Monday is THE best tool out there.

What do you like best about the product?
With work/life being so hectic, Monday.com takes away the stress of having to remember it all. With Monday.com I never have that feeling of "what am I forgetting...".

With Monday.com you'll never have to worry about dropping any balls!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can feel a little clunky, the user experience isn't as sleek as it can be. Notifcations don't seem to be consistent and can either show in my notifcations or inbox with no rhythm or reason as to what made them go into one or the other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of my work and ensuring that all work is completed on time. I also use it as a project management tool, so I can quickly and easily see where everyone on the team is up to in the project without having to check with them.

A great product for team communication and efficiency

What do you like best about the product?
I like the transparency that this app gives you. For organizing teams and communication, this is paramount, yet you can still keep your private work private. I was using a combination of excel, microsoft project, google sheets and email prior to this and for the vast majority of tasks, Monday replaces them all.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I was being picky I would say that some of the automations can be a bit more of a hindrance than a help, for example, the two way google calendar integration can be tricky with the dates when they are changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has helped me solve a communication and information sharing issue which was hampering my team's performance. This has also consolidated the training that I need to provide to my team as I can now focus on just training my staff on Monday allowing us to go more in-depth with the program.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a go, I am sure you will not look back

What do you like best about the product?
The in-app email system saves a lot of time and it is effortless. Also, the tracking of my timed assignments makes invoicing so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of right now I haven't really come across something

Keeping track of my tasks and team members to see their capacity is a great help

Great for pulling data from multiple external apps and then massaging them.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to integrate with many other apps, pull data from them and after that to be able to create automation logic to process this data. For example, I could pull customer tickets from Zendesk as it comes in, start a timer, send pre-set tasks and deadlines to the relevant departments depending on the ticket type and close the ticket once it is done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, while it does many things well on the surface level, the app does not go "deep" for more specialized tasks. For example, you can create a workspace, which contains boards - which contains groups, then tasks and finally subtasks. For an organization that has very specialized departments, we need sub-level functionality - the more nested tasks we can use, the better. In Monday.com, the subtask is the most detailed we can go.......and quite a number of functions that are available for tasks, are not available for subtasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have silos of management in our department - having monday.com integrate all of them together and the ability to automate what happens with data while that happens is a game changer. It gives us an easily digestible strategic view of the company that would have taken a long time to collate each time.

Great product for our small nonprofit

What do you like best about the product?
There are several reasons why our organization chose Monday.com for project management needs: cost, training, ease of use. It was a great price for us, and had many of the features of more expensive pieces of software. The training and resources (self-guided) are very intuitive to find and implement. Our staff is comprised of all ages and comfort levels with tools, and everyone has been able to successfully onboard to Monday.com. It is easy to use. The biggest plus? It has provided thorough documentation for all of our processes, which is essential for succession planning!
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite part of Monday.com is the name. It is sometimes confusing to colleagues when you ask, "did you check Monday?" Or, "can you toss that on Monday?" Our workaround is referring to it as MondayDC or spelling out MondayDotCom. I also felt I was getting way too many email notifications at first, but it was very easy to customize that process in settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization had no central place where all assets and processes were stored and documents. Monday.com now serves as that hub. Since becoming a remote organization, we use Google docs all the time. Google docs works seamlessly with Monday.com and allows us to store docs, organize docs, and find docs faster. It's also cut down on many internal meetings and emails.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very organized from Pre-production until you finished the project. Every detail is there and it is easy to learn or to adapt the feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I have dislike about website. For me even it's your first time using it, you can learn it in about a minute.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By solving the in order dates. From start to finish.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, I love that my team can all work together on a project and break down what each person needs to be accomplishing. I LOVE the due dates section and always feel so good that all of our conversations about the topic can be in one spot to tag each other in. We can work together in a way that can streamline where our 'hang ups' are without losing so much time on an issue. I'd recommend anyone to use this for task-oriented projects with their team members. :) GREAT JOB, MONDAY!
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a while to figure out that you didn't need to get an email for every issue that you're tagged in. I think this should be something that is within the easy tutorials of the software at the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
YOUTUBE IS LIFE! Although I YouTube most things when I have questions. Monday does a great job reviewing the step-by-step processes there!
Our performance has increased as it's helped us to see what our thoughts are, who needs help where, and what our timelines are :) Love it!

A MUST for small business collaboration!

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Monday.com is the user-friendly interface. I've been using it for almost 3 years within my organization and I appreciate that I can easily train our new employees and interns. It makes communication simple and seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite part is the untapped potential. I know we are not utilizing all of the amazing features Monday.com offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've solved the issue of lost communication. With multiple people working on the same projects, it can be easy for people to miss or be left off of certain communications. With Monday.com we've saved so much time by being able to include multiple people and teams on one communication thread. When someone "drops the ball" it's no longer because an email accidentally got deleted or put in a spam folder-- it's a small oversight, easily rectified by reviewing our project Dashboard.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are struggling with lost communication and working with multiple teams, Monday.com is here to solve your problems!

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to set up Projects where I can put links to images and articles and quickly access them. Also being able to message team members directly to a specific entry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hmmmm can't think of anything yet. But that's probably because I haven't used a better system before so it seems like an all round upgrade LOL
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Messaging with team members about specific entries. Saves having to scroll through your emails. Everything is in the one location with quick easy access to images, documents, websites, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday.com is fantastic tool for collaborating in my situation with various contractors working on the same project. Its easy to centralize documents, images, share contacts, and streamline messaging specifically to each project or task.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize your own Monday project board. You can work multiple teams/employees throughout your business to make sure everything is on the same page on the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it integrated with a content software like ProofHQ or Proofpoint so you could make edits of your project right within Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management across teams, project deadline and launch dates, overall consistency among demand gen and content team.
