What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is so easy to use and set up. Our company uses it to track all of our processes. It holds everyone accountable and organizes your information all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the automations get glitchy and it doesn't refresh or work as expected. Alerts can be too frequent and annoying. Creating multiple columns and needing to scroll over to see everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to track when service parts are ordered, expected - arrived or late, when they are scheduled and then when they are installed. We track customer complaints and categorize them so we can see trends, we use it for PO #s.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Awesome for creating processes, tracking tasks and assigning responsibility. Also great for tracking information that flows through multiple tasks. Love the automation features, too!

What do you like best about the product?
We are using monday.com to provide a snapshot of our planned activities. This snapshot is viewed by our director and primary stakeholders to understand where we are standing, what are the next activities, and what is delayed.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment all the features and options on monday.com have been useful for us so there is nothing I don't like. The application is always on (no down times), we have multiple users using it and everything seems great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to present a gantt chart with all the activities that were planned for 5 people. Each user is capturing their own activities and setting up time frames to deliver the deliverables. The gantt chart is being useful to understand where we at, what we are going to deliver and when. Roadblocks and other important information is captured on monday.com
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We tried other applications but none of them were displaying a gantt chart as we wanted to.

What do you like best about the product?
I like saving multiple views for different people in our company. We also love being able to track projects and share them with our clients so they can have access to our progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the automation would move dates back if we adjust a date. Currently, it only moves them forward automatically (which is helpful), but sometimes we need to change dates to be earlier, which requires updating the full chart rather than just one item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us keep our tasks organized and track the progress of each project individually. Some of the main benefits are that we get work done on time because everyone is aware of all the tasks that need to be completed.

I recommend this to anyone looking for a condensed way to track all tasks or assign tasks to different people.
Amazing Management System
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part is how easily I can jump from board to board and understand exactly what a person is working on and what they have on their plate. I believe this is the best tool to work with a team on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the part I dislike about Monday is that sometimes it is a little overwhelming to look at. All of the tabs you can assign with colors help with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems my team is solving are being easily able to track our time for our clients, seeing how much work everyone has on their plate so we do not overwhelm them, and allow us to cleanly and concisely know what is the most important items on our list to achieve.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
USE IT! Great platform. Easy to do and being able to customize boards to your liking is amazing.

Nothing, this product is great for me and my teams needs.

Where dependencies are and who is the bottleneck for this. Real-time view of ongoing projects allows the team to see whats being worked on
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend it to anyone managing teams virtually. Ease of use makes it very efficient to add tasks, assign to employees and manage ongoing workflow.
Calander view is also great for social media planning, especially when collaborating with other team members that have less experience with scheduling applications.

Monday.com keeps our team organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Monday.com is very flexible and can be used differently depending on the project. I use Monday to build out timelines for my projects and assign items to different colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of options can be overwhelming first. Monday is easy to use but it may take time to understand all you can do with it. It's possible some things could be streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've solved problems with disorganized workers. They are able to see exactly when they need to do things and it's worked much better for us than utilizing calendars of timelines in Google sheets.

What do you like best about the product?
My projects have never been more organized. And, we are able to flawlessly communicate as a team, so there are never any questions regarding progress of projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that could possibly stand out as a negative (but it's not that bad) is receiving emails from Monday. I am using it all day, and do not need any updates, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Monday we had resources for social media and other projects floating around in our drive. Now, we are able to have a centralized location for all of our assets.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can use this app to organize my work and tasks, can send out mass emails. We are able to as a company stay more organized while using this.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't sinc with everything I would like it to. (I.e propertyware)

It's solved a lot of organizational issues, we are able to keep track of peoples information better which was an issue before

Definitely use this if your a business. It's easy to use to helps with work flow

Search seems a bit wonky at times. I wish it was easier to sift through archived stuff
