting but when you get used to the interface it becomes a valuable tool in your arsenal.

Reduced email communication to a minimum

What do you like best about the product?
Monday offers several integrations and automatic rules to make project management a breeze. We use Monday to track over 40 different clients, each one having around 10 internal tasks, and we have never missed a deadline. We can track colleagues, clients and outside collaborators to gather their input when necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of a free basic plan makes it harder to evangelize potential clients. If they could use a free version of Monday I might be able to convince more clients to try it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to rely on local spreadsheets, which got outdated pretty quick. Project management with Monday is much more easier, and out documents and check-lists are always up to date.

Good Task Management Tool

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to assign tasks and set deadlines and put in notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be great if the chat board was larger for more discourse and/or connect to other chat platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving problems of task management. We've been able to map out processes in Monday and appropriately assign to parties.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
More robust area for chats and an ability to connect to chat rooms like Microsoft Teams.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite features on monday.com include the email reminders, everything can be organized on multiple boards and the my work tab.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because I have so many assignments, the My Work tab doesn't show me all of my assignments so I have to manually look through each board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to see when clients are viewing our work so it holds everyone accountable on projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a must-have tool for collaborating with team members and clients.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me with project management and keeping track of my time. I would never be able to execute my product launches without Monday.com

It also looks beautiful and is very simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I mean...not too many things; the new interface is a little strange. I guess it's pretty pricey compared to its competitors (Asana, Trello), but in my personal opinion, it's worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's like having a full-time project manager; it helps with accountability, and I have a complete visualization of my project. My business performance, in general, has improved.

De vez em quando fico confuso com a disponibilidade de botões entre as telas das sprints e acabo me perdendo ou mandando um quadro para outra pessoa e assim tendo que procurar.

Atualmente usamos muito para receber as demandas de outros times, principalmente demandas urgentes, usa ajuda demais na organização e com os forms criados no monday.

Otima ferramenta para organização de tarefas, receber demandas, gerar um formulario de demandas para distribuir na empresa, porém temos que estudar antes de utilizar para não acabar se perdendo no caminho.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is exceptionally user-friendly. I love that it's highly customizable!

Occasionally the time tracker will continue to run after it's been paused.

Monday helps our company to keep our automotive leads organized and ensures our responses are timely.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly the building of boards is - it really can be for anyone, not just the "excel" or "data" people. I also love all the really easy automations to make the boards work harder for us. It is also a more visual tool with all the regular bells and whistles of most project management tools, but with a lot more control over how it all visualizes. Also, it works for pretty much any team at our company. Literally, everyone uses it for different functions and I love how it is so flexible. The form function makes it easy to collect information from internal clients. I also love the guest feature - I am working with our outside agencies and able to fold the communication into one place! Heaven!
What do you dislike about the product?
The date and time features are a bit wonky on the platform. the flexibility of building each board as desired also leads to due dates or other dates being a bit hard to put in order. Our team struggles to get a good list together of what is due in what order. I think that was our doing when we created the boards in the first place, but it would be nice to be able to set the "due date" column for each board for each person.... complicated maybe!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped our communication problems. We had chains of emails floating around, files only "saved" in outlook, and a bad archiving process in general and Monday.com helped alleviate the majority of that problem. It is really convenient having all the information in one spot in chronological order. We can reference this information time and time again.
