Monday.com had revolutionized our communication at our business!

What do you like best about the product?
We have offices in different cities, so the thing I like best is we don't have to use email for everything it is like our business social media if we are super busy we can very easily go on the app and communicate with one another.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't have other apps on the platform. I would love to run slack in the platform on like another tab but it only allows me to plug it in on a board. There is not much else I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlined communication. Before we used Monday we were always miss communicating with one another and people were always thinking other things. Now no one has the excuse to not know what is going on.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the automations and how you can add a to-do list and different statuses. It helps our team keep track of tasks. The board views have also been a game changer for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find not having an undo button when you accidentally delete data in columns/rows inefficient. I hope you could address this instead of having to go through the activity log. If it's a hundred rows of data it would totally take up so much time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday to document meetings and pretty much everything. You know, when tasks are assigned as a product of the meeting or some agenda need to be revisited, we have a template for those so we can easily go over them in the next meeting. We keep almost everything in Monday.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You shouldn't delay it any longer just go for it. It will be a game changer for your organization

Solid Platform That Will Keep Your Business At The Top

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to create tasks with due dates. Once these are finished, you can get a sense of accomplishment. I use Monday with multiple graphic designers.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to have a dislike, it' would only be the calendar...or lack thereof. Having one would give us more capabilities as a company to integrate other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday.com with copywriters and graphic designers. We also schedule social media here. The benefits are that there is a streamlined process and clear deliverables.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps me to visualize my entire week of work. Through this tool, I can easily find better ways to reallocate demands during my day, week, or month. No other software provides such value intuitively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I got lost when I need to visualize my team's workload and compare it to de backlog list. I strongly suggest that this page could have easier access to the list attached to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For of all, I have got a wider view of the workload of my team. Now I can canalize the effort to another team member who is dealing faster or better with his/hers demands.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the features and capabilities on Monday.com. It's easy to communicate with my team members and make sure we complete all deliverables. I think this is my robust than competitor software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve when you first use Monday.com. Everything works okay on here. I think there could be training videos to help improve the learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is for organization and management. We track deliverables, dates completed, and can communicate and tag team members. We have noticed increased organizational.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend it to any business! It serves many purposes - community management, budget tracking, tracking deliverables, tracking tasks, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I am able to customise my boards to fit my project needs and requirement I like how customisable the tool is for my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish there was and integration between my team management tool forecast and harvest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has helped to solve my communication with my clients. It gives me the ability to have a full paper trail of a product from start to finish.

What do you like best about the product?
It can be used to several purposes: projects, tasks, on boarding procedures and even finances. The most valuable features are the collaborations and integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have expected more security features in the professional level licensing.
I would also expect a better way of separating workspaces from users who are irrelevant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A unified platform for sharing projects across different teams. That lead to a quicker SLA and allowed better flow of information.
Customizing boards for a specific use instead of purchasing another tool for that purpose.

Perfect product for managing remote teams

What do you like best about the product?
I found the ability to collaborate on tasks while remote working the most important, and best feature of Monday. With the sudden adjustment of remote working in 2020 I needed something that would ensure I could manage my team and understand their work and Monday was the solution to that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can find building dashboards a little limiting, but that might just be because I don't understand the best practices. It might be helpful to have a level on onboarding when you sign up for Monday. We investigated the software and then signed up for a package rather than be 'sold' it, so having a direct contact would be helpful in setting the software up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem was managing my team and understanding their work schedules without micromanaging. I hate having to be on top of staff, and want them to have ownership so having task lists available really helps to have that overview.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you can get direct support take it! I think that will help you build out boards and dashboard with more ease.
