What do you like best about the product?
Monday has allowed me to take my operations and company organization to the next level.
I have zapier integrated with it, as well as Basecamp, G-suite, several wufoo forms, etc.
It has allowed me to automate all functions of our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a lot of ideas that would help improve the function of Monday - such as being able to automatically change one column to one status, without having to manually go through and change each item individually. When I ask for help, I am almost always told that the rep will put in a request to the dev team. Then nothing happens. I understand they have a high volume of requests, but it would be nice to see some of the things that are important to my business actually come to life.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved several accountability problems within Moday. When I pop it onto a Monday board, I can track updates easily, without having to bug people about the status of a project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is not a perfect software by any means, but it is a lot better than anything else on the market!

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how Monday can be utilized for both qualitative and quantitative project analysis. It's simple to keep track of project milestones and deliverables to use as a reference when producing reports. The platform is simple to use, and it allows you to keep in touch with team members without having to hold regular meetings or phone conversations. Apart from project management, Monday was utilized by my organization to link employees in interest groups, coordinate scheduling, and establish a virtual community. It's quite simple to use, and the various ways I can design the project panels make it extremely versatile and powerful. Task automation enables the control of many operations at the same time, with professional technical assistance available at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Your tools may be basic, but they are onerous to get rid of insects in processing quality, making application sluggish at times when utilizing a large number of tools. Large volumes of information might overwhelm a project board, and it takes a long time to develop or sift through all of the breakdowns. Because it is difficult to connect other programs into the Monday system, file sharing and link sharing are not optimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of the platform's robust CRM, my team and I are able to perform client information tracking initiatives with which to construct reliable marketing campaigns. With the aid of this program, my team moves more smoothly and at a reduced operational cost, without sacrificing action quality, as this is handled by artificial intelligence. Aids in work delegation and project distribution among the team. When our team utilizes Monday, our projects stay more structured, and our meeting frequency drops since our changes are communicated throughout the organization via the Board.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday is ideal for small and large organizations since it is so adaptable. I like utilizing Monday.com since it has reduced the number of individuals knocking on my office door with a simple query. Monday.com is assisting me in staying on top of duties across different projects while interacting with a large number of colleagues, many of whom I've never seen in person. It enabled me to boost my ability to create active resources, which increased my team's potential. I suggest this program to anyone looking to expand their business.

Adaptable to the needs

What do you like best about the product?
We have another project manager, but we want to move everything to Monday and this has allowed us to adapt everything. It is quite user-friendly and allows us to integrate the information.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, nothing, honestly everything is fine, we have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Minimize my work time. I don't waste time looking for my tasks, since everything is in MY WORK.

What do you like best about the product?
As the business manager, I appreciated the ability to view all projects in one space while understanding where each project was in our process. It was helpful to have each organization separated and color-coded.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally was not a fan of the inability to integrate into QuickBooks. It required me to take extra steps during our invoicing process and required more of an android Fio versus an iPhone feel. I love the ability to have the freedom of an android to manipulate certain items but it became tedious and redundant not to have the platform learn how we use the platform and assume what I needed next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I want to say that the Gant chart is by far the most helpful for my organization. I also enjoyed Monday's daily summary of what's going on so even if I wasn't logged into the system it broke down to me where my colleagues are in different processes and would notify me if I was mentioned. The time keeper for invoicing was amamzing too!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the option to create a Gantt chart for every board you create. It makes an aesthetically pleasing timeline to show to my supervisors when I'm in the throws of project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the interface isn't super intuitive. I'm the communications director for our church and I've had to personally show all the other staff members how to use Monday.com because they haven't been able to figure it out themselves. I'd love to see the whole interface become a bit more user friendly in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our church staff has a tendency to be disorganized in the way we communicate with each other and the way we plan for congregation-wide events. Monday.com has helped us solve that problem by being the one-stop-shop for project planning and internal communication.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track and run KPIs across multiple team verticles and keep all of the information in one space. There is good connectivity with Slack and email using Zapier
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be a better onboarding experience in learning what the product can do. Also, a larger resource of templates for multiple team usage showing different methods for recording data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The lack of communication from silo'd teams as well as the multiple spreadsheets that we used as a very small business that became quickly unwieldy as the company has grown

Start using it early on, it makes life a lot easier!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that when we work with outside consultants I can create a project board and we can track each other's progress and it increases the efficiency by a lot and thereby we save a lot on the consultants time. Usually between 100-200$ per hour) so it adds up to quite a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything. You do have to invest some time into Monday.com when you get it to learn how it works but it's more than worth the investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage teams of 8-15 people and sometimes in deferent locations and we can communicate and track the others progress and upload the files so we have all available for everyone. So the projects get done faster and we save a lot of work time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's an awesome program. You will need a little time to learn it but it's no big deal. Then you can adjust it to what ever workflow you are using. It's very easy to integrate with other programs. Overall fantastic program that has increased our productivity and saves us money.

What do you like best about the product?
The functionality and integrations of Monday.com are so effective! The appearance and ease of use is my favorite aspect of this tool. Other management tools look ugly and disorganized but Monday.com is everything I could have dreamed of. I really appreciate the informative emails when there are new tools rolled out and the YouTube tutorials are extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that I haven't used it to the best potential it holds but that is all on me because Monday.com is provides so many resources on how to use it best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows me to streamline communication, stay on top of projects, and be collaborative with my team. I am also able to manage the overall operations of the business through various workspaces and boards.

What do you like best about the product?
I love everything overall. How easy it is to set up boards and add people to them. The communication there is easy. Has helped grow our team at a faster pace since we are all able to get to one place and see everything we have either already finished or things we need to work on. Makes our business way more organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Video files that are uploaded on Monday sometimes don't show up on mobile at all or are delayed which is hard sometimes when we are not by desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we are solving is not letting tasks fall through the cracks and not get done. The benefit is our team is all on the same page and everybody knows what they need to do.
