Very reliable for large-scale projects.
What do you like best about the product?
The workflow and tasks move faster with Monday, thanks to the dashboards, integrations, views and even the availability of automation. Personally, it makes me feel quite motivated, the process of each project is very visual, dynamic, interactive, and best of all we don't have uneven workloads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Monday.com could be simplified more in fact, it has features that I have never used, and the truth for new users all this can be overwhelming. I like the mobile version, although it doesn't update or sync in the fastest way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The work is centralized, we are all updated in terms of information and pending without the need to meet at all times, to be all the time in the email, or worry about not being in the same place. We have the progress of each task in real-time, alerts and notifications, all in the cloud.

It organizes task management and team interactions.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a crucial tool for every organization or project, regardless of size or number of employees. It simplifies task management and organizes team relationships using a flexible framework that interfaces with many of the apps we use daily. The inexpensive subscription price helps add new members. I enjoy how Monday.com simplifies building panels, transferring information and ideas, and updating workflow plans between colleagues, as well as automating workflow so we get updates on all start and finish dates and alerts and notifications about appointments at the set time. I love the visual depiction and unique view of workflow and changes, which engages all team members. Monday.com documents all the notes, updates, and attachments submitted by team members along the project life cycle, making it an important database that plays a role and allows us to readily access it when we need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't too many things about Monday.com that I don't like, but one of them is that it needs to increase the range of applications that we need to integrate with. This would save us from having to enter the same information more than once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to contribute to a better knowledge of workflow plans and remain up to date with daily updated task schedules thanks to the assistance that we received from Monday.com. As a result, all members of the team are now aware of what they should be doing and when they should be doing it.
Very reliable platform to manage all your projects.
What do you like best about the product?
I like Monday to be easy to use and well designed, but at the same time there are bars, colors, etc. that are useful to many visual people like me, as they offer a lot of tools and customizations. , You can customize everything. Created by our own working system. The best thing about Monday.com is that it's easy and flexible. Even non-technical users can understand how to use this platform. In addition to progress, users can also see what devices are available.
What do you dislike about the product?
All of the functions of this platform worked well for me, with the exception of the mobile version, which required me to refresh the page to see the most recent activity. Having too many options may sometimes be confusing, so you should go backwards and plan your way out so you don't lose time with your setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of the steady flood of emails, track projects and team communication on Monday, is reserved for internal messages, while email is used for external communications. This platform allows us to maintain track of the present state of each of our tasks in relation to the specified deadlines; it was also effective in keeping track of our work schedules. We work more efficiently and we can better manage our resources.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My only advice to anyone who are apprehensive to test Monday.com is to give it a go; I'm confident you won't be disappointed. I would suggest folks to experiment with different methods of using the tools; I'm certain that Monday will provide you with all you need to manage your team and projects; you just need to investigate and figure out what works best for you.
I have a great time using monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
monday.com has straightforward data fields that are simple for users to interact with and view information. We can add multiple users to groups and share information that can be edited and updated instantly. The plans are priced reasonably and are competitive with other similar team coordination solutions. All of the scheduling tools come in handy, especially when we can sync it with other data within monday.com and external software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think everything has gone well for me so far with monday.com. I don't understand why they call their software monday.com since we can use it every day, so I guess one of the things I dislike about the software is its name. That's a good thing since the software itself has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com has the most useful for me when I am working with others and have many layers to my weekly or monthly activities. It's a great scheduling tool that allows me to plan and try to meet milestones and goals. I keep such milestones and goals more at the forefront of my attention since they are readily available to view on this platform. Notes, emails and other standard types of office documents don't grab my attention as much as monday.com.
Solution to organize your entire workflow and allocate resources.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps organize the team and the whole process, this allows you to see who is doing what and what needs to be done. You can share books and accounts with each other to speed up the process, but the dummy layout is also a welcome change. He also connects to Slack on Monday to update what's happening in real time. Monthly.com allows you to instantly see the progress of your project to resolve the participant's situation. It also provides options to visualize project data and progress, such as Kanban system and Gantt charts. Templates help organize activities in each area of your business, are ideal for creating highly organized workflows, commenting on activities and the progress of all tasks are updated instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things don't work the way I want especially when linking parts, duplicate columns don't show up on your smartphone so you can't link two things to see both in the Related Items column. There are certain restrictions when using on Monday. Switching to the user interface can be difficult. It took some training to get used to the new setup. Monthly.com does not provide an internal form with updates or much-needed chat functionality to engage in team conversations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com saves time on workflows as a way to keep up with work schedules, supports email connections for better data storage and time tracking, and enables options to keep flows structured work. The creation of several separate planning boards based on the same information, such as project planning and material planning, is more beneficial for project documentation and management. We obtain an overview of project/document management by glancing at the board and seeing how much green, gray, or red there is. This program increases productivity, decreases wasted time, and lowers misunderstandings by allowing us to see what is being done and what needs to be done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're not sure if Monday will work for you I think the best thing to do is create a board for it, but experiment with different settings. As a result, it's a good idea to use a variety of approaches to view data through the tabs at the top of dashboards. Fill in your boards as much as possible. Monday is useful for quick and easy schedule management thanks to timeline views and built-in options for automation and bottom-up report viewing and an accessible API with good documentation for adding custom features.
No more needing a spreadsheet to outline each task!
What do you like best about the product?
The automation for a faster streamlined workflow is the best feature of Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have the ability to customize each group with appropriate columns, instead of changing all groups on one board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting a holistic view of working, on-going, paused projects

