Great product for teams!

What do you like best about the product?
You can get started quickly, and it's super easy to use. You can collaborate with teams anywhere and stay up to date with your tasks. You can always be on top of your to-do list.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that we dislike about Monday. If you have a big organization, it may cost you a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We usually have multiple projects running simultaneously, and cross-functional tasks span various teams and departments. We would face delays due to some team members being stuck or waiting on another department. On Monday, we solved this issue, communication became smoother, and tasks got completed within deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has many features to make our work easier. It can be connected with such valuable services as Gmail, Google Drive, Github, and others.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have many short tutorials, but they are not structured well and do not cover all platform aspects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can control many projects there at the same time. Also, you can create tasks, subtasks, groups and assign them only to some team members.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the different integrations with many other tools. Also, the well-designed and user-friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a little high, considering it is for small companies. It would work perfectly for small teams, but on a larger scale, I believe it would get difficult to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking of my sales and ongoing projects for clients for a small company.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easily adaptable to all projects as a comprehensive planning tool. I have used it throughout the years for various projects at my current company and continue to use it for my personal job search.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could use enhanced navigation options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used the system to streamline the print magazine process at my current company and get all parties involved in the issue's development aligned by task and deadlines. Very sucessful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would take advantage of the online tutorials before using monday.com. They offer tips and tools to help users learn the system quickly and provide suggestions regarding how best to manage specific projects. It's a great system if you know what you're doing.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is intuitive and easy to use and learn. It offers the user a simple user interface and effectively tracks the progress of your projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The option to provide more cell editing options would be an improvement. Allowing cells to be formatted to be text-only or formula-based would improve usability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Monday.com to keep track of production orders and the current state of PCA boards. It has saved me time by automating tracking processes and the updating the current state of a project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Explore the options and features offered by Monday.com. I find that there is always a tool or feature for the task that needs to be completed.

You can give deadlines to your tasks, assign them to people and also put comments

I wish there was a nudge button or an email reminder if someone misses a deadline

It solves problems of tracking your to-do list on a notepad. You can simply assign respective tasks to concerned individuals

The best project management tool

What do you like best about the product?
It's very versatile and works very well for keeping track of many different projects for different brands, all at once. The best thing about Monday is probably the automation feature that simplifies the workflow by letting everybody know where we're at in a specific process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit steep, to be honest. For smaller companies that still want to be able to use all the different features that only the Pro-plan offers will cost about $200-$300 / month, which is difficult to defend in a budget discussion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday lets you keep all the briefing, communication, and process overview within one tool, for everybody to see. Monday also helped create a barrier between different departments by keeping all the orders in one place. This has ensured us that we do not miss anything crucial.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure that everybody is onboard within your company and keep all the projects and communication regarding those projects within Monday. It will be easier to track the whole process, what led up to what etc. if everything is kept in the same software.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everybody one the group has a view into what's happening whenever. Nobody is out of the circle (except if they decide not to login). The connection point is spotless and simple to utilize.
What do you dislike about the product?
The informing highlight is public, such a great deal this way, and that of informing can be gotten to by others on the site. This is anything but a gigantic issue, yet all the same, one that is important to be familiar with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm giving my customers an unmistakable and visual apparatus to oversee and refresh them through the cycle.

What do you like best about the product?
Looks easy to use and share with teams and clients, and easy to sign up, but that's where things go off the rails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Admin features aren't intuitive and control of members is lax, resulting in quick "auto upgrades" without onscreen controls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can't merge team members using Monday trials, so everyone had to rebuild their boards. Can't invite other users who have accounts without taking more "members" than your boards allow. My finance team blew a gasket at the "auto-upgrade" feature when you add members to a board and exceed your limits. Not intuitive methods for mangaging users and members. Taxonomy is confusing. Members are seats, guests may be something else, I am still not sure, and viewers are free but all the invitation models use guests and members instead of viewer options. Invite too many members to a board, and you'll get auto-upgraded, which is only authorized deep in the terms and conditions.

We started using Monday on a free trial as a tool to manage projects with clients so that they had visibility to projects without having to buy expensive SFAnywhere licenses, and that would conform to clients' security requirements. That's the only benefit we realized, but not at the expense of the confusion and administrative gaps above. We won't be renewing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For small teams and sole proprietors on a budget who need a SaaS tool for managing projects externally with clients, monday.com might be useful. If you don't have strict controls on board administration, though, you could find yourself getting surprise charges. If you need to have strong administrative controls across many projects, be sure to talk to a support person at monday.com before you subscribe.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday design team has worked hard on its UI//UX; it's so amazing to use, and I like this a lot. Optimization for my new Macbook M1 Chip is Great and works smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes on this tool. I don't know about others, but for me it works well. The only downside is the pricing! It is slightly high compared to other alternatives. New businesses will lookout for an option to reduce their expenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a graphic designer, and I work in a startup. This tool helps me to get my work done more efficiently and in priority order. This allows me to overlook things I should work on first.
