monday is more than a project management tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of creating my groups and projects, aiming at a better use of the tool. Report downloads are fast and accurate. The animations used during the holidays make me a lot of fun!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like it when the platform shows instability, when I download the worksheet of the project boards of the month and it comes with the monday logo and I have to delete and remove the link, if I don't do that I can't apply a filter on the names of the collaborators to count the hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only issue I had with monday was due to the credit card payment, I was responded quickly and the issue was resolved. Accurate, fast and attentive service. I have nothing to complain about.

What do you like best about the product?
That you can have different field types and different boards, allowing for a variety of work tasks. Very intuitive and easy to use. Helps my team have visibility on what everyone is working on, encourages support and collaboration. For service requests of my team also works very well as requests can be logged and prioritised.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the automations aren't exactly what I have wanted. Another drawback is because it is very easy to use there is a danger that people over do it, and there are too many monday.com boards in the organization and information can get lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing the workload of my team. Organising requests that need to be completed by my team, visibility across multiple users. Very collaborative across the organisation.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use getting set up on Monday.com.
We worked through set up with a Monday rep who was extremely helpful in getting our team set up on the site.
Monday helps keep our team on task throughout the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trouble with some integrations. Customer support is very helpful though.
When we have had an issue it is easy to get a hold of a customer service rep. One issue we had with integration wasnt able to be solved though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing workload in our department. Easy to see which employee is working on what.
Our department receives 500+ emails everyday. Some as questions, and some as new working tasks.
Monday has helped our department track this work load, organize it by person, and allows collaboration on each task as needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for one location to see a flow of work load for your team, this is your program!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the program or board can be customized for my company's wants and needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could archive past years onto another board; instead of having to scroll through or collapse that file.

I can let the entire team see what projects are coming and works on these events.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize each of the boards and allocate people to different parts. I also love the integrations you can do. Some of them are a little basic, but it's great they are always adding more.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to integrate tools and other pieces of software. Iwe have an external agency who customizes our solution to fit our bespoke needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management. Its really good to keep track of whats happening where and when. Im not sure my team are that good at keeping track of stuff. Maybe a rotting feature would be good, so that it promts people to come back after a certain time.

What do you like best about the product?
We produce made-to-order and custom products, so having a platform to keep our team organized needs to be completely customizable as well. We have not found or used another platform that is able to work for all levels of our production the way Monday does and we love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a chat-support feature. There are times that I know what I am looking for is probably right under my nose or exists if I knew a little more about Monday, and the support turnaround can have a little bit of a lag. That's not to say the support isn't helpful - they have always been great! I just wish there was a quicker way to communicate rather than waiting for emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to grow our use of Monday as our business has grown over the years. Learning how to automate and trigger updates has been a great timesaver.

Userfriendlyness and co-interaction is key

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that you are able to interact with collegues across the workplace simontaniously, and that we can structure differerent boards and Sections for all appartments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be quite frustrating that the colomns have no "unique" tags, but that is just a preference. I have also been having a few sync issues/delays when creating new elements, doing drag and drops etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its all about structure. Working in a global media agency comes with alot of projects, both smaller and bigger ones where we are all dependent on keeping thing alined from start to finish. Monday is great for that. Using the comments/the brief section makes it easy to communicate with collueges and the option of customisation, timelines aso. also makes it very easy the keep track on where we are and where we are going.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Explore different boardtypes and fuctions early. There really is alot of opportunities to consider.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it will remind me when a deadline is coming up. This has helped me stay on top of making sure I complete my goals in a timely manner. But I also like that it is very user-friendly and I can customize it to what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not very good at editing my boards. I wish when a deadline was due, or overdue it moved to the top or got highlighted or something because I forget to mark it as complete sometimes and then they sit on my board forever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is staying much more connected with each other as we can see and add to each other's responsibilities. It has helped all of us stay accountable and learn what exactly everyone else does.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is helpful for my team in communicating progress with various projects. Since we work remotely, we're not constantly communicating, so it helps to be on the same page. It's also straightforward to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish monday.com could integrate with other applications we use, such as Thrive TRM - we're a recruiting firm. We use monday.com to track progress with our searches, so it would be helpful to add interviews and other events into both platforms simultaneously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helpful for us as a team that works remotely. We use it to stay on the same page on our projects, saving us time between emailing and having calls to catch up.
