Monday.com is the perfect tool for efficiency!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is so easy to use and understand the interface. Many of its features streamline efficiency especially in a busy setting where various tasks need to be prioritized.
What do you dislike about the product?
After using Monday.com for more than 6 months now, I haven't encountered any major issues. Although at times, it takes a little longer for the website to load or you have to refresh the page for it to load again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company uses Monday.com to designate the various tasks to several employees. The interface is easy to use and navigate, making the workflow run smoothly and the employees being productive.

What do you like best about the product?
The minimal interface helps to be concentrated and organized. Also, the connection with other apps (integrations) and automation is beneficial. And in the end, it has very intuitive management, and I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I don't know how much automation I have in progress, and some of them may be incompatible. I think I might need some help clarifying the kind of automation in progress, maybe organizing the automation by type or in a time scale (that happens first, then this, and finally that other thing).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Caster is not working correctly; I thought it could be an excellent tool, but it's driving me crazy because it takes too much time to do stuff, and it breaks. I've disabled most of the automation I've created and, when I have time, I will take another look into it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should need time to adapt Monday to your needs and discover the functionalities, but it's ongoing work that helps your actual job, saves you time, and gives you mental rest by allowing everything to be organized and controlled.

What do you like best about the product?
Need not get jotted down in books and any complex form we able to set the reminders on a daily weekly basis, never skipped any task also variation is available to attach any ancillary files, easily mainatin the file data will save easily you can access on any URL user friendly with muiltiple options, function key of this website work efficently never find my self frustrated .with help of this web site i organised my thing properly without taking any subordinate helps

Till now unable to find anything adverse against this website. Whatever things I need ill do with the help of many toolbars is available. Some bar is confusing need to some improvement, in short screen little difficult to see the task also to many buttons bar is thier little adaverse while going to add any point to website some time website getting down due to server issue i guress some fun realted things need to add and chat box as well help you connect with your pepole

With the help of this website, never been missed task, taking follow-up balance task which needs to do every week, team orientation PPT upload sharing the data with fellow members, all type of files is save easily to this website with help of this i need not carry pendrive anywhere

I feel website to increase more options into their portal app kind of option is available word editing would be smoother, more option into transfers conversation would be added

What do you like best about the product?
The sub-tasks which form part of the head tasks help in effectively managing tasks. It helps to avoid missing any task, which is very efficient. I don't have to brief the manager about all the pending activities, which saves a lot of time and effort, the opportunity cost of which is high. It also helps the manager keep track of ongoing work, which avoids the nagging and follow up and helps to go on with day-to-day activities. It helps allocate work and responsibility, further strengthening the team work and spirit. It helps to upload files online, which can be accessed by anyone on the team from anywhere, which removes the barriers of geographical boundaries. My manager can review my work from anywhere from the files uploaded, and the same can be seamlessly completed without actually needing to be at the same place at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The constant reminders are very distracting. It should be once on Monday itself and not constantly. Further, a walkthrough should be provided for every new person enrolled, which should be initiated from the monday.com team. A calendar invite for the same should be co-ordinated and organized. Though, it is user friendly, but there is stil an initial dependency on the team members to understand the software. Further, there should be sessions organized, the calendar invites for which should be sent for every update to the system. If anyone misses to attend the sessions, a summary of all the points covered should be sent out to everyone who are enrolled on the system. There should be a helpdesk facility which helps in immediate query resolution. It should have actual people trying to identify and resolve issues and not a chatbox. Hope these suggestions are taken in a positive spirit. The intention is to provide healthy recommendations and not to demean the system in any way.

Multi-task management. It helps in remembering every task because of this. Further, it provides a proper workflow of all the proposed activities in project management. It efficiently helps achieve all targets within the set target, short-term or long-term. It helps to go completely digital. Avoids the use of pen and paper, which helps decluttering work life. Just got to know that it helps in tracking expenses and managing them as well, which is another superb feature to help manage and further aim to reduce the same. The entire process flow right from proposal making to every document which is to be prepared and submitted is added to the system and we allocate the same to different people which helps in allocation of work and responsibility.

It takes a little time to get used to it. But once you get the hang of it, it is very user-friendly. It helps in planning the project lifecycle systematically and effortlessly. Further, the manager can tag the activities to different people, which helps share responsibilities so that the burden does not lay on one person. Filtering the activities marked to employees helps to quantify the work distribution to different people and ensure there is an equal division of work.
Best Tool for Project Management and for Building Strong Team
What do you like best about the product?
I like that monday.com works like Excel (but just so much better) so it's easy for everyone to understand on their first time trying it. Plus, I love all the automations. It helps me be on tracked with my tasks and distributing tasks among my team members in a more efficient way. I can see their workload and am notified when any tasks are delayed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could have been better if can integrate the notification with more mainstream messaging apps like Whatsapp. I love the Ads integration with Facebook so hope they come out with the same sync tool for LinkedIn, Google Ads soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team management and dashboard. Easy to build one on your own from scratch cause it has user friendly interface, work like Excel so easy to get a hang of. But if you are lazy like me, they have tons of templates that you can just minor edit. Save my time a ton.

Project boards are flexible so that we can create different views or create different columns and groups to track projects as needed.
Enjoying the functionality to create a form that is directly tied to a board to get feedback from internal and external team members easily.
The everything search function is also great to find what I am looking for, if I forgot which board I was working from.
We use the guest user function a lot to bring in contractors on specific boards. Love that we don't have to pay for the guest users.

Like any PM software, if you don't have any organization, boards can get messy.

Super customizable software
What do you like best about the product?
I like that fact that build it out to meet our specfic needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could route emails into it to manage our outreach campaigns more effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to more effectively manage the tasks of all of our staff in an organized manner. We now see that our staff tasks can be presented cleaner and more straightforwardly.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the Gantt chart view is the best feature of Monday.com because you can view all of your projects on the same timeline to gauge priorities and bandwidth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it's not easy to see subitems on the main board in the gantt chart view.

I like the automations and the fact that we can do everything from collecting feedback and viewing it in a graph it to assigning automatic tasks for projects. It's been a really helpful tool for keeping our teams focused on what they're great at while staying on track.

We've recently started using Monday Work Docs and I wish that we could apply tags to the documents in the same way that we apply tags to our boards. Our teams would benefit from searching for tags in all boards and all documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to systematize our project operations by using an automated template whenever we close a new deal. It's been super helpful to ensure that our clients have a seamless experience and it really reduces roadblocks. Monday also helps us ensure that our projects are wrapped up cleanly.

I'd recommend that anyone who needs to keep projects on track explore using monday.com rather than relying on spreadsheets/to-do lists.