What do you like best about the product?
Great design and color patterns, user roles (invite user), options to comment messages and documents referred to other users' tasks (@name)to review. Nice spreadsheet format and kanban style process flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is more PM focused with less sales activity tracked (1), spreadsheet format is excessive cause of its customizable nature versus that business needs standards (2), API needs more samples for integrations and public use cases (3), "in box" version could accumulate several industrial standard modes (service company, product company, media (4), telecom integration will benefit to sales tracking processes and lead generation (5), messengers integration (Twitter, Telegram) will be useful for team collaboration. All the above will make Monday very cooperatable, needs to be an 80% standardized product (given industry-focused versions) to reduce the time for integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are tracking IT projects and other tasks - prospective ideas communication, back-office tools (internal invoice negotiation, new clients and agreements discussions). Marketing leads are tracked.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Monday.com as an outstanding solution for PM. Start now and grow your business with it!

First, Monday.com is extremely easy to use. The interface is clean and intuitive, and you can be up and running in minutes. Monday is a great way for seeing different visualizations for pulses without having to switch between pages or browser tabs frequently. On Monday, you can see what you need to see without having to worry about losing track of what you're doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a Task Management tool so if you're looking to manage projects that require people from other teams, this might not be a great fit. It's also slightly more expensive than its competitors.

I can easily manage my projects using different boards. It's very intuitive so it's super easy to add more team members to Monday without having to explain to them the tool. Lastly, I can easily integrate it with other apps.
It is an excellent tool to manage projects and improve productivity.

Monday.com has proven to be a valuable resource in my daily process. I like the system's integration features since they allow me to streamline my work process and manage all of my accounts in one location. The UI/UX is simple and easy to use, making it easy to see where projects are and where they are headed. I particularly like how we can post summaries and project ideas in clearly accessible locations. Everything we do is documented, which is useful for both internal and external purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
On rare circumstances, Monday.com will be unavailable, bringing our day's responsibilities to a halt. There are occasions when my work does not save or does not appear on the page. When it comes to uploading stuff, there are a few anomalies. For example, colors aren't as brilliant when previewing.pdf files, and it's difficult to know what the file extension is at a glance when you upload something. Aside from the few problems I've discovered, my only other suggestion is to include more options to swap between the several workspaces it belongs to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com enables me to organize all of my projects in one system and effortlessly transition between jobs. I've discovered the value of making visuals that depict my objectives and make them appear more feasible, which makes me more productive.
