Monday.com helps me stay organized!
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Monday.com with my team and then started using it myself to track my own projects. I love the main tables; I can see all of my projects and their statuses, and when I'm finished with one, I use one of Monday.com's automations to move it to the "Done" group. The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to use. I don't know how I'd live without Monday.com!
What do you dislike about the product?
Familiarizing yourself with the software does take some time. Monday.com has so many different integrations, features, and automation. Luckily, they have many instructional videos to help you out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday.com for project management and planning. Using the software also helps our team stay aligned on what everyone is working on. The clean and simple interface allows me to focus on priority projects, but I also am aware of future projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday.com is very user-friendly and shows a holistic view of your teams' projects. We like how we can add updates to an item if we want to provide more context. Monday.com allows you to be as detailed as you wish.
Extremely Efficient - perfect for professional and personal use
What do you like best about the product?
My absolute favourite things about Monday are the reminders and categories! I love being able to get timely reminders every morning and that's how I form my to-do list for the day. The categories are also super helpful when working in a team, for example, I work on content creation and once I have my content ready for feedback, I will label it 'Needs Review' and that way my Director immediately knows to check over that content and leave some feedback. It really helps streamline the communication process!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some moments when there are glitches or the application runs quite slow however they are usually resolved quite quickly and usually only due to updates being needed on the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped solve the communication process of my job role. I usually answer to my manager for most daily tasks but there is one part of my job that needs to be reviewed by my Director who doesn't work in the same space as me. Using the notes, reminders and categories helps us all understand where we are in the process of completing a task without having to double-check with everyone. It saves a lot of time and is useful in a small and big company environment!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it and get it now, especially if you're not the best at organising everything professionally or even personally!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is such a great project management system! I've been pushing companies I've worked with the make the switch, and we finally won. The ease of use of the software is so great to encourage the team to utilize the software heavily. I also like that the boards can integrate together to work as a whole project portfolio. The way the boards download as well is so user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The subitems are a little difficult to use. It would be nice if each task can have different columns under the subitem categories. It feels like sometimes it pulls in too much information in the columns. I would also like the formulas to be more complex in the columns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management as a whole is so much easier with the pre-set templates. The boards help us stay organized across multiple cross-functional teams with the dozens of trade shows we do each year and allow our teams to collaborate together. We can also invite our vendors to collaborate with the team in our boards and it is SO helpful!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The main user rolling the software out should be well versed before bringing the team in.
When it comes to Project Management apps this is the GO FOR IT apps.
What do you like best about the product?
That you can work with everything and everyone at the same time at the same place.

It has so many things that its hard to know what you want.
There are some tools that I havent heard off so I cant achieve the full package because i dont have too much knowledge

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project administration. We solved our issue of not having tracked of our projects deadlines and clients requests. It has helped us in the time tracking a lot, giving tasks to people and taking tracked of their work
Amazing software
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to clearly organise and see others' availability. I think it is great that it is all laid out clearly and simply to use for everyone. It seperates it out into day week and month which is a feature I love. I really love the functions to show when you are working on something as it allows more info than just a blank. It allows others to see what stages you are at with your projects
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could put my tasks in priority order. I would prefer if there was an option to do subcategories. so 1 task that you can then break up into smaller tasks underneath. There should be more granularity with the amount of work you have done on a project. Rather than just working on maybe a sliding scale that allows you to show the stage. Or witha written piece of work it could say - ready for review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ability to share the amount of work we have on. It is amazing to be able to see al my tasks as I usually write them down and loose them but this format is so clear and effective and allows me to communicate easily
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I Would try it and see if you like it. Ask your employees if they struggle to keep on top of tasks they have to do and when to reach out for support as they don't know when others are busy
I wish Monday was everyday for me. Monday.com is one of my favorite products.
What do you like best about the product?
I found it very revolutionary, newer and cleaner than Wrike. The agile management in Monday is very convenient and I like it more than Trello Kansan Method.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that it's too easy to change process charts and design. Assigning new users sometimes scare me because new users can make issues to my templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use them for process management, project management, productivity build up, performance review, messaging, form creation, time management, pipeline maintenance, and etc
How Monday.com helped us working remotely with off-shore clients
What do you like best about the product?
It's very user-friendly and the display is pleasing to the eyes. It also helps me track down my tasks and can easily backtrack it with the use of the search box and the filter option.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I can point out that I dislike about the program because it did help me and the company with the tasks at hand. We can also really check out progress with it and it notifies us when there's a newly assigned task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that monday.com is solving is task designation or task management. We are working remotely during this pandemic and my clients are in Australia so it is really hard to appoint tasks but now it's not with Monday.com.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Everything is laid out there whether how you want to use it or for what it is for. You have the mobility to choose the template on how you want to manage your tasks. In our case, we designate a task and who the task is for. We then add on the comment section the instructions needed for the task to be done.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is the tool you need for project management! The features are well thoughout and make it easy to collaborate with others. They continue to build out new features, and offer Pro Tips. Highly recommend!

It can be a bit difficult to train new users on the many features and ways to set up the project boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software is perfect for managing company projects big and small. It's great for efficiency!

How easy it is to use Monday is my favorite part of it. The ability to move tasks to other boards is great.

Sometimes the app is laggy and I have to duplicate or move something again to get it to go through.

It keeps verything super organized for multiple employees to use and converse with one another.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using this website!! I am not great with new programs or "share" type applications. I am confused very easily. This site makes it seem really simple and if you have an issue there are always videos or help guides online!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the tools are a bit heavy to learn and be proficient with. I had a hard time uploading numbers in the right format and he's to re-do a large chunk of the work so that Mondaybcould understand. There were also a few issues when I tried to upload a large excel document of contacts. Overall, not a large issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company has been able to streamline many of the "organizational" spreadsheets and ensure that everyone has access to them with just this one site. Rather than having five or six different files to reference now we can just use Monday!!

This site is efficient and extremely user-friendly. It helps organize even the simplest of internet users. A fantastic plus for companies!
