Easy Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a great platform for managing complex projects. It allows me to set up and create templates that can be used for new projects as they happen without having to build from Scratch. The Monday.com support team are quick to respond to questions and queries. The Monday.com community are fantastic at answering complex questions and providing formula insights. The Automations are also great tool to ensure consitancy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit time consuming buidling the boards from scratch, but once you have it the way you want it its great. I have experienced fustrations with getting boards to talk to eachother and 'mirror' information.
Formula is complex to use, much more so than excel and difficult to express formula results in anything other than a number. e,g, as a % or currency.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping us to manage the full project lifecycle from proposal to project completion. We are 1 year in and still building wiht a few stop and starts/ trials and errors. We have now setteld on a specific format the works for us. It is great to have easy to access dashboards of key informations.
An Extremely Helpful Platform that Grows with You
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has surprised me at how well it has helped me to organize the many things I need to tackle as a small business operator. There's a lot to keep track of, and Monday.com has proven to be a flexible platform that allows me to structure my thoughts as I collect them in an organized way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price, it's no secret, Monday.com is not a cheap platform. There are many platforms out there, and this one is by far one of the most expensive platforms that I currently utilize for my business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small business owner, I wear many hats and have to keep track of a lot of moving parts. Because there is so many areas that constantly need my attention, it's incredibly easy for things to slide off the radar. Monday.com has been helping me to organize useful information in logical places and has served as a constant reminder of things that need my attention.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can easily build CRMs, create automated E-Mailing boards and work on shared documents and build your own To-Do Lists and it's all very simple to use. If there is a problem you can't solve the support team is very nice and will help you! Also the Implemantation is very easy. I use Monday.com on a regular basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions like invoices are not fully customizable yet and are only available in English language. We as a German Company don't want to create all our invoices in English so we can't use that function yet. They are working on it though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping us keep our contacts together, update everyone on the team on the current status of each contact. Also, we use it to send some E-Mails that will automatically update in Monday.com so everyone is able to update themselves on certain Information they are searching for.
Awesome tools to use for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I used multiple tools or websites to collaborate with my colleagues but I am proud to say that Monday is the best among those tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far it is working for us, and it helps us to manage our daily tasks.

Efficiently handle tasks
The ability to customize and not have a high learning curve makes this a fantastic tool
What do you like best about the product?
Customizability and the ability to add clients to dashboards giving them the ability to see the project progress in realtime. It adds significantly to the client internaction process and is a true value add for creative and consulting businesses
What do you dislike about the product?
slow load times, duplications, difficulty with ipad interaction, inability to snooze alarms, messaging feels wonky and less reliable than email, maybe the lack of a web browser plug in? I dont know, I like you guys and gals a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A a small business consultant that touches lots of small and micro businesses the lack of a bility to understnad project and program management and how to solve problems remotely and quickly can be very difficult. Monday.com allows my consulting practice to conduct a symphony for our clients and they can either see that work progress in detail, or they can see a "pizza tracker" of how our work is making an impact through customized dashboards.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy workflow management process. Our clients have a one-stop-shop area to communicate with us as well as upload/review related documents
What do you dislike about the product?
We still have to utilize other storage cloud services to store our clients documents. A feature to connect Google Drive/Dropbox for direct uploading would be a tramendous add.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy communication instead of several email threads
One tool to rule them all - seriously! I do say this with only one caution: for the first time users, Monday requires some time to get used to.
What do you like best about the product?
I do find new views and especially markup options quite useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still encounter the issue with the first time users and clients - they find Monday too complex. That's why I continue to use it myself, and present results in a more digestible form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can lay out my content strategy in the short and long term, alongside keyword research and digital assets needed. It takes me 10-15 minutes to revive what is coming up, and what should be revised.

What do you like best about the product?
Everyone has one place to go to find status of stories, design, web postings, and can access all information/stories/pictures/assets in this one place. It's very easy to use, easy to invite guests to. We use it constantly and could not run our publishing company as efficiently without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish some fields would autopopulate the way google sheets does. Sometimes it's slow to load/glitchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to organize our disparate workflows, and to allow our boss a birds-eye view of what we're working on. Everything is findable from our monday boards. No more sorting through google folders. Designers/Editors/Producers all have one common board to use as a checklist and to manage assets.
Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I use many project management software, and monday.com is the best user interface and customizable software, among others. I installed it on my business account, but now I use it for personal purposes as well. The best feature is I can customize and create automation whenever and where I want!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about monday.com. it has many awesome features, but none of them is useless. I played with the tools for a while and then I became competent to create and track everything that I responsible for.

Great for CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to organize my contacts by categories and color--I'm a visual person! Being able to set up automations to follow up with people through customized emails or remind me to do it has been so helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can only link 1 email per account. For example, I'm associated with multiple business locations and I can't use my account for automations with both of them, I have to create other "seats" to ensure emails are integrated properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM! The customizable automations are a life saver. I'm visual so it is so helpful to see where we are with deals that we closed versus where our goals are. Also, the Llama farm is hilarious!
