User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
monday is simple to understand and makes it easy to collaborate on projects. all the tasks i need to complete for the day are laid out in a way that makes it clear what i need to prioritize.
What do you dislike about the product?
the user interface could be a bit more pleasing to look at. the harsh white doesn't feel much different from other tabs on the screen. not a design flaw, but there is room for improvement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
collaboration is a big benefit for my industry and monday.com helps to keep every team member accountable and on top of what's expected of them. transparency is key

we switched from asana to monday and it's made a huge difference in our workflow

Great task management
What do you like best about the product?
Great for making different dashboards and organizing tasks with others
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to chat coworkers so it could also be like slack. Right now we use WhatsApp and I would like to have task management and company communication in one place
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need more teaching of functions I don't even know exist and don't have time to play around with it. Would be nice to have a sales person dedicated to helping build it out

What do you like best about the product?
I find it really appealing how easy it is to use the program by having a visually intuitive interface allowing you to seamlessly manage your customers and see what steps your customers are taking. I also really like the few limitations that the free version has compared to the trial version.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the points against it that I've noticed is the fact that it lacks customization by not allowing you to change things like design, appearance, etc. The statistics and analysis options are a bit limited for what today is the competition and although you can check the progress does not allow you to see the statistics of each user working on it.
Something to mention is the lack of development in the tools for importing and downloading data.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has been a very useful tool in my workflow by helping me to plan all my projects in a simple way fulfilling everything I needed it to do, keep track of tasks and activities for better organization and keep track of the progress of each of the projects. It has facilitated a good job management allowing me to have a long list of projects in execution without neglecting any of them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For those who are interested I can tell them to do some research, because although the interface is intuitive it can be a bit confusing for users new to the subject of planning workflows through applications.
It is recommended that any inconvenience or dissatisfaction with any program error be reported through the support chat, the creators of Monday.com are aware of each problem and are improving with each update.

Best Project Management Platform I have ever worked on!
What do you like best about the product?
Platform full of possibilities with lots of features, easy-friendly, very intuitive, and innovative (new features regularly released)
This is a great tool to plan and communicate project timelines to teams & clients, organize your to-do lists or team tasks (as a manager). I like the different views you can have for your data (dashboards, Gantt, Kanban....).
Their newsletters are helpful and nice to read. But the best is all their tutorial videos!!! Full of tips and best practices to get the best of the tool. I'm a huge fan and recommend the tool to my peer, close friends and even... clients! From a very happy customer :)

Sometimes, I spot a few (minor) bugs, but working in technology might be a bias. Nothing else so far that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project organization by splitting tasks to the team, collecting feedback or ideas, sharing project KPIs with the different dashboards, following team challenges, organizing my day with to-do lists, recording my client meeting notes...
I have reduced my time on meeting organization (preparing agendas, re-writing notes...) as having everything on the same tool helped a lot to be more efficient + better communication through my team as my boards are accessible at any time for them if they need any updates on a task/project

La forma de gestionar las tareas es súper ordenado para los equipos de desarollo se miden bien las tareas a realizar y los cronogramas para mover las tareas es súper útil

Pues lo único a mejorar sería que se pueda integrar a la herramienta terce para poder tener una homologaon buena en el área de desarrollo de software y Scrum develop

Multiple team members can edit the workflows simultaneously, increasing productivity. The Kanban sheet views are excellent, as well as the workflow automation and notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform slows down when the dashboard gets full. There is a limit to the number of people who can access your work project unless you upgrade. Other than that tremendous professional project management platform.

Monday helps to measure the workflow of each team member as well as prioritize projects by the due date. The integration with other tools like Microsoft Teams or Mail Chimp accelerates tasks and improves communication.

I can track and monitor my progress over the year all in one place. Easy to user interface, and I see statistics in real time. Very eye-friendly as I use it daily.Perfect for me!

Monday could us a little more depth on actions and overall working components. Overall very well designed website and I see improvements; keep improving and becoming better!

I am seeing my progression over time and what I have been getting better at. You forget what problems you faced in the past, this helps you not to repeat the ones you did wrong.
